Worst customer service I've seen in my life. I needed to return a stroller because it has NO breaks!! (something totally unexpected and against all safery standard) . The supervisor refused to take it back and to refund me saying it is used and he cannot return. I had very hot discussion with him and told him this is against your retutn policy with no avail. I returned it in another branch very easily. I will never shop from this store particularly this branch and i don't recommend it to anyone since they don't respect their own policy.

Do not respect opening and closing times, it closed before the corresponding time demonstrating completely lack of respect with costumers. I had a reservation which I only had to pickup only so it can be done in a couple of minutes.

Just got home after buying a ring from ARGOS illac centre and the jewelry box is empty. They keep your order receipt. When I rang the number for their store, speaking to someone wasn't an option. Will never use that store again.

Horrible Customer Service and product – Bush Stick to Handheld Bagless Vacuum Cleaner I had the same vacuum for over 2 years and it was great, then I decided to get a new one and what a deception, in one month it presented defect. The wheels are missing. I live in one bed apartment with an laminated floor and no carpet, there is absolutely no reason for this. With no wheels it is so hard to use the vacuum. The customer service insists this is a non-manufacturing fault and that I need to pay for a whole piece that costs over €20. This is just a advise if you are thinking to get one. This does not have the same quality as the ones from a few years ago.

Pathetic customer service... my friend got a faulty product from this store on return this item according to their return policy, refused support. The lady in that store was so rude, she was SHOUTING at him for no reason. She was misleading him about the product that this is normal if he received a faulty product and convincing him that it comes like this so there no fault. He wanted to speak to a manager but she refused... he waited there for a long time then manager came to him and said the exact thing what that rude lady was saying. Finally, he went to a different Argos branch and returned his product without any issue.

For some reason they don’t take contactless payments and also required me to bring ID to buy a knife block, so had to return the following day. Fast to get the products after payment though.

Pre ordered a item. I tried to bring my electric scooter in store (never ever had a issue anywhere!) Was immediately told I can't bring it in so I had to leave it outside unattended (no lock for it)while I deal with this petty seriously petty guy called Mark.! I ran outside while he retrieved my item and nowhere does it say scooters are not permitted, i also checked Argus too and again no signs saying no scooters allowed. EVEN A SECURITY GUARD told me he doesn't know what I am talking about. I did tell this guy mark how petty i think he was being while never raising my voice or swearing. When I got my itel i sarcastically sais I'm going to write a great review.i must add mark remained fully professional unlike this little brown haired girl with glasses who began to swear at me I swore back still not raising my voice, she had the audacity to say I shouldn't swear back at her because she is a lady ha this woman is far far from a lady so screw that double standard.!!! In conclusion I now out of pettyness and shock at how unprofessional this woman was took pictures of all entrances to the ilac nowhere does it say no scooters allowed and she certainly won't be getting away with how she spoke to me. Next i will be Emailing HR and see what they say.ill never ever return to this store nor will any of my family members or friends. Incredible a director Mr Burke has already emailed me back fantastic at least some at Argos take customer service seriously. Most comments and reviews are complaining about poor customer service shocked lol not.

β€œCurrently out of stock” β€œHome delivery not available” β€œCannot be reserved for store pick-up” This is copied from your Irish website. Terrible service at the moment and you had months to prepare for Brexit.

Staff are lovely but I have a issue with firestick prices. How curry's 4k one is 3 euro cheaper and argos keep going up. Firestick lite was 30.99 now its 42.99 like what the hell. Probably better that they are closing

Very poor customer service from the manager Pat McLaughlin. He refused to give me a replacement for a faulty product even with proof of purchase. The Argos in Stephens green were very helpful and happy to give me a replacement

Big thanks today to the young guy who helped me today. I bought a dumbell and barebell set and underestimated how heavy it would be. He offered to help carry it out to the street where I could get a taxi to bring it home. Didn't get his name unfortunately but he was great help to me today and don't know how I would have managed without him.

Great shop for get all in one place, literally from needle to the plane. I've got several things bought in it and it's really great, just some times if you buy furniture don't think you'll get product which is hand made 😁😁... kids toys and LEGO is really great to get there because you get nice discounts and great offers... see you again...

Generally lovely staff, apart from the store manager, and another man with an English accent. Rode, aggressive, abusive, sharp and very unhelpful.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Brilliant piercing experience. Everything was extremely clean. They spent time with me choosing the best jewellery for what I wanted. The piercer was very good and spent a lot of time measuring and making sure it would be straight. The piercing itself was almost painless. Thrilled with my experience...
