Being involved in the Industrial kitchen sector I had undertaken adequate training in the application of HACCP principles . Combine common sense . This place saves lives on a daily basis with a hot meal a kind word and staff with the patience and devotion of a saint. I can not praise this place and the wonderful staff enough GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Merchants Quay is a Service that works in a lot of different ways, from addiction treatment, homeless issues, mental health problems, GP for Homeless People, Dental Services for Homeless People, Key Worker's that are very good in directing you like Sign Posts. I myself was and still am a very Frequent person who uses many services that Merchant Quay has to offer. The Staff their would be a 50/50 Ratio in terms of One Half of Staff that have never had issues with what Merchant Quay has to offer. The other half of Staff come from background's of experience with Drug Use, Homelessness, and Criminality. So with that Ratio, Merchants Quay has lots to offer to those in need of serious interventions with their drug use or their Homelessness issues. That's a very unique and diverse group at Hand to Give to those in need and that's what makes Merchants Quay one of many important Places to seek out that Professional intervention that many people with those diverse issues have for Help. I'm giving Merchants Quay a serious Rating of 10/10 🤗

Homeless service is non functioning for emergency users who are rough sleeping on the streets of dublin city left without the chance of using daily facilities to secure their emergency need ect showers, food service, and emergency team members who reach to the most important of service users are failing and with witness to experienced staff members refusing homeless rough sleepers to access emergency service in merchants key with their wrongful excuse of not allowing rough sleepers to enter because of close contact with key workers and also as witnessed staff members point blank shutting the door on their emergency requests what a waste of time for the ones who act in that negative way and with witness from myself of seeing haterade from staff members to know and trusted rough sleepers who basically are looking to access emergency services and with myself being blocked from the same emergency service and with it leading to a reality that staff are wrongful in their blockage to the most needy of homeless rough sleepers.... ?

Best place if you need any help with homeless and get a good dinner or tea into you, u can get free haircuts , food, clothes old and new and great counsellors. Horrible place to work, management don't care about their staff . One member of staff slightly superior to me made my life a misery. A colleague reported this to my manager and nothing was done
