So happy to discover this place. They have good quality of clothes for a cheap price. You can also get other stuffs here like accessories, cosmetics,shoes, home stuffs, groceries and even plants! Took photos of some of the nice outer wear they have :) I really liked their plants here by the way but it’s just unfortunate that they dont do home delivery and you wouldnt be able to order it online via their app too!

Wow, what a place to grab lunch, never seen anything like it. The selection and quality is amazing. Had a hot ham wrap from the deli and I was a little ball of happiness, it was amazing. I think I’ll be a daily regular here as I work on Mary Street. Outstanding

Very well laid out store with excellent fish and cheese counters. Staff know their stock & are ever ready to help. Ilac centre could be improved by better selection of high quality shops. My custom will continue.

I really dislike the layout, especially for the deli. Would prefer a more traditional supermarket deli than an attempt at making it seem like a separate restaurant. Staff have been polite and helpful which is a positive.

Big Dunnes with a wide variety of products. It has a lot of self service checkouts and also some manned ones. There are two grocery stores one on the ground floor and another one in the basement. The one on the ground floor is better and had a cafe.

Placed on two to three floors of Ilac centre. Has everything from groceries to clothes to home appliances. Groceries are fresh and great selection for a competitive price. Clothes are also affordable and unique pieces out there. They have some great offers running around all the time. Staff is also very helpful

I m a regular customer, having my lunch there just I fancy coffee can't ask it at that little coffee shop at the entrance to avoid some rude staff there (I think the girl from Asian country,,)

I buy, I pay nicely,this man Keegan in the cashier give me change a broken notes with tape on it i ask him twice nicely to change it but he refuse it,so I ask the other man but he seems not nicely to me.i have a heart problem I'm so stress that time. Customers are always right so treat us nicely please.

This review is for the deli only. The Deli/lunch area is well laid out, in fact it would be fantastic, but they don't seem to have a manager to keep it up to standard. The food is always over or under cooked and they don't have healthy lunch options except for a salad bar that has no flavour to it and has been the same day in and day out for at least a year now. Staff have always seemed stressed out or scared when asked a question. This shop needs new leadership in the deli department.

A nice clean store, well stocked. Cafe Sol on the premises always has fresh cakes and snacks and the staff make you feel welcome. My friend and I popped in for tea and cake today and even though it was still a while to closing, the manager asked if we would like our tea in paper cups so we wouldn't have to rush. The tray they brought had everything we needed, including cake forks and plenty of serviettes. Thank you for a lovely experience in times where everyone seems to want you up and out asap!

Staffs are friendly and supportive. The delivery option was great after purchasing directly. Food and vegetables are fresh and clean. Reasonable price on all goods over there.

Great verity in store. Very efficient staff both on the front when enter, plus while shopping always busy stocking shelf and maintaining the store. And the staff at the till are very fast and helpful with info about the loyalty card info.

This is an excellent place to buy a wide variety of drinks, like wonderful wines and sparkling, champagne, and various brands, the fishmonger is wonderful, one of the few places where you can find super fresh seafood.

I love this new look Dunne’s Stores in the ILAC Centre. It has a marketplace air to it and it’s so spacious. Everything is easy to locate and there’s a couple of coffee shops there for a refreshment break.

I love going to this Dunnes it is very cute. It has impeccable facilities. It definitely deserves its 5 stars. And also because the attention of the staff is wonderful. The buffet area is very clean and the food is top quality.

I went into this store on Saturday (11th September) and I had a great experience. The store is really clean and the food is great. I got help from a male staff member at the self service with black hair. His customer service skills were at such a high standard he was so helpful in the best way possible. The management were amazing aswell.

The Ilac Dunnes stores is an excellent store to shop in. It is beautifully kept. The staff are very helpful. Especially the staff member Jake. He has excellent customer service skills that are out of this world. He will always go out of his way to help you whether it busy or not.

A great place to shop and eat in it's restaurant on the topmost floor. The restaurant has some very helpful staff especially Morriscio. He is a floor waiter. I love how he patiently assists the elderly and the physical challenged patrons.

Had the nicest cappuccino in the Ilac centre coffee shop by a young man who apparently just started working there. It was gorgeous and the nicest coffee I have had in town in a very long time. Keep him.😍☕☕🤩

There is a small it of renovation been done at the moment but no inconvenience to anyone. There is planty to choose from in clothing department there is also groceries on the bottom floor and a lovely dining area well recommend

The merchandise is well presented and excellent prices. The store is very clean and conveniently situated. As a visitor from South Africa I was suitably impressed.

It's under construction but fully operational for some reason. Everything is super dusty and the changing rooms are going to ruin your clothes. No hooks no chair to hang your things. Very messy

There is two Dunnes Stores in this centre one is accessible by mary st and leads into the ilac centre it sells clothes ,household goods and groceries the second one is further down near the lifts to the car park and only sells groceries both stores are good but the one near the lift groceries department is on Street level and easier to access as the other Dunnes groceries department is down stairs

Just came in for a bite to eat in the iliac centre beautiful food all I was short of doing was licking the plate it was so tasty definitely will be back thank you so much.

I explored the men's section and kitchen, bedroom section. So in this section they have a variety of options available for all different prices depending on quality. All the products in the kitchen section are of good quality and at a reasonable price .. For the men's clothing section they have many good collections at reasonable prices . I found very few clothes that were expensive but overall they have a good collection of clothes for a pretty good price. They have tshirts starting from 4euro and these tshirts are of good quality for daily wear . The staff was friendly and helpful. My experience was good . I highly recommend everyone to visit Dunnes.

