Cool walking park with some parking. Only thing they need are some picnic tables.

Nice place to go for a walk. It's so pleasant there with kids playing around... There's no dedicated car park for the place btw, as it's close to residential area.

Very peaceful new seating areas an excellent addition to the location where you can relax and enjoy the view. Falls a little low at the moment but only to be expected given the recent good weather

A little piece of history. At the top of the northern end, you can still see the now overgrown channel where the Dodder's flow was diverted in the 13th century to join the Poddle and provide Dublin's water.

Beautiful place. Has seating too looking at the weir. Nice place to take a break while walking your dog. Also has a tyre puncture repair area for cycles and buggies.

Lovely place for a walk. There were three cormorants there drying off. The flow can be very strong depending on the rain

So accessible from the weir into the park now for wheelchair users since upgrade and removal of the kissing Gates. Great place to take dogs, or to sit on the benches by the weir, it's very relaxing, and quiet midweek mornings.

A lot of effort from the council has gone into renovating the weir and the surrounding area. there are lovely seating areas and the walkways have undergone a face lift. A lovely place to sit, relax and watch the world go by.

It's a lovely spot on a sunny day even if the temperature I'd low. You can get a lovely coffee and sambo or cake in the local coffee shop there.

Beautiful waterfall, although I was a bit disappointed when I saw some litter in the water.

A Beautiful place for a walk and even better if you have a four legged friend to bring with you. Also plenty of places to chill or for the dog to go for a swim. The only set back is no BINS???

Lovely little spot. Tried fishing here. Very murky and snaggy after the few days of rain. I think there's only small minnow, based on what I've seen. Didn't get anything on size 0 meps. I lost two. Lots of thorns too at access points , you have been warned xD also loads of dogs like to swim here xD

Lovely moment of peace and quiet along the Dodder Walk. Just listening to the water barrelling over the weir and birds chirping was a welcome break from the usual noise of life. Bonus was the unexpected 🌞

Wonderful part of the river dodder to visit. Located in Firhouse the waterfall is a breathtaking sight to see. While walking in a housing estate located beside there you could hear the waterfall before you even get a glimpse of it. With stunning views it's a incredible place to take photographs and just go for a stroll. I would highly recommend taking a day trip to see the sights and walk in the park.
