Breastfeeding "room" needs better layout.its not even a room. I was so embarrassed with so many people coming in to get water from fountain that male me thing what stupid idea to put the water filter in the same location of the breastfeeding room where the mother needs the outmost privacy. Please put yourself in the mom's place and change the water fountain location at least.

Hey, I would like to express my opinion in this great place, with a great design, and great shopping items. Your Christmas decorations are above all that I have seen, and is already sending the feeling I am looking for. As a recommendation for you is to try improve your customer service. I had dealt with both in store and online customer service and I have the saddest impression that they need to listen more or better and then really help.

Shopped in the summer sale. Spent €365 only to find out that knives at €199 had been 'sold out' a day after the transaction. It happens, I understand. However, the exact knives appeared at full price €399 two days after this again, so they were obviously in stock. Spoke to Arnotts about this and they brushed it off that they were out of stock.

I’m absolutely annoyed by how horrible arnotts service is for furniture. I’ve got furniture in July when the system wasn't working properly, therefore it took months for them to send me the receipt of what I bought. I had to keep emailing them or going to arnotts what costs my time. I finally got the receipt and they were charging me for things I didnt order, also they delivered things in the wrong color, they delivered things I didnt order and things I ordered missing part and not all the order is here. I’ve been trying to solve this problem for a month now and it seems like they dont care. I have furniture I’ve never ordered in my hall now that I can’t use because it’s not what I ordered and they’re not sending anyone to collect it and send me what I actually ordered. I have an event in a few days and they dont even reply to my emails or calls. I can’t even count how many times I went to arnotts now trying to talk to someone that can actually help me. I’ve even emailed the manager that also haven't replied. It’s just unbelievable and this store is just a mess, I do not recommend you to buy furniture there. Absolutely not, it’s just a nightmare and it’s not cheap.

I was in Arnotts yesterday morning. I went there to buy my Mother a gift. Reanna from the Rituals department was extremely helpful and catered to what I specifically needed. Made my shopping experience that much better. I most definitely will be back again.

Together with Brown Thomas these are Dublin's two high-end department stores. Had a nice flat-white in one of its coffee shops. Worth a visit if you are looking for that rare quality gift.

Needed a new bra. Knew the brand I wanted. Lady measured me, told her the type of bra I wanted as I had one already. Brought back a bra to try on. Just what I wanted. Tried it on, bought it. They were busy, it was before midday. Staff excellent at their job.

Seeing mixed reviews on serviceability across all departments but Danny (726325) in Kitchen Appliances really helped me out with a friend's gift today all the way through to the checkout point. Clearly a quality retail experience, well laid out, with high quality goods in each department. While home furnishings/clothes at a level we would not choose to pay, toys and electronics reasonable for the quality on offer. Various eating options - we ate at one which was good quality food, clearly freshly prepared. The welcome was good and efficient, service a little slow and water didn't really listen to the drinks order and, therefore, brought the wrong drinks. Overall, a very good experience though!

An old school store in the heart of Dublin, opposite Ilac Centre, off O'Connell Street. Large department store, well laid out, though checkout till service sparce. Fab stand on piano instore, if you'd like to feel like you're in a famous movie! Picturesque at Christmas time. Enjoy.

Excellent customer service….. I bought a salad bowl for a friend (07/11/23) & i was looking around to buy a Gift wrapper, but i couldn’t find it. Luckily when i approach staff Phillip at the books/cards section, he offered (with no hesitation)to wrap the bowl using the shop gift wrapper, he did it so nicely. I Had an appointment with Jane the personal shopper for a wedding outfit.She was just amazing nothing was too much trouble for her. She brought me in lots of different outfits and even shape wear to try to get the perfect fit. This was my second experience with Jane as I bought another wedding outfit last year with her help. On that occasion she also brought in shoes and a bag and had someone from lingerie bring in some bras to ensure I was looking my best. I cannot recommend this service and Jane in particular highly enough.

Ordered an American sized fridge late on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday! Free Delivery too :) Ray the driver was fantastic as it was very difficult to get the Fridge into my awkward shaped house. Took away the old fridge and all the packing at no extra cost, Very happy with everything

Well presented store with a huge range of brands. Unfortunately some of the staff simply can't be bothered. I asked for a pair of Barbour boots in my size and was made to feel like a huge inconvenience by the 4 or 5 girls chatting.

Met the most charming, warm and professional man in the MAC counter. He matched my lipstick shade perfectly - my new go to daily shade. Give this man a raise! He has a seriously great eye! If you need advice, head straight to him! 10/10 customer service. ✨

I purchased a boots for 100 euro. One of them was loose and asked the sales agent about it. She mentioned, return is accepted from 28 days after purchase. When I went for a return after a week, the manager of the store denied the return saying it is not same as original condition. The shoe hurts my right ankle and the manager didn’t buy the argument and was not flexible. The sales agent used false pretense to sell stuff and the boots were not exactly same, one was bigger. If you’re buying from here, please be careful of marketing and unethical practices of the sales agents.

