Great hotel in great location needs a little upgrading but to be totally fair they are doing at the moment no major issues its mainly the carpets need renewing would without a doubt rebook this hotel again, clean comfy friendly hotel, from the outside you would think oh, when you arrive but when you walk through the doors you think, ah yes very nice indeed. Don't judge the book by the cover it is indeed a fab hotel, my honest review. No pics of hotel itself but breakfast fabulous

I had a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they even let me print out my boarding pass. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Plenty of tea and towels. However, the bathroom left something to be desired. The shower was not very good - water got everywhere on the floor. The breakfast was great. (The only thing I couldn't find was fruit.) Overall, good hotel that I would consider staying at again.

Great location near railway station. Does not look great from the outside but inside it is very nice. Very clean and the rooms are a good size for a city centre location. Fantastic breakfast with a large selection and plenty off it. Nice bar for quite pint. If you want a club or pubs with music there are dozens on the door step. Parking is limited on site but at 10 euros it's not too bad

Five stars are for the kindness and professional skills of the staff: in 2020 I booked this structure but due to covid-19 issues I had to give up. They offered a voucher valid for 24 months. After two years I tried to book again using that voucher. Unfortunately they had no availability for my days but Gill was so kind to find another accommodation for us. They put the customer above everything. Thanks a lot. Marco

Hotel cancelled on me last week 5 days prior to my stay without offering any alternative accomadation. leaving me to pay a lot extra due to short notice and hotels price increase.

The hotel cancelled the reservation 4 days prior to the trip due to overbooking. They were not willing to compensate us for spent tickets or pay the difference for another hotel, which was way more expensive due to the short prelude.

Stayed here for one night in November. Great location, only 5 mins walk into the main parts of Dublin. Really convenient. It is a spacious hotel, although you wouldn't think it from the small entrance/exterior. Once inside, the lobby and entrance are luxurious and roomy. The hallways are dark, with hardly any natural light. I didn't like that. Some maintenance needed, but there were signs saying work-in-progress. The rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy, just a clean, relaxing space after a day in the city. Breakfast was disappointing, but I guess matched the 3-star rating. Large restaurant and lots of guests meant it felt mass-produced. Lack of diet/allergy options and lack of drinks choice felt a bit stingy. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could!

A good budget hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. I thought it was a lovely touch to provide a mobile phone for customer use outside the hotel....Great for tourists. Hotel is right beside the dart line but we didn't hear any noise from outside. Great location in the centre of the city. Only thing I would say against it was the en suite was quite tight for space...though to be fair they had provided a bath!

Good location walking distance to city center. Staff very nice. Amenities sufficient. Unfortunately under construction next to our room with 7am construction out window and walking on roof over heads while trying to sleep in morning. Not all rooms impacted. I suggest to check with hotel in advance to see if your room impacted by construction before booking.

The staff are a testament to this hotel and very polite and professional. We had booked a twin room for a midweek stay, was very nice to get a room with a view of a park and no traffic beneath our window. Very satisfied. However, the place could do with a lick of paint and some care here and there, the room numbering is very strange with some rooms seemingly skipping numbers (but that's no deal breaker, just a little adventure down the corridor), and the pints in the bar were..... less than satisfactory.
