They've been very careful around covid, fair play to them. Can't believe people complain about having to queue and being asked one question at the door during a pandemic

Bought a 72 euro razor in Santry today that I can’t use because it has a 2 pin socket on it. The customer service manager said they sell 15 to 20 a day like that and nobody complains!!!

Manager Liam, (ARGOS OMNI) who is prone to lying, inventing non-existent threats, unkind, nationalist, and insolt me in front of my 13-year-old daughter, accusing me of yelling and threatening his staff, which is a notorious lie and everything is seen on cameras. I will never spend any more money in Argos. The rest of the staff is great. F..k you Argos, find bether Maneger.

Well today I went to Argos in omni. I was looking for a suitcase. I met Denise who works there . The item I was looking for was out of stock. Denise was so kind and helpful and continued her search and allowed me to look before I bought the very one I needed. Denise was more than patient and had excellent Customer care skills. Denise Is obviously one of the valued staff at Argos Omni . I was so impressed and will be definitely returning to buy more products at Argos again. Thank you

I like to order online and go pick up my stuff , I cannot stand that you make staff at the door stop and quiz you before you go in garda would nt ask as many questions !! Put a sign up how to pay 1 cash 1 card and stop interrogating people at the door I don't want the whole place to know iv cash on me also .

Probably the worst Argos service in Ireland if you can't do your job please at least don't give bad excuses went from manager on a brake to no staff (empty shop 3 people working that I saw) to system is down in less than 15 minutes if you can't provide don't advertise placed complaint into Argos was told that regional manager will look into thanks for nothing

Item in display for months, but not able to order it in. Eventually called head office and was informed that the item was no longer in range for months as well. Friendly staff, but poor service.

Good and handy can reserve and collect in store

Horrible place went in last Saturday to buy the new call of duty game and I was left standing for about 15mins while 3 off them where just standing around laughing there head off...like not everyone has a credit card to use the machines

It's a small but a lovely park. There's a nice lake and there there're ducks and herons. Nice trees, lovely bridges to across that small lake and a beautiful nature.

Had to have my Jlab Jbuds Air true wireless earbuds changed after 11 months because the left one went quiet, and thanks to the 2-year guarantee I was able to solely with the receipt. Took about two minutes, no hassle. Thank you very much.

Good location for those in Ballymun, Santry, Whitehall area. Lots of tills and a few terminals for doing transactions on card yourself. Been there several times and service has usually been quick bar one time.

I went to this argos for an issue with an item bought few months ago (a pressure cooker). I thought I had to argue, the staff have been extremely kind to me instead. A special thanks to the girl who helped me Headhbh (I read the name on her badge). Recommended 👍

Brought broken headphones back with receipt only 5 months old within guarantee. Manager Dermot said couldn't take them back as he'd lose his job. Can you believe this nonsense. Had been onto customer service over phone and they advised me to bring back to omni. Small claims court next I'm afraid, no choice.

I bought an item for delivery and following the tracking number; it says it was delivered. I’ve reached customer service to check and they say the box was left beside my letterbox. I haven’t gotten a call or a doorbell ring. The item simply isn’t beside my letterbox. The company is refusing to solve my problem. No refund or item properly delivered. This company is like a scam. This is why they are shutting down all their stores.

Bad supposed to get cooker and fridge this morning no one can help or tell me if will have it for Christmas so much for goodwill

Dermot to the rescue. I was initially advised by a staff member to await a text to confirm my order, despite the fact that my email confirmation stated my order was ready for collection. I had not requested text confirmation. In the meantime, the item that I ordered had increased in price🥺. The solution for any problems🤕??...DERMOT😇

Since lock down I've reluctantly tried on line shopping and I love it and the anticipation of the knock on the door or my delivery coming to my work address (which we are allowed to do). However my wife was looking for a new phone on line to no avail for days with reputable companies one even took her money only to say an hour later the phone she requested was sold out I won't say who it was but a gulp full of "Air" was taken to calm down. My son who is tech savvy said what about Argos. My wife checked on line found the phone booked it for collection and collected it in a covid19 friendly manner. However when we went to get it the experience was enjoyable as was the anticipation.Physical shopping does work in line with online shopping especially with Argos.

ordered an item to be delivered,received a phone next day call from Alma to say this item is only single person delivery and they do not provide this type of service,before i could react she said looking at the address i can deliver myself,she had to go to liffey valley to pick it up,she then came straight to deliver to me,to say i was impressed is an understatment, as far as im concerned she went above and beyond the call of duty, Alma is a pure credit to Argos she was so nice....Very happy customer