Appalling customer service for online sales. Very low level of responsiveness by way of email and phone. Shows very little value for the customer following a sale. I would give zero stars if possible, but not an option.

Had a visit to Santa today. Santa was fab and my grandson loved him. William at the start of grotto made experience extra special. Lovely happy bubbly guy. Thanks William 💙🙌

I used to love shopping in Arnotts. I could get a lot of things that I needef with one trip there and the staff were very friendly. I have been to the store for a long time. I was very disappointed with my recent shopping experience. Staff were not friendly nor helpful. I had a shoe in my hand trying to find someone to get the size for me, didn't mind that no one came to help me, even though some staff passed me. I went to a counter, which had a few staff members, then all gone. I had to wait around for a while to finally get attention of the staff. At another till, staff members were chatting the whole time and I felt bad to interrupt their conversation to help me check the price. Then they didn't stop their conversation while I was waiting to pay for my purchase. I could be unlucky with the staff members that day, they were just back from Christmas break, still, should keep professional.

It's always a pleasant experience to visit Arnotts. Stopped off at the in-store restaurant on my last visit. It was lovely, a relaxing atmosphere with complementary decor and friendly staff. Most importantly, the food was delicious (we had the pappardelle and the fish & chips - both excellent).

Went to the Nespresso counter to stock up. After I ordered my usual flavours, the assistant, who was very pleasant and a great salesperson, mentioned the new coffees. I bought the gingerbread and pumpkin flavours - skipped on the peppermint. She also mentioned the Advent calendar packs. Bought one of each kind. Worth a visit.

One of the most iconic department stores still existing since the late 1840s. Christmas is never the same without a visit to Arnotts. Make sure to visit their shop windows. They are still one of the few shops in the country that keep the tradition up of making a Christmas display

I went to Arnotts looking for Bed linen. Confronted by a whole floor of same, Bernie came over and asked if she could help in any way. Within minutes, literally, Bernie found exactly what I needed and what could have taken me ages to find myself. Thank you Bernie for your help and lovely attitude.

Great store you can find a big selection of brands. For the toy lovers they has a big range of Lego and Playmobil and some Barbie collector dolls Great central location

Really impressed with Wilson in the Homemade Cafe in Arnotts. Used to often come here. Just reestablishing myself after lockdown in the 3rd of my favorite coffee shops in Dublin. Wilson remembers from last week that I take decaff only...essential for those of us who react badly to cafgine. Lovely coffee. Really tempting pastries...but ill leave them to others less horizontally challenged than I. Nice ambience although I'm not keen on the drinks fridge with sift drinks cans...takes away a little I think. Nonetheless great place for service and relaxing. Highly recommend coming here 👌

A wonderful department store with a huge variety of fashion, furniture, toys, shoes, just to name a few. I had Brunch with a friend and it was lovely with helpful staff. I will return again as there wasn't enough time that day to browse through the whole store.

Went here for Christmas Presents for my nephews the other day and found the perfect gift in 5 mins. Everything you need under one roof and they wrapped the gifts for me too. Never any problems here over the years. A great spot, while the gifts were being wrapped a very enthusiastic young electronics salesman entertained me with his in depth recommendations on wireless cans. Good lad.

The best store in the country. An excellent range of products. Really clean, good dining and coffee options. The gents toilets on the top floor needs better ventilation (always stinks) but otherwise a great place to shop.

Classic department store. Always a must visit. Some of the brands are a joke price wise, as you'd expect, but charging full RRP for 2 l year old items that aren't selling by all accounts in some cases is just mind boggling. But otherwise, a great way to spend a couple of hours with many big name brands around in beautiful, clean architectural building.

Amazing food. I ordered a salmon, I didn’t expect much because you can find salmon dishes in many places, but this one was special: perfectly cooked, very well seasoned and the presentation was beautiful. Seems like they are very well trained chefs.

Best fit for high life shopping. All top brands with super expensive price tags and very small collection make Arnotts. The vibe is nice but it's sure to drill a hole in the pocket. It's fine once in a while!

This place is amazing... especially for people coming from Lucan like us. The store is full of surprises. It's adds value for the customers especially at Christmas season with the very good collections and different brands and not to forget the offers we get during this season. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The place gets crowded at times during busy seasons... especially in this comes of COVID. The place is neat and clean and the car parking spaces comes with the shopping center and the all day charge of 13 euros adds value for a while day shopping. Highly recommended
