I've
been
O'Briens
Wine
store
customer
for
years
now.
The
Blanchardstown
branch
has
a
wide
range
of
wines,
beers
and
spirits.
There
are
regular
promotions
that
are
worth
it.
Until
about
6
months
ago
we
loved
going
there
physically
because
of
Didzis
and
Alex.
Both
members
of
staff
knew
a
lot
about
wines
and
spirits.
As
we
mostly
buy
wines,
we
were
always
approached
with
a
smile
and
offered
help.
By
'help'
I
mean
detailed
explanation
of
every
wine
we
were
interested
in,
or
advised
on
new
discoveries
based
on
our
taste.
If
I
planned
to
buy
a
bottle,
I
would
often
walk
out
with
3(!).
There
must
have
been
a
huge
staff
turnaround
in
the
last
year
or
so.
The
new
staff
barely
looks
at
the
customers
and
greet
you
like
we
are
their
mates.
Total
lack
of
interest
in
customer
service
and
respect.
In
fact,
the
friendliest
face
in
the
shop
is
always
the
security
guy
by
the
entrance.
We
switched
to
the
online
shopping
experience
so
we
do
not
have
to
deal
with
this.
Overall,
looking
for
a
new
wine
supplier.
