    That's one of the worst websites to buy tickets that I ever used. It's all so complicated and outdated, they should learn with the start-ups how to have a consumer-centred business and create a user-friendly website. Not even mentioning the fact that they buy and resell tickets for a higher price in another website. That is just disgraceful for all the customers that don't have any other option than to buy with them. I hope some smaller and better company comes and take all the market from them.

    Try to call about bookings and machine says after few ring: can not take my call and I can not leave message. Whaaat???? So upsetting! Same with Cork office. Why are there offices if can mot contact them?? 😑😑😑😑😑😑🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬Would love to give no star.

    I realise that the lockdown is still in place, but it says it’s open until 7pm. I wanted to get a refund on a theatre ticket. When I arrived, it was closed, and remains closed until further notice.

    absolute joke of a company, in the queue today from 8:15 for Bastille tickets, they didnt actually start serving till 9:10 , and by then the tickets were sold out, no sense of business ethic.

    It could be a good choice to buy a ticket. But the online ticket master has allowed people to buy several non-personalized tickets to sell for double or triple the price. That's not fair. This place never has the tickets that I would like to buy.
