    Bought a laptop here which wouldn't turn on after a week. When I tried to return it the assistant insisted on sending it for repair since she couldn't ascertain what the fault was and told me this would take two weeks. I complained that I can't be without a laptop for two weeks and this was unacceptable I was told that if the repairs department find I have caused the fault I will be charged for this. She also told me that they would challenge any negative review I posted. So go ahead Agos St Stephen's Green - defend your terrible customer service. It is the worse I have ever experienced.

    The shop manager was shockingly rude and unhelpful today , when we tried to return a brand new speaker, purchased a couple of days ago. She gave us false information about the return policy and when we did not agree with how they handled the case, eventually she called the security guard on us. Their website clearly says that you can return ANYTHING within a certain time frame with receipt and in its orginial condition. SHOCKING SERVICE

    Be aware that when you reserve something on a given price online, when you go to the store to pick it up, THEY CAN OVERCHARGE YOU BY THE AMOUNT THEY WISH!!! /read Terms & Conditions 4.3!!! Oh, and also: when they promise you a pickup date it's not 100%!! ...maybe you will need to go back another day because the item just didn't arrive on the promised date!!

    Really bad customer service! I was standing in line for 20 min. I went to pay and one out of 8 things were out of stock - which was not displayed on the screen. I wasn't allowed to go back to a screen and get a new item number. I would have to leave the store and stand in line as per "company policy" in order to get the new number. Ridiculous! Bad customer service!!

    Staff in the store will make it as difficult as possible for you to return an item. Their attitude, together with a return policy tailored to the company's benefit only will give a lot of hassle to any customer that's unhappy with their purchase. Take this into account before buying anything from here.

    Walking in and got approached rudly by a member of staff, she directly asked did I have a registration number when I said no I don't I'm just wondering do you have a book I can take away with me, she then got more direct saying no you have to have a registration number and that we don't do books. She then stepped back from where she was and stated I need to social distance( I didn even get a chance to even be in the store let alone for her to feel like I wasn't practicing social distance) I was wearing a mask and not one staff member was wearing one.and I said to her she should be wearing a mask and thank you.

    Incredibly rude staff. I am also from the states and wasn’t sure of the process in ordering and pickup when got to store so asked a young staff member who was completely rude and heard him laughing at me not understanding w another staff member. Could not make a payment using the kiosks provided so had to ask a staff for help who was also rude. Additionally the products are terrible. Ordered a few fans during the summer weather and both did not work well. This place should shut down imo Update- the store is closing! :) not surprised

    I had to search, reserve and pay for my item on a gadget but the front of staff house were so nice, so helpful and eager to assist. Thank you. I've just read previous negative posts, maybe there is a change of staff because my experience of staff was only positive. Keep it up.

    The shop manager, who worked today (28th of December) was not helpful at all, when we tried to return an item. We went to another store, this store must be avoided, especially if you need to return something, avoid at all costs!!

    I bought a heater and half hour later I went back to exchange it for another style, because the one I had bought was making a lot of noise, so I asked to exchange it for another style that was quieter and they didn't exchange it.

    I popped up the store on the 31st March 2023 to replace a nose trimmer with the new one. I could not find an email received to prove I purchased the insurance. As there was nothing I could prove, I almost gave up. But the kind, gentle, and friendly guy (JOHN) helped me out. He asked me to show my card history so that he was able to trace the transaction. He checked the amount and date on the system and gave me a replacement. I really am grateful for his kindness that tried his best to figure it out together to make it.

    Exactly what we needed, fast and easy. I never used this service, but the girl was super gentle explaining how it worked. In a few minutes we did our purchase and were heading home
