Myself and my bestie went to Eden One last Saturday and had the best day. Not only is the whole place such a gorgeous experience, the elements package (massage & facial) was out of this world - hands down the best treatment I have ever gotten, the cocktails were insane and all of this was topped off with an incredible team who are so lovely. Kate, who was front of house that day, was in 100 places at all times and made you feel like you were the only guest there. She was incredibly attentive, great craic and she made all the difference to our day. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing experience! We went there with the Pure Indulgence Spa Packages it is was just amazing. The full massage (body + facial) lasts 2:30 and then you have access to the full facility. The lunch was great and the mains were included in the package. It is relatively expensive, but totally worth it for the level of service. It has a very personalised feeling, and the staff is just amazing.

Went for the first time yesterday, Friday afternoon. This place is ...lounge food Ramen lunch was delicious, the amenities of the,Spa, Salt Chamber, the treatment facial. It is,all amongst the best I have ever been to.Margaret deserves an award all on her own. Thank you. It is not a question of will we return, it is when. Super Place.

This club is a true experience! I went for a massage and accessed the Spa facilities. I was truly impressed by the value of it all! The cost reflects the great quality, attention to details and I would definitely come back again to sign up for a membership!

Words cannot describe the luxury and kindness offered by the staff, masseurs, and especially the concierge, Kate. With the Himalayan salt sauna, the hydrotherapy bath, the endless pool for laps in place, and the high-quality restaurant, this is the best place to spend six hours on your last day visiting Ireland. End your visit with a cocktail on the complex roof with the best outdoor view in Dublin. I must return to this place again, or I will be unsatisfied with my existence on this planet.

I came last year to visit the gym club, the man who received me was really nice and I enjoyed the visit. The gym club is well equipped and very fancy, it's worth the price, literally! However, one of the women at the reception (a mixed girl, I don't know if she's still working there, hope not) made me uncomfortable. I was sat, waiting for the prices list, she stood up telling me she saw my underwear. I thanked her, and went to check. I was actually wearing black so it was not possible, she was after that, smirking and starring at me. I'm working in customer service for 10 years now and I was so chocked by her behavior. I really hope the staff has changed and is filled with good energy now!

Loved the place - it's pretty special! Was just there on a tour so didn't get to use any of the facilities. VERY HIGHLY priced however.

An excellent gym with state of the art equipment, health, and spa facilities included but not limited to two saunas, a steam room, and even a snow machine. It’s also got a pool, 3 studios, one for spin, another for yoga and the like, and another for higher intensity interval training and the like.

Amazing experience, worth the price! The massages were great (2h30 body + face) and the spa facilities are of a high quality too. Very nice staff giving a feeling of personalized experience.

I attended the day spa and had a 90 minute treatment with Lauren. Overall, I had a fabulous day. The facilities are 5 star, all the staff were so welcoming. The massage and facial with Lauren was excellent.

Came to Eden one today and it is hands down one of the best spa experiences I have had. I was greeted by Kate who was absolutely amazing, she was like a breath of fresh air! she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my day was pleasant. The treatments were fabulous, so relaxing. All in all I had a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to go back.

Had a full body day spa for my birthday today followed by a nice lunch and light dessert ;) couldn’t think of a better way to chill out and switch off :) Thanks to Niamh for providing the treatment which was 2.5hrs, please make sure that she’s recognised for her service. Feeling totally refreshed after spending a vast amount of time here today.Facilities were quality and staff were very caring, friendly and made sure I was catered for upon arrival and after treatment :) thanks again to the staff, I will be back again for another :)

Eden One lives up to its hype. The luxurious facilities simply blew me away. Their spa facilities and treatment rooms are, without a doubt one of the best in the world! I mean - where else would you get ionised salt rooms and snow showers? Dublin’s been waiting for facilities like this for so long, and now we finally have it!

I only joined Eden One gym and absolutely love the place, really enjoying the environment. Staff is very friendly. I had a yoga class with Neil and it was amazing!!! He is very experience in what he is doing. Thank you for being true to yoga!! I have really loved the class. I can highly recommend the place!!!

