Love the clothes on offer here. Their tailoring is supposedly very good but quite expensive. You're paying for quality. Having said that, some items you can find very reasonably priced e.g. chinos and shirts. Staff are very good. They have a great selection and naturally are very seasonal. The sales can be amazing also if you get there early.

The quality of the cloths is just top notch, I've never been able to fault Massimo Dutti as I would shop here quite regularly for both work and leisure. Since the reopening of the Grafton Street store I feel that it is definitely being let down by the current staff, there staff are very unwelcoming, unhelpful and bordering on rude. They must have been in a rush to reopen.

People are pretty rude and assumed you are going to steal, I tried a couple pieces and didn’t like any of them. When I gave the pieces back to them they asked me to stay until they counted and hung everything back. We bought a few items from the men’s department and the girl at the till couldn’t care less. Overall this is one of the least welcoming store we’ve been.

Pretty rude staff . I asked for a size and sales assistant said “what” while frowning . Another Staff on the cash desk extremely terrible At customer service, fumingly rude !!! . Told me to move before even finishing with me . Massimo Dutti should train their employee properly. Don’t they know finish with a customer they are serving them move onto next .

Today i had a horrible experience at the downstairs womens checkout. The cashier's behaviour towards us was extremely rude. This experience left us feeling very disappointed. It is a shame for a big brand like Massimo Dutti, to have such incompetent staff. I'll think twice before going into the Massimo Dutti shop in Grafton Street next time.

Bad service. Staff members in women department its just something. I had few issues with the same girl, fist time at the till when returning online (MD studio) clothes keep saying that I shouldn't return to them and nearly spend 15 min of all process because she no clue. In the fitting room I asked smaller size trousers, she told me they gonna bring, I waited 20 min inside the cabin, no sign of trousers. I came over, she said "she call me to say no size and I didn't answered". I was in the last fitting room+ music playing around. I keep waiting and i didn't heard her voice. She is not bather even look, keep saying we are very busy. At the till when u answering the question u don't need a bag 3 times keep asking again "its 15ct". And when u raising ur voice I DON'T NEED!!!! A bit respect and manners need for some girls.

Grate staff and quality clothing

Had a terrible experience today. My friend was harassed and THREATENED by the white manager because she asked a question. My friend didn’t raise her voice and was practically crying and this unhinged person was threatening to call the police on her. I have never in my life been so appalled and judging from the reviews it’s beginning to look like a pattern with this branch. I will not be recommending and will be filing a report with consumer protection because you can’t treat us like this after we spend our hard earned money there.

Great clothes that last. Gets busy but worthwhile.

I came in to have a look today , and noticed that the security guard was following me around the store. Everytime I would move to look at something else, he would go there too and stand next to me. This made me very uncomfortable that I decided to leave and he was staring at me even as I was walking out. I have no idea why he was doing this. I understand his job to protect the store but this was so unnecessary.

Great selection for men and women, classic styles in traditional colors as well as on trend colors in certain styles. Weekends can be crowded so expect lines at the checkout. Do not expect salespeople to follow you around trying to help, though. That can be a plus or minus. Anyway, a good store for snapping up something that catches your eye or easy stules for travel.

According to Google the shop closes at 19:00, so I came there spent some time choosing the jackets and then I entered a fitting room and I was told in a rude manner that it's closed. At 18:31. They refused to give me 5 min just to try the jackets. And also there were around 5 assistances in the shop, so no one bothered to warn me in advance about the fitting rooms. They clearly saw me with my hands full for last 15 minutes. It's so stupid! I was definitely going to buy them and... nothig. To be fair, one girl went to ask the manager for permission, so I waited a bit for her to come back, but no. When I was leaving the shop I saw her chatting with other people. It's a shame that such customer service still exists. I was buying from MD for a very long time, but it's first time I'm facing such an attitude. How I was supposed to guess that there's no way for me to buy the stuff I already carefully choosed? Unbelievable

Tried on trousers in the changing room on Grafton Street this afternoon we experienced rudeness from a male colleague. My partner thought he was talking to her as she asked to try on the jeans and he shouted " I'm not talking to you" he was talking to another customer coming out of the changing room behind my partner.She said,I think you could be a little more polite than that..he shrugged and made no apology for his rudeness..Massimo Snooty from now on....

I love this shop and would normally visit when in Dublin , the quality always great but didn't come out with anything this time , season just didn't seem to have enough colour , maybe me but dark days need a little colour

Massimo Dutti is a fabulous shopping experience. The staff are most helpful & always courteous. This is one of my favourite stores. I want to praise Donatella from the shop in grafton street, Dublin. She was super efficient and helped me in a tricky and distressing situation. If it wasn't for her understanding and excellent customer service I would have lost a lot of money through my own silly mistake. I love this shop everywhere in the world but Dublin is my go to place.
