More staff training needed. Went to buy a Switch and asked why a used one was only 10 euro cheaper and was told its because you get a better warrenty on used and you only get 1 month on new... (WRONG it's 1 year) then I mentioned you get a free game with a new one and was told no you have to buy it separately.. But there is a sign saying you get a free game....

The people working there are chill. They know and answer every question you would ask about a game. Good game knowledge. #GGK

Not a great selection of games and the place is over pricing there per used games and ripping people off who are looking to sell. And the staff are so unhelpful they don't even care to act like they deal with people face to face. They don't give you the full information about the game care. Go to smith's or argos because this place is shockingly bad wish I could give less stars

I always shop in Gamestop in Clare Hall shopping centre and all the staff in the shop are really nice and helpful to me..I'd like to say thank you to a man that works in Gamestop in Clare Hall his name is Chris..I had a problem with a ps4 game that I got ages ago when I got it I had no problems with it. The game is The Last of Us remastered....a few weeks ago I played it when I got to the Hospital level the game started to freeze it wouldn't loud into the Hospital level. So I went to Chris and told him and he said the CD of the game has just burned out that's why it stopped working. So Chris replace the game for me and I played the the game for the last few days and I finished the game tonight and I didn't have a problem. Thank you Chris for helping me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

well, thanks to the guy working instore called Glenn I was able to get my xbox one controller fixed. the issue was I wasn't able to get my update performed through the windows store, due to corrupted download available on xbox accessories app, and since I do not own the console, I was quite stuck. having proper customer approach Glenn helped me solve the problem. highly recommened. selection in the shop seemed decent as well, but since I'm not into console gaming, I'll leave the comment open. thanks again!

Staff were really helpful, I forgot my loyalty card and the man on today chased after me through Tesco to make sure I got it back and was so helpful and chatty on the till. You don’t get that in much places anymore.

Very poor customer loyalty, I rang in advance regarding PlayStation trade ins, traveled to the store within the hour and was informed that they are no longer offering these deals after having confirmed that morning. I will be avoiding gamestop from here on and will be using digital stores from here on.
