Great that you can find everything you need and nice stuff, however the customer experience is always awful. In 6years going to Penneys in Ireland I was never lucky to have anyone help me with stock checks or offer decent customer service as staff prefer to hide behind pillars to talk, shop is always messy apart from first hours of opening. Not to mention at the tills gossip going on all the time, badly trained people that can't even issue a receipt of refund/exchange correctly. Managers do the same, always talking on the corners and saying "sorry can't do anything to help." Having worked in Penneys twice I know how things should be but people working there just don't care and offer the worst customer service I've seen in Ireland... total joke.

There is no place like Penny's for the sheer amount of clothes and homewares etc. Self checkout tills are a breeze to use. The new store in Dundrum is huge and has a big menswear section. Clothes are so cheap, they are almost disposable but it is great to see in the store the sustainability initiatives.

I rang this morning and had an excellent customer service experience with Kim at Penneys Dundrum. I was unable to go to that store at that moment so tried ringing and see if anyone would be able to help. Kim promptly asked what was the product I was looking for, offered to go and check the product availability and was really kind over the phone. Congratulations Kim, Penneys is very much to have you on their team! Thanks for all your help. Very much appreciated!

You get what you pay for. The brand itself is meant for the clothes or items that are cheap. I don't think any other brands can beat the price of Penneys. The collection is great and definitely worth the price that you pay. The employees are very friendly, but not all of them know where all the sections are. If you look for any quick shopping, this is a place worth considering.

Great shop..even though covid situation has made the Q's at the checkouts longer....it moves very fast. Nice polite staff!

I have often exchanged items in penneys over the years with no receipt required. I tried to bring back a purchase worth €15 on Saturday and purchased €120 worth of more items at the same time. They would not let me exchange my item without proof of purchase. I offered to show the transaction on my revolut account but the manager said it was company policy and wouldn't oblige. I feel given the item is specific to penneys and I was spending so much money they should have at least allowed me to exchange the item. I wasn't looking to be refunded. I understand company policies are in place for a reason but I feel these need to be dealt with case by case. The women at the till beside me was having the same issue as me. For such a big popular store I feel their policy to not at least exchange is shocking.

Got brilliant dusty pink loose winter coat reduced to €20 + lots of other birthday presents. Their Home dept has the loveliest eastern themed ornaments. But best of all was the amazing customer care shown by staff at the checkout area. They were so nice!

Smaller store than expected and the range of products reflects that. Nonetheless, clean and tidy and you can still get some nice bits and bobs.

This is a hugely popular shop. However it is starting to cater for only the very young and very skinny . The styles in stock now are not suited to a wide variety of people. This was my 3rd trip and the 3rd time I was unable to buy anything. Alot of bits and pieces. Disappointed.

Where do I start. My first visit to Penny's in 18 months. Was so looking forward to this. I wasn't disappointed, they had everything I wanted and more! What made my experience more special was having chosen what I wanted to purchase, I joined the very loooong queue on my mobility scooter. Within 20 seconds one of the fantastic staff, James, asked me to follow him and he arranged for another staff member Nathan to open the cash desk specifically for people with mobility difficulties. I was really surprised and delighted to be treated so kindly. This added to my very pleasant shopping experience today. Thank you James & Nathan and Penny's. I'ts great to be back. TMcG

I bought a shirt, it was 1 size smaller so next day went to customer service with receipt but they refused to change it without Tag. Rude manager, untrained staff. I am surprised i have the receipt and they refused me and the stupid logic they are giving me is not mention any where !!! Highly not recommended!!!!!

Dundrum penneys has lot of varities of clothes and items to decorate one's house. Its inside the dundrum shopping centre. Prices are also reasonable.

Went shopping for young boys 8&11 great selection for the 8 year old👍..disappointed by the choice for the 11 year old it was very limited 👎

I have to use a scooter and I find your staff in Dundrum Penney's are brilliant always helping me to find what I need and then showing me where I pay I can never remember and if no member of staff are at the till they then call one and immediately I get great help and that person will make sure I have my bag where I need it and if I have a biggish bag they will give me one bag inside another to make it stronger for me, top markes for your staff Carmel Salley, Wicklow.

You can't go wrong with penny's, good options of all sorts here at reasonable prices

Absolutely love this Penneys it might be one of my favourites it always has loads of stock and usually very tidy (unless you go in during the peak business hours on the weekend or Bank Holidays). I would suggest to anyone who don't like crowds like myself to get in early if you want to do a proper shop here because once it gets past 11 or 12 it's so busy. Really appreciate Penneys overall you can rely on them to have the same quality for reasonable prices. I have noticed that the prices have gone up but they have in every shop, not just penneys. Went in today between 10 and 11am and had a great experience and got lots if basic pieces and even made an appointment for my nails in the salon part so I'll update on how that goes.

This shop is amazing! It has a wild range of not only clothes but home decor, skincare or even kid's toys. The products are not overpriced and the staff is very nice. After all I'm absolutely amazed by the result!

Well, let's be honest. I like this place cos my wife doesn't take as much time needed for shopping when she's here. I don't know how but her shopping hours have reduced after we chose to get here, which saves some of my valuable time and releases stress. This is very theraptic. So I am assuming she finds everything she needs here which has saved my life for now.

I visit Penny's in Dundrum , with 6 girls aged from 6 years to 11 years.. We have been known to spend at least 2 hours per visit. We have such fun and definitely many good memories... Big shout out to Emily , Molly , lucy , Poppy , Reilly ( lucy) and the lovely Rachel.All very good girls.