The spa itself is incredible. The spa staff were amazing, so friendly and professional. Unfortunately the reception and bar staff were incredibly rude. They made a mistake and tried to blame us. Getting angry and borderline aggressive trying to make us pay for it. Even after the matter was settled by the (very rude) manager the member of the bar staff who made the mistake still came storming up to us and started giving out to us all over again. It was ridiculous. And after being so relaxed coming out of the spa it had us all uptight again, which completely ruined the experience. You really need to work on your customer service because talking to customers like that and behaving that way is unacceptable anywhere, let alone somewhere that markets itself as "setting unparalleled standards". I'll gladly use the spa again but I will never eat here again.

Pure relaxation!! the spa package we got which included lunch really hit home! The massage was out of this world along with the cocktails! The food was sublime! Great way to spend a wedding anniversary. And the heated pool was great to chill out and have a chat about where the year has gone!

Absolute luxury! Spent almost the whole day here yesterday on a girls day out. The most wonderful experience, couldn’t fault it. The food, drinks, facilities, therapists, all fantastic. Kate is wonderful and kept checking in to see we were doing ok and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Fourth time here! Never disappoints! I’ve been to many spa”s and the treatments here are hands down the best I’ve ever had. All the therapists are amazing and dedicated and Kate is fantastic! A real zen escape in the city! Love spending the day here. Great that with the packages you can avail of the thermal suite for as long as you want also. Food and coffee also lovely for a treat afterwards! Always leave this place floating!

We had a fantastic experience at Eden One. Myself and my mother visited in February 2022 for a day of rest and relaxation. The facility is second to none, the staff were superb and the treatments on offer were excellent. Quite rare to visit a wellness/spa facility where you never felt rushed or hurried out when your 'time was up'. We were not limited at all in our use of the facilities both pre and post treatments. Special mention to Kate who took exceptional care of us from the moment we arrived - she ensured we felt welcome and enjoyed the day.

Very pleased to be a member of this amazing gym and spa! It is truly one of a kind in Dublin. The best gym classes I have been to, the fitness trainers have the best training, attitude and music!

I received a voucher at Xmas for Spa Package and got to use it today. A friend came along with me and booked the same. Firstly the staff that greeted is were so professional but friendly. Nothing was too much. I'm 8 months pregnant and second pregnancy and the message was top notch. Again Karine was so professional and made sure I was extremely comfortable at all times. The facial was outstanding! The facilities are top notch. We could have spent the whole day there. Stafake this an experience. There was lunch in our Package and the food was 10/10 and extremely fresh. This spa experience was nothing short of 5 stars.

Excellent quality gym and spa , food and staff are beyond excellent! However the spa/pool is rammed (particularly on weekend). Witnessed 7 people in the pool today which should only take, at a push 3. Lounge chairs often not available. I would pay more for membership if capacity was not an issue.

Had a dodgy massage. Made a complaint, still had to pay full wack, no discount given even though verbal apology made. Facilities fab, just not sure about treatments as my experience was very bad

Such a treat to be here. Décor, food, treatments and spa facilties are fantastic but above all else, the staff (in particular Kate) went above and beyond to make us all feel like VIPs. We'll be back!

Best spa in Dublin

Spectacular view from the top floor when you have outdoor classes. The spa is top notch, loved the jacuzzi and the sauna. Not crowded at all so it feels private and exclusive. The bar area is very chill to have some drinks. I might even try working from there one day! Overall, I am very happy to have become a member

Fantastic gym and spa. Has a HUUGE range of gym equipment and machines, plenty of classes you can join. Has a great pool, sauna and steam room. And to be honest I could just keep going on about how great this gym is

This was a 5 star experience. From the second you get in the door, you feel as though all the staff are really going out of their way to make you relax and feel welcome. The treatments were fantastic, the facilities are brilliant and a step above any other spas I've been to. The restaurant was so nice and the waiters could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Total luxury.

Myself and a friend came here to avail of the midweek package and we had a wonderful experience! All of the staff members that we interacted with were so welcoming. Kate was so accommodating and you truly got the impression that she wanted you to have the best time. I had my treatments with Diana and they were brilliant, probably the best massage and facial I’ve had. Lunch was delicious and the cocktails were outstanding thanks to Edgar and Massio. Well worth a visit. We hope to return soon!

I Went to The Eden spa on the 11th of January as it was a Christmas present from my daughter Shauna.From the moment we arrived the lovely welcome from the girls at reception to Kate make us feel very welcome . Kates warm and jovial personality make us feel at ease as she showed us around the Spa before our treatments . The treatments we received was exquisite with the workers making me feel very comfortable the whole time . I’ll be definitely returning and highly recommended . From Rosaleen in Galway
