Location is good and shop very clean. Male management.... disaster. Very loud, rude at times and bad mouth his female manager ("she has me by the gutts with her orders") and more you could hear if you had nothing else to do. Wont be shopping there again. Swords is just around the corner.

Staff spend more time talking with each other. Replenishment of some products is slow, it may be because of Brexit. Even prices of locally produced products increase by 20/50 cents on a regular basis.

My dog was found at dunnes stores by ...the security guard.he took my dog to his own house and looked after him till he reached me at 5am ....(.my number was on the collar) ...even though dog was restless and was back at dunnes working the next day.well done Dunnes stores for hiring such a kind man.thank you

One of my favourite Dunnes Stores branches. Good parking and great choice of products.

Went into this store today and have to say if only businesses could get more staff like Lisa they would have people queuing to get in. Lisa went above and beyond for me. I thought she was a manager but her role was in customer service. Normally I do my grocery shop in Donaghmede they should send Lisa down to that store to train staff in on customer service as badly needed. She is such a fantastic asset to the store.

Got my car damaged here last Wednesday 7thSept 2022 between 12am and 1pm in the car park can’t get CCTV coverage of it which is understandable went to Gardai for it.Told by Gardai May not be any good as definition is not good.Surly this cannot be true Unable to get true to there security devision

Shocking customer service, probably the worst I have ever seen. Customers left waiting over 10 minutes at self service checkouts... No help, no managers to be seen anywhere. Don't waste your time in this store, absolute shame.

I did my first order and pick up. Fantastic service from Portmarnock. Substitute items were perfect, good dates on everything. Quality service and I will recommend to everyone. Thank you.

I was this afternoon in Dunnes buying one bottle of wine and cigarettes for my landlady and they asked me for my ID, I’m from Spain so I gave them the only one I have, from Spain of course. The cashier was examining the ID and asked me where it was from in a very disrespectful manner. I told him that it was from Spain and I called his manager to make sure, a man who also had no idea and asked me where the date of birth was, I showed it to him and he continued looking at the ID and my face as if it were not real, it is a behavior which made me feel very uncomfortable and not respected in the slightest since they looked at me strangely as if I were fake. I understand that not everyone knows the IDs of other countries but I leave this comment so that people keep in mind that ignorant and uneducated people work in this establishment.

Friendly staff, good selection of fresh food , don't have to use coin for trolley, which is so handy as most people don't carry change . As some others said the car-park is an issue , if people parked between the lines not on or over them that would be great : )

Small Dunnes stores close to the beach. You can buy some refreshments if you are spending some time at Portmarnock beach.

Gòod experience, but quality of berries not always up to standard, very often "soggy" in comparison to other supermarkets. Apart from this very satisfied with Dunnes Stores.

Great supermarket. Definitely seems a little more upmarket than your typical Dunnes. Well laid out and easy to navigate.