A great destination for all kinds of clothing for kids and adults.

The store has 4 floors and has a lot of beautiful items from clothes to cutlery, from gift items to other household stuff. I really love shopping from this store. The products are nice and durable. Prices are reasonable. This time I purchased some outfits and mugs and scented candles for Diwali and Christmas festivals.

One of the biggest Dunnes clothing store in Dublin, located in iLac shopping centre. It has Ladies section on ground and 1st floor, Kids section on 1st floor and 2nd floor for mens section & homeware. Washrooms are there on third floor and has foodhall on lower ground floor. As like all the Dunnes clothing stores, you will find quality clothing at reasonable prices.

Room not that clean, building a cross the road could see into Room curtains had to keep closed. A very strong smell on corridor, breakfast was very basic and very oily, ladie was lovely that served us. Will not recommend hotel.

I was in the busy restaurant for late lunch yesterday, counter staff were great, very organised and helpful in such a busy place. Food is fresh and healthy. Hope to pop in again over Christmas.

Its a bit sparse. Feels like its a closing down shop or something. The home store is extremely pricey. The men's clothing is traditional man style. Can't say anything else about other departments. The coffee shop idea is nice upstairs for a break from shopping. And its great for t shirts they were only 2.50 euro for some cotton v neck t shirts in very nice colours. and nice dad jumpers and cardigans and PJs. Definitely wouldn't say its stylish more classic style. But for basics the quality is good and the prices very reasonable. Except for the home store where everything I looked at seemed a rip off price for what it was.

Grocery shopping today with my mam and served by an outstanding member of staff called Chloe. Polite so helpful and very friendly. She's an excellent example of customer service. She really went above and beyond. Rang and spoke to Ausrine who I hope will let the relevant people know about a fantastic member of staff.

was a better experience this week, two weeks ago a staff member on the second floor stocking beside the till was so rude to me I have acually never been spoken too or treated like that by any staff anywhere before. She ignored me when I asked her to double wrap my bag it kept breaking, horrible attitude, she must have been near retirement age I should have told her and If shes reading this your better off finishing up now! cranky and unprofessional!

Dunnes is a very good shop in Dublin. They have clothes, a supermarket downstairs and upstairs they do have things to all your house. To buy clothes and somethings to your home their prices are very good, but some other things and food are too expensive.

Safe place to shop. Id prefer easier access at the door to trolleys and wipes to clean the trolley rather than a spray bottle that's used by everyone. Otherwise good shopping with a wide and varied range of products.

I seldom use this dunnes.so was delighted I went. Vegan range was. Fabulous, everything was fresh fruit,veg,bread, would certainly recommend a visit.and super clean.

Terrible. I am on crutches and have to sit down to take off and put on trousers. There was no chair available in the dressing room so I brought the trousers home for fitting. They had to be returned meaning I incurred 2 parking fees and no trousers. Abysmal treatment of physically challenged customers. Not pressed and cannot return. Dunnes need to vop on.

not a great layout of the shop. the staff on the floor where anything but helpful. I spend 45 euros and you cannot even see what I bought. at least in other stores you get value for money

Ordered a duvet set on a Friday and it was delivered the next day! Very impressive delivery options. The clothes selection seems to me to be geared a little more towards an older clientele, however the items available for the home (bedroom, bathroom etc.) are very decent indeed. Good job, DS.

I went to look for some formal shoes, but was disappointed with the variety of them that were at display. In other regards, the store is quite packed with other home care products and clothings brands which are offered at quite competitive prize.

Dunnes is known for its quality products, as we arrived in Ireland in 2021, we were not aware of any shopping malls or specific area to shop, fortunately i have ordered winter jackets from this store, and the quality of the product is A grade.

I bought a rug from Dunnes store the other D-day and everything was an adventure after that.🙄 I bought my rug, got it out of the shop through the main door... And 15 min later I had a garda following me at the bus stop. I got asked to get off the bus because the security informed the garda I stole the rug. When I presented the receipt he apologised and said he was informed I stole it from the shop. This is a disgusting way to deal with thing.. Dunnes store.. Your customer service is a disgrace and you should really take good care of how you treat your customers. I should sue you for defamation and putting me in a very embarrassing situation in front of a bus full of people. Really, really disappointed!

Well equipped, but it is weird, that most customers do not wear the masks, and the staff does not care. The donuts are NOT wrapped, everyone is coughing. It is weird, that they do not care about safety at all. Liked this shop, but will avoid it since it seems, it is just not safe to visit it.

All in one & in the centre of Dublin ( Ilac shopping centre); you spend 50e, get 10off with the voucher so it worked...its just I didn't notice they have self service and chose the checkout... don't like when I'm not finished yet and the other customer is here already 😒...otherwise all was fine

Brilliant store. Bit tight for wheelchairs and buggies especially by veg and flowers. Plastic bag holders very difficult just have them on rollers. Lovely clean store friendly staff. Food is fab in the buffet but could do with menu change and bigger variety of veg. But pretty good for the price. Potatoes gratin is devine.

The store itself is lovely, clean and well stocked. However I ordered a brown bread sandwich at the Deli to take away. When I got home I found the bread was stale, and too much chicken in the sandwich. While the chicken and cheese were lovely, it's very annoying to find the bread stale and I won't be getting sandwiches here again.

Deli counter needs some serious management. They serve people randomly, not necessarily according to the way they queue. Sandwiches and wraps are prices randomly and the tables are DIRTY! And cleanliness should be a priority especially now in the covid times!
