The reception area really needs refurbishing, I felt quite uneasy and worried about the rooms. You have to present ID which was strange as well. The room was actually nice and bed very comfy. The location is central and ideal for me that night as we were out for drinks. If you’re staying for business the noise will be a huge problem. We were on the third floor and bar as well have been in the bar downstairs.this hotel is about location, location, location.

The rooms were fairly clean, the one on the 3rd floor also quiet. Nice but worn furniture, also the wallpaper (with a lot of dust...). The main problem though were that they weren't redoing the room! The position were perfect, in a central street full of pubs.

If you go there in the hope of sleeping early (pre 2:30 am on the weekend) it's not the place to stay at. There's a huge club right below it where you can feel the music, even if you're in the highest (3rd) floor. Clean rooms, good location, nice bathroom, yet over prized due to the lack of the possibility to have a peaceful night's sleep

DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a club next door and I mean next door so people and music blasting until 3am. Not only this, but the fire alarm kept going off from about 11.30 pm until at least 1.30 am if not longer! Absolutely awful place. No one warned us of the noise, and no one even apologised for the first alarm or nothing even after we went down to reception to be like that the hell is going on!! Please, for ur own sanity and for future people, do not stay here. I attached a video of what we experienced, and we were on the 3rd floor! There were two poor floors below us.

DO NOT recommend at all! We stayed for three nights. The hotel didn't have THE HEATING ON until we asked for it (we are in winter here). The windows didn't close properly, so the noise from the street (that was A LOT since there are a lot of pubs around) AND the cold wind got in easly (this is an issue we reported and of course didn't got fixed). We couldn't take a shower the first night because the hot water didn't work in our room and when we reported this, Paulo from reception couldn't do anything about it because he was not taught how to (according to what he said). The next night they gave us another room just to take a shower because they couldn't fix the hot water in our room. I want to highlight Natash, the girl that helped us the most. If it wasn't for her. I would have given you 1 star in service as well. She gave us the room and actual solutions. And apart from all this. The last night, the fire alarm went off (apparently it was a prank), and they delayed like half an hour to turn it off (at 3am). PROS: The rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable.

NIGHTMARE 85DB (till 02:30) noise bedroom. The hotel is above a nightclub. Checked-out the next morning (09:00). Only received a refund for the first evening, not for the second evening (expected to be even more noisy due to NYE). Hotel couldn't provide a room according to safety standards. The only thing they could do was blame the nightclub (their business partners). Should have taken precautionary measures instead and sound-proof their rooms.

Room was okay, hot water was very weak, live music next door kept us awake from midnight past two am each night. Lousy experience.

Perfect spot to spend the night, no unnecessary frills, comfortable bed, high pressure shower and good soundproofing so you barely notice the club beneath. 5/5 my regular stop off if I need somewhere for the night that's affordable and comfortable.

Impossible to sleep when theres a bar/nightclub next door. Room was clean and fine but nothing but noise from music/people partying all might

Room was clean and comfortable. Bars all around so it was noisy, but earplugs were provided

Do not book it! I had trouble with payment when booking. I provided new payment information on request to ensure validity of mz booking. I never got a reply to my request for confirmation. The hotel did not respond to several mails and where not available via phone. So, I booked another hotel. Nevertheless they activated the payment.

The room was clean, nice bathroom (no hot water though, but I didn't say anything at the time either), generally comfortable. A bit overpriced, but paying for the convenient location. If only they would invest in at least double glazing or some sort of sound proofing, it would be so ideal! Definitely do not stay here if you're a light sleeper. I was on the 1st floor, basically in the beer garden of Jimmy Rabbittes next door.

