The atmosphere is great at this bar, you will feel like you are really a part of the space. There are really beautiful decorated corners inside. The staff is super nice and are really good with their service. The cocktail menu is lovely. Would recommend the zombieland.

Atmosphere and service are great. Cocktails are very disappointing. Most of them are simple taste, with lack of texture. Vibe is very cosy, in dim light, classy.

Was so pleased with this place. Drinks are costly enough but you expect that from somewhere of this calibre. Dark, moody, sexy vibes. Was pleasantly surprised how efficient their booking system is and their reservations staff. Also, our service on the night was fantastic. Waitress constantly available to take drink orders. Great spot for date night drinks or catch up with friends. For large groups they also have two areas on their own which would be great as it’s be like a private area. I’d advise booking in advance.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely brilliant time at 9 Below. They found us a table even though we didn’t have a booking. Every member of staff there was attentive, friendly, efficient, approachable and amazing. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they helped to make it special :) The music was on point!!!!! There was something for everyone from pop to old school r&b to indie rock to classics. I was loving it! The place itself is gorgeous, classy, clean and stylish. What a hidden gem in Dublin. Before I forget - the actual drinks themselves were so delicious! They had their own range of custom cocktails and they were ready and willing to make any of the classics for you. I will recommend 9 below to anyone I know who is going to Dublin. I wish there were one in London 😊

Really loved this bar, it was really good vibes. Music was great, drinks were really good and so was the space too. The service was also really lovely, would visit again.

Nice ambience with a speakeasy feel. Staff were nice. Average priced compared to other similar cocktail bars. Feeling a little rough around the edges but overall fine. As other reviewers have said though, cocktails aren't great - not well balanced, overly reliant on sweet/fruit juice and selection is limited. Impractical use of giant ice cubes in a lot of the cocktails too. They do off-menu traditional (old fashioned was good, margarita was really not good).

Never knew this place existed, I’m sitting here right now and the staff are wonderful. The atmosphere is great, it’s a real 5 star experience. Fair play to the team and mixologists, this Pineapple Express is one of the nicest cocktails I’ve ever had.

Super cool bar. Cool music, there's a dj literally at the bar playing music. The cocktails are fabulous. And the staff are very friendly! One slight issue is that one doesn't get helped very soon by a staff member and they don't come around very often, not at all actually unless you signal to them. On the one hand understandable as its a very popular place. On the other hand it would be better if they kept an eye on it or thought of another system for waiters and waitresses.

Popped in for some anniversary cocktails and the lovely staff greeted us with a complimentary glass of bubbles. The girl (dark hair) who served us was absolutely fab. So profesional and made our night really special. The cocktails were amazing. Loved the decor. Highly recommend.

Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and makes a perfect cocktail. We had such a wonderful time visiting 9 below. Aside from the cocktails, they have nailed the aesthetic. We definitely recommend!

Very nice place for night out enjoying good ambience, music and great selection of drinks. We came here on Friday night as a group of 4 and we loved it! Great staff, we couldn’t be more happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this place!

Friendly staff and making bookings through email is smooth. Not the largest selection of cocktails, but they are all well made.

oh what a night ! from the moment we entered we were greeted by a lovely host to bring us to our table and took our jackets.We were sat in the bar area where we got chatting to two lovely bartenders, they looked after us the whole night with sumptuous drinks and great Service, they could not do enough to give us the best experience possible. We wanted to add another person to our table which was not an issue and there manger was more than facilitating to make sure everyone was happy.As the night got busier the floor staff Kate,Megan and Kayla made sure we were well looked after, having a laugh with us and all the customers around us, we always had a drink in our hand we never had to ask for service, the girls were always on the ball. This bar is the place to be in Dublin , Always know where to bring back the girls cannot recommend enough. xoxo Trish

Very good location The atmosphere is very nice. Decor very interesting Very cozy and good music The drinks/cocktails were very well presented and tasty. I really enjoyed them! The negative thing in my 1st experience there was the service, the waitress mixed-up the orders many times. But they were very friendly at the same time( hope they make improvements in that part) I totally will give another chance to this place soon

I was so impressed with 9 Below!! Best cocktail bar I've been to in a while. The quick response to booking a table online, less than an hour. The entrance is fabulous! Greeted by a friendly hostess who showed us to our table. Service was great! The menu had a great selection. I recommend the strawberry shortcake, moulin rouge and DTF. But the music was the best ever! An amazing dj! She had an epic playlist, I think some clubs in Dublin should have a list like hers! Could not recommend this bar enough. Cannot wait to go back!

Nice place in the heart of Dublin. Secluded also and easily missed. Drinks were really nice and the staff were friendly. Service was slow though and a number of times had to walk to find a waiter. Possibly understaffed as the bar was not full by any means. Overall really liked the place and will go back again.

Excellent bar, very cool atmosphere, music, decor and nice staff. Menu needs to be updated which they said they're working on, and if you want a birthday cocktail, for now you need to bring your own sparkly stuff. But they're also working on creating one they said.

Very Cosy and not noisy (if you wish) place for amazing cocktails, chats and get together's. Fantastic staff! I only wish they use smaller 'icebergs' in cocktails 😉

Booked nine below for cocktails for my Dad’s birthday and it was really lovely. The team there are so nice and the cocktails were delicious (and decent value compared with other cocktail bars nearby). There was a great atmosphere, great music (not too loud), and lovely festive decorations. The lady who greeted us and brought us our drinks was also the only person on the floor and she managed it so well - thank you and fair play!

Made to feel unwelcome. I suggested to a group of three friends while having dinner in the St. Stephens Green Club that we try the 9 Below bar downstairs. We were told a table would be ready in 45 minutes. After we sat down they told they us they wanted the table back in 30 minutes. The decor and location are great. €66 for 4 drinks is overpriced. If you are over 30, stay away as you will be made feel very unwelcome.

My first evening at Dublin. This was my last bar to visit for the day after having a disappointing time at the so called whisky as well as traditional pubs so highly rated by the travel guides. for mr they were simple lack lustre and lacked any appeal. So with no expectations, I ventured into 9 below. The music and the tasty done decor and interiors were exceptionally warm abd welcoming . The staff was so knowledgeable. The lady recommended me to try a Pineapple Express abs eloquently described the taste profile. Seisha and her colleagues were great and Nicholas aka Sir Nick blew me away with their creations . A truly amazing awesome wonderful evening Hope they open a 8 Below in Singapore too

The most terrible cocktail bar experience I’ve had in my 4 years in Dublin. Booked for a birthday celebration for 8 people almost 2 months in advance; we arrive and they give us a space for 6 and argues that they can’t give us more chairs because it’s busy, don’t acknowledge anything, and just walk off - in what world does this make sense? We then proceed to wait 35 minutes for 6/8 cocktails, and an additional 15 for the last 2. We asked for any kind of compensation, nothing. The above is nothing, though, compared to the sauna that place was. We sat there, sweating, for an hour without getting our drinks, and without even getting any water until we were ready to leave. We’ll never go back here - who wants to pay a big premium to get tortured on a night out?
