I called to book an appointment, but the receptionist was very rude and I decide to call other place.

Shockingly incompetent with mixed up scripts . Avoid at all costs

I was under terrible pain and told the receptionist. She just told me in a rude way to wait like everyone else. I believe if a parient is under pain and need to be referred to emergency should have priority. I cried when she treated me like that.

Add at least another 45 minutes on to your original appointment. Always leave you waiting an unacceptably amount of time and rarely answer the phone straight away, you have to leave it ring for few minutes before it’s answered!!

I have been a patient of a clinic in Swords 18 years my GP sadly passed away in January unexpectedly, the new GP Dr Thomas Cross met me once, i only got in touch for repeated prescriptions after but regularly mentioned the old GP in relation to prescription I got a very disturbing call from Dr Cross to “never mention old GP as a personal favour to him” i was shocked and stunned but now has taken me off patient list after 1 meeting and only 3/4 months as the GP i suffer with a disability and now am expected to find another GP, the clinic refused my call to reach resolution and centrichealth or the HSE won’t even answer my complaints

I had a smear test done here last week by a woman called Catherine. I was very nervous going into the appointment as it was my first time but Catherine was so lovely and made me feel very at ease and comfortable! Great experience

Fantastic team in Sandyford, they couldn't be nicer and helpful! Dr Chris and Nurse Marina were absolutely wonderful treating me. Highly recommended 👌

I have been a long term patient of this surgery and I honestly cannot say enough about the care and compassion I have received from Dr. Lundie over the years. Mary, (practice manager) is one of the most kindest people I have ever met, I can see how this fantastic surgery is going from strength to strength with the team of professionals on board. Very hard to get through to by phone. Waiting over a week for an appointment or blood tests. Not enough staff and they are lovely but more staff needed

As someone else points out treated as a child !!! Make up things, anything that doesn't suit is ignored. When was told to come back if antibiotics didn't work.when I did was called a wuss and given a lecture about "expected"pain !! Fast forward 8 months and we are discussing cancer she still will not believe I had infection ???I got having a non biosopy ! Not allowed discuss this either !! But I came because I had bad infection ??? No y didn't you only got thrush because of antibiotics !!! Septic blister is usual for thrush ?? Dirty looks,just being a wuss ?? Again ?? Not to mention the you don't have arthritis !! It's just arthritis !! Thing .!!! Then when crying with constipation?? Recommend anti anxiety drugs ??? They slow your digestion ??? But that doesn't matter because it's a repeat prescription! All that does matter. Disgrace to the profession never mind human beings