Lovely big room, comfy bed, no problem with check in. Clean, safe and great location. Really brilliant accommodation in Dublin. Receptionist also was very kind to print out a document for us. 5*

For A city centre hotel it's grand, fairly centrally located and accessable by frequent public transport. The room was surprisingly sizable and the bed comfortable and clean. That said I've never seen dust bunnies on the wall large enough to cast their own shadow before, and I wouldn't necessarily rush to have snacks in the room, nor should one hope to watch much on the tv with approximately 2 clear channels. The staff were not unfriendly or unhelpful. The lobby area unfortunately smells of stale smoke, much as I imagine is a side effect from being right next to a bus stop, however the provision of ear plugs was welcome.

The most worst hotel policy,it turns down our vibes, ridiculos when they ask you for bank details ,names, copy of ID for all guests ect ect Strongly we advise people please dont experience this hotel 🤮🤮

Initially looks nice, however it is so noisy you cannot sleep at all as it is Located above a nightclub and two bars not soundproofed at all, only get 1 pillow each and won’t give you more, actual room is okay but doesn’t not function as a hotel.

After an issue out-with the hotel's control they were excellent in resolving it. Ivanna was a brilliant hotel manager and I'll be back soon hopefully!

When I read the reviews about the noise, I was wondering how bad it could be during the week. Really bad, avoid the place if you want a peaceful sleep. Otherwise, rooms are clean and comfortable

No hot water in our bathroom and the on site bar/club decided to sort their bottles and glass at 7.30am and the noise in our room was unbearable in the morning. We ended up checking out earlier than planned due to the noise in the morning. I raised the issue with hotel and they believed it was acceptable, other hotels offer just as good value without any issues needless to say we won't be giving this hotel our business again.

I'm giving 4 because wasn't all football games on scern ( btw I'm drunk yet) . Generally...I need to say great security, helpful and really friendly. About TV- should be more than 3 games on screens. Huge place for drinks ,nice to go for drinks 😊

Location is fantastic but the noise from the night club was deafening if your going to the venue's nearby it may not bother you and is ideal for that but if your not it's very hard to sleep from the buzz around but couldn't fault the it

Nice little hotel ....but ...very noisy as you are next to a nightclub The rooms are decent though

A hotel in serious need of a refresh. Mould in the bathrooms, plaster filling in the wall and no way to switch the light out from the bed meaning walking around in the dark all lead to a poor score. The location is not the best for being out and about late in the evening.

The rooms in the hotel need refreshing. Mould in the bathrooms, scuffs on the walls, and holes in the ceiling. The Romanian receptionist was not the friendliest.

The hotel finds itself sandwiched between two pubs. They play music extremely loud until 2AM. The room shook. The first hotel I have seen where the give you earplugs to sleep Furniture is worned out. The toilet got clogged. The staff was helpful and friendly though Not a place I would recommend. It's also expensive, all Dublin is.

The location is great if you want to party. The hotel gives you earplugs because they KNOW how LOUD it get get at night/weekend. The hotel in general isn't as clean as you'd want it to be. Just look at the pictures along with my review (That chair and vent is atrocious). Know what you're getting into and don't over pay for your stay.

It’s a hotel in the middle of pubs and bars. Stayed from Thursday to Monday and you will need ear plugs if you can’t fall asleep to noise. We were out Saturday and Sunday night but because it’s situated in a busy street it’s even noisy from early afternoon and there was a fair bit of noise Thursday and of course Friday night. It’s clean and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend if you are in Dublin for a couple of nights to do the touristy stuff and have drinks at night and you don’t require anything fancy. Only down side in our room the tap in the sink never had hot water and the water from the tub had to run for at least 10 minutes for hot water.

Simple if you want somewhere to sleep for 1 night fine otherwise it's a Dump the staff are just brutally no help no hot water the TV never worked. The worst place that I have ever stayed in. Bad management very bad staff.

I think we're all having the same experience here. Decent clean rooms, comfortable beds, but noise is a problem - even on a Monday night and on the top3rd) floor! I only slept through it cos I was exhausted from a long day. They do have free spongy earplugs by each bed, but given the price, which is a bit high, I'd have expected much better soundproofing instead. It's central but comprises entirely of bedrooms, so no chance of a breakfast.
