This is a special pub. Such great band musicians playing Ska/Reggae on Sundays. Dance and joy are the name of the pub. Some customers have been going there for ages and it makes you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is perfect. The service and the staff are very attentive. Like there very much.

I Love this pub. Always lively, even when not full. Great buzz from customers, always a conversation to be had and there is usually great music here. The staff are great, efficient ,friendly and capable. A good meeting place for before and usually after a gig in town. And on Fridays they often have a band playing too for good measure. Top tip; they have ice cold bottles of Spaten in the fridge. One of my favourite beers and one of the few bars that stock it.

Stopped by for a drink in the afternoon and had a pleasant time of it. It's been years since I've crossed the threshold of this particular establishment and it's not as I remember it. However my wife and I spent a pleasant hour ot two and enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly banter and good service from both barmen who were there that day. The place seems bigger and from memory I'd say improvements are definitely a positive.

Good place to start your pub crawl; very unique tile work and woodwork. A lot of selections on draft. Good vibe. Bartenders super helpful.

Lovely setting but an absolutely awful reception. Treated horribly by a barman who lacked in people skills. The Guinness tasted lovely so was a real shame we felt the need to drink up and leave ASAP because of the very horrible and cold atmosphere due to this barman.

Such a great pub. Staff are always on the ball, great music on a Sunday and a good diverse crowd. What more could you ask for?

A very popular pub, full of atmosphere and always comfortably full of jolly drinkers who come to meet and enjoy it's excellent music. On different nights you can listen to ballads, ska, reggae, rock etc. They have music for all tastes. People here are welcoming and chatty, so if you are a tourist in the city centre, this pub is well worth dropping in to. Have a drink, a chat with the locals and soak up the authentic Irish welcome.

It's always a homecoming when going to the foggy. Prices have gone up massively but the crowd is always good.

We dropped in to the Foggy on Saturday evening for a couple of pints while on our way to meet friends elsewhere. As per usual the place was fairly full and the atmosphere was buzzing. Great service from very polite staff and the pint of Guinness was exceptional 👏 ... if you are in town over the festive season drop in and you won't be disappointed

Sunday nights they have live ska bands and attract a wide range of fans, great crack and even the bars staff seem to love the music. Definitely worth a visit if your in Dublin. The rear exit door leaves you right in the middle of temple bar

Haven't visited Dublin without calling in here, clean, warm, cracking pint of Guinness and the staff are always engaged and up for the craic in quieter moments. The fact this place does toasted sandwiches makes this practically the complete boozer for someone like me.. A true gem.

One of the very best pubs in Ireland. Especially like the live music on a Thursday.

Do you know what, one if the best evenings/nights I've ever had in Dublin...world Cup on, great buzz.... but when you thought it couldn't get better, a jazz band comes on. They were mesmerising... service was rapid & pints were great.... what an experience

Nice little spot in the heart of Dublin. Staff are friendly, and quick with service. We were there on a Sunday and there was live music all night. Toilets are downstairs, so wouldn't be ideal for wheelchair users. Otherwise, really nice spot to have a pint

Listened to a band and were blown away. Great service but remember if you want Guiness order it before other drinks!

Great bar in the heart of Dublin. Good old school feel and a nice pint if Guinness (touch on the expensive side but not really for the location).

Music made this place incredible. Rockabilly kids playing Johnny B Goode and Yackity Yak with incredible style and skill!

Penny so good . Great clothes and it's inexpensive. Sometimes the sizes are not great. It's either size 8 or 22. That's annoying. But overall you will find something you like. And I live the fact that your not waiting 2 long to get served.i would actually like to work in penny. Maybe I might drop in my CV

Drink is surprisingly not rip off like elsewhere in the Temple Bar area. Bar staff were very attentive. Good live music on a Saturday night.

He chowder was decent. My “stew” consisted of vegetables and meat in chicken broth, couldn’t eat more than a spoon. The pub food was a little better. If you’re coming here it’s for the bar and music which are much better. Not a place for dining.

Very good 'local' in the heart of the city. Usually busy, especially at weekends. Very good selection of beers & spirits. Fast, friendly staff. Also a great place for a 'quite' pint in the middle of the day 😀

First time in Dublin for me and my wife Julie and the foggy dew was the highlight of our visit, really warm welcome from all of the staff and guests knew about the foggy dew from friends who are regulars, made some good new friends and great time with old friends we will definitely be back for some more liquid gold We would highly recommend a visit if you want a great night out Thanks for a fantastic experience and big up the Dublin Skins 😀 👍

It is the Foggy Dew great place. Pint of Guinness was €6.00 a little steep. Maybe I have been out of pubs too long and that's a normal price.

Excellent central location for a good Guinness. Gret fast service and real Dublin pub feeling in the heart of Temple Bar.

Great pub, Guinness is really good with friendly bar staff, but the night we visited it was warm so there was no Fog...

Cozy and cool pub, with lovely Guinness and a bit cheaper than other Temple Bar locations even though it's around the corner

Went in for a sca night, too crowded but what can you say, it's a sca night. But even ordering drinks was a problem. We finally had to come out on to the street and could enjoy a more breezy evening.
