Ryan's was always a great pub but now there is a new outdoor area, with glass walls and retractable roof, takes the place to a whole new level. Good mix of locals, after work crowd and the odd tourist. Service is great, it's clean and the pints are lovely.

***AMAZING EXPERIENCE*** I have NEVER felt so welcome and cared for by staff at a pub. We walked in as weary travelers and walked out with warmth and happy in our hearts. Mark and Jerry(sorry if i used American spelling ) were so helpful, kind and amazing, we will never forget the service and the ciders. Amazingly clean place with a great atmosphere and space to relax. We owe you guys big time, thanks for all the advice and help on our travels. <3

Cute, traditional pub (no food served). We sat out in the outdoor terrace which has a roof in case weather gets bad. We received quick and friendly service outside. Not many options for cider.

Ryan’s has put in a new out door seating area which is nice and very inviting. We called on a Sunday 2 weeks . Seems like a nice local pub .

A great place full of character and now with added outdoor space. Great on Aviva match days but even better on a quiet non match day!!!

Nice neighborhood pub. Screens to watch your latest sports events. No Food and no table service knock it down in my book, but if you live nearby and fancy a drink while watching a game, it's great.

Great pint. Great place to watch European Soccer on telly. 2 screens side by side showing 2 games. Loved it

Just a couple of pints with the rest of the Derry crowd in town for the FAI Cup Final today! Lovely wee bar - need to come back and see it on a 'normal' day for a fuller review

When visiting Dublin, stop off at Ryan's Beggers Bush, fantastic atmosphere while enjoying a friendly Irish Pub

  • 1/5 Laura O. 5 months ago on Google
Weirdest/intimidating atmosphere, we drank our pints outside because the bar man weirdly ignored us for ages before we went into the other bar to get birra miretti and dead coors.

It was a disgrace only one of the ladies toilets was working. With such a large crowd cocktail sausages would have been a nice touch.

Authentically Irish (I think). I sat on the patio to have a Guinness and ended up surrounded by heavily accented Irish locals chatting about a host of things. Great way to immerse myself in local culture. Only complaint is no real food in the evening and I couldn't quite make out what my waiter was saying about the sandwiches they had. Still a lovely place for a pint. Highly recommended!
