Staff member at hot counter disappearing for a cigarette while customers are waiting 15 mins to be served. Most other staff thought it was funny and managers were no where to be seen. Staff here are more interested in not wearing masks ( which is funny because they had a outbreak earlier this year) going for a smoke and chatting utter s**t then actually working. Probably the most unprofessional shop in dublin.

This shop operates a discrimination policy against cash paying customers. All of the self-serve machines take card payment & perhaps 3 out of 8 take cash - resulting in card paying customers being encouraged to skip ahead of the queue. Aside from that the floor layout is an absolute disaster - with pizza being sold from 5 separate locations in the store. The staff morale is very low too. A miserable shopping experience

Deposited batteries for recycling, but ended up getting hunted down by a member of staff because I ruined her €200 euro jacket. Staff member expected me to pay for it. Does tesco not supply staff lockers? If not then tesco should fit the bill? Buying crackers and cheese for my nightshift cos I have didly squat money as a student nurse. Thanks tesco.

Awful experience with a small oldish woman who was just a nasty person to deal with, perma scowl across her face obviously hates her job and acts that way on the few times I've been there. Avoid unless necessary

If you want to get followed around by security who walk around following normal people go here. They have no problem nor desire to move young lads smoking weed at the front door. Disgraceful tesco.

I just want to give a big thank you to the staff on the deli counter. I was shopping in your store on Sunday morning and the two girls behind the counter were so friendly. They were so helpful and even though they were under pressure they smiled and had time for every customer. My experience with Tesco has been a mixture of experiences some good and some bad. But every time I need something from the deli I walk away smiling. Well done girls. Keep doing what you’re doing. Tesco are lucky to have you πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

The managing staff are rude, horrible and very very unprofessional! Shouting and walking off when customers try to speak. Tesco has really gone to the dogs. Really need to learn how to hire respectful and polite people. Disgusting and horrible human beings and there behaviour is vile aswell

Fruit and veg always hit and miss. Not the friendliest of places either between gangs outside and some staff inside

The staff here seem more interested in listening to their headphones, chatting gick or going for a smoke rather than doing any actual work.. I could point out two or three who have actually been any way helpful, the rest of the milenial crew couldn't give a rats.. Better prices & staff in Dunnes up in Charlestown

I love this Tesco, it's super big and you can find anything you want. Exotic fruits available like papaya. Easy parking. Recommended!

A young fella on the customer service desk was so unpleasant. I had been overcharged for items which should have cost less for club card members. He said, "Are you sure that this hasn't been refunded already at the till you were served at?" I was left standing at the side of the queue for nearly ten minutes until another staff member arrived to check the price displayed. It turns out that the offer had ended the day before but the sign hadn't been removed. He said at the top of his voice, "There's your 1€ back". I was red faced, not having known it was just a quid, though he made sure everyone in the queue did. I had only intended to get one item but decided to do my full shop there today. I won't be doing that again in a hurry.

It's fine. Lack of hot deli counter means I prefer to go to dunnes. Clubcard prices are a bit of a joke - not really much of a discount, the standard price is just overinflated. Staff are pleasant in my experience.

Awful shopping experience,my bank card has no chip and can only swipe the magnetic stripe, Other Tesco cashiers will their cashier machine to swipe my bank card to pay. Only the cashier in this store has a very bad attitude and interrupted me many times..after I repeated that I needed to swip the card with the cash register many times, cashier still asked me to paste the card on the pos machine, I had to pay in cash, and they short change me.

Tesco is pretty cheap for a lot of commodities. We can get almost all the things at tesco Extra. Great place to shop.

With the recent upgrade - namely the chillers that are fitted with doors, it is definitely more pleasant to shop as the place is not that cold and it looks cleaner and more welcoming. The aisle between rows of goods/ produce are wide and comfy for multi shoppers at the same time. Love the variety of goods, I can always get what I needed and sometimes more due to the selection.

Why stay open until 11 p.m. if you only have one employee to help all the paying customers? not to refer to half of the self service as dead weight

Tesco can be pricing. But if u have clubcard u get toys clothes food off. Which is good. Beautiful clothes in f&f part. And have machine takes all ur pennys coins. And gives u total what u got bring it up to customer service and change it for paper money πŸ’° πŸ€‘ πŸ’Έ 🀣.
