    Very nice shop nice staff a great selection for baby food the big problem is that all the baby food is upstairs and the elevator is broken a least from 3 weeks so is not possible to go upstairs with a buggy,when you are going to fix it?or why you don't put the baby food downstairs?

    Great place to find a lot of good stuff for you and your skin treatment. Nice and friendly staff. Good deals with discount and special offers for students. Staff is wearing protective screens and masks and keep social distance.

    I asked a question to someone from the staff and she treated me horribly. I worked in costumer service for a while and I know it can be exhausting but I'd never treat people like that. I don't want to say that all the staff is horrible, but at least this girl was as rude as you can be.

    Today I had a bad experience at the N°7 checkout. I went to the pharmacy to return a sunscreen because it had caused atopic dermatitis. The lady who attended me told me that she did not believe that the product was the cause, that it was my mistake for having taken an anti-aging product. She also asked me how many times I had used the product, as if to imply that I just wanted to try it and return it. I know I look younger than I am but yes I am of age to use those products. As for the use, I didn't know the reaction I had was from the sunscreen so it took me more than a day to realize I should stop using it. Perhaps what bothered me the most was that once my partner arrived her attitude changed and she started to be nicer. I don't know if her attitude was related to me being alone, being a woman, being a foreigner or if it was just a lack of communication, but I really didn't have a good experience. I usually get excellent service at the Boots chain but today was the exception. I will definitely try to avoid that lady from now on. In any case, thank you for the chain's policies that allow me to return a product when it generates a negative skin reaction.

    Your staff is so super nice! Twice I went in and twice the staff took time to compliment my jewellery 😂It really made my day, keep up hiring lovely people with a passion for what they do ☺️

    Dealt with a rude employee today, Macy. Did not listen to what I was trying to say so I just left to get my item issue resolved in another Boots. Even with me saying thank you as I left completely chose to ignore me. Terrible customer service.

    I had a brilliant customer service experience near closing time last night. Manager Lisa & Perfume Specialist Rachel went above and beyond helping me with a perfume query. I purchased l'Interdit Givenchy earlier this week - the original grey ribbon bottle tester above the box is what I thought I bought (testers were not updated by supplier to match the new scent/bottle). The ladies investigated thoroughly and found the perfume was reworked in 2022 but suppliers never sent updated testers to stores! I was refunded without question and the ladies said they will let me know if the original version comes back available.

    I placed an order online totalling a little over 200EUR. The package has not been delivered at all, but Boots refuses to help. When I call in, I am being told only the email customer service department can solve the issue and when I email them, I'm being told the tracking says delivered and they can't do anything about it. When I ask them for proof or who signed for it, I get the same standard email as response. No response at all to my questions, just a repeat of ''the tracking page says delivered, nothing we can do, thanks for understanding''. Consequently, I have told them they are in breach of European Consumer Rights as they have not met their obligation of delivery, to which I also get the exact same response.

    Store opening times say open till 6:30 however when I tried to enter at 6:20 to pick up one small item (which I knew which one I was getting i.e. wasn’t going in to browse) I was denied entry. Please update your opening times if this is the case.

    The pharmacy is constantly busy and they only ever seem to have one pharmacist on duty. Bargains are less than good value compared to the past. The store needs a renovation as it feels old and dirty.

    Shop is always bustling with people, personally prefer going earlier in the day so it's not as crowded. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful with regard to any questions I ask. Feels like a lot of the time that I visit, especially over the past few months, that they are sold out of many products. Surprisingly, though, the shop has been very well kept in the run up to xmas. Advantage card is great, always use my student discount.

Before getting to point, I will praise your InStyler MINI travel dryer I've just bought and tested right away, I am sure it will be a trusty companion and treat my wavy hair far better than other dryers, the first impressions are excellent! What left an impact on me was the kind service of your cashier with an East Slavic accent in Jervis Shopping Centre, today, Sat, Nov. 26th around 6:30PM, she was at the second cash booth from the exit. It was not the interaction that was out of the ordinary, but her soothing tone and sincerity in wishing me a nice evening accompanied by her radiance, emitting positive vibes. Being an aesthete, empath, and a published fashion photographer, and coming out of a stressful workweek, this small, but impactful flicker of kindness and overall captivating positivity of your Jervis cashier made my week and filled me with energy. As an experienced photographer in the field of fashion, I can assure your cashier bears a billboard and magazine editorial worthy radiance, you as a company should utilize her positive vibe, spark and captivating glow in your advertorial sector too. Sadly, I forgot to take note of her name, as I presume she had a name tag.     Went there to buy an ordinary product for my wife...i couldnt find a product i was looking for and ask for the help with the lady. She asked for man to help me. The man came with full attitude and grab a random product from the shelves and handover to me saying thats all they got and asked to take if i wanted to. I further approached the guy to show the picture and without looking at the picture he told me thats all we have.. What a pity customer service..shouldnt be working on customer service if not keen on talking with customer..

    I forgot my sunglasses at home when I came to Dublin for a visit, and was recommended to go to a Boots. Having never been in one of those stores before, I got quite lost and inquired with the security guard downstairs where their sunglasses might be located. He was super friendly and helpful, and directed me upstairs. What I found was a very generous selection, with a pair of polarized aviator looking specs for about 45 euro. That's perfect, and a much better alternative to spending hundreds on something at the Sunglasses Hut across the way inside the shopping center.

    Went in the other day late in afternoon, and wanted someone in No 7 to help me pick a new makeup. I got a lovely women called Margaret, who was the most accommodating person ever. She was very help and knew what she was doing . Left a very happy person. I've been to other boots and asked fir same service only to be pawned off.

    My repetitive prescription which should be ready for collection a week ago was not ready upon my arrival 😒 so had to wait 20 min for it. There is always a problem in Boots when I want to collect my meds. Usually there is a search for the package - longest one search took them about 15 min (after initial 10 min second person join checking every single drawer/shelf 🐭😲🙈🙊

    I order yesterday a medicine that they don't have it and I got text messages to collect then I was there they were not organised and I wait 15 min on the queue and then 15min more alter they say we don't have and I say I ordere I show Again the message and they asked me again if I was sure that is on the boot of yervis I said of course I was here yesterday and the look a bit and they have on front of then. Really bad experience when you are on hurry

    Excellent variety of goods on sale at a more competitive price than any other retailer iv come across the floor staff and till staff are wonderful helping people, however I can not recommend there pharmacy there chemist's quite often go to far into questioning and asking and dictating advise that isn't requested or asked iv have experienced this in 3 boots chemist's so perhaps they are following ridiculous guidelines set out for them I have as said used there chemist's 3 times in the past just out of convenience already being in the store but never again, overall the shopping side of boots is a great and often cost saving experience
