    Myself and my daughter are with CP Fitness for a year now. I joined to improve my overall fitness. Can't recommend the lads highly enough. My strength and fitness has dramatically improved and they are with me every step of the way. Paul's encouragement helps me get through those tough sessions. All the trainers are brilliant. Never thought I would look forward to training sessions as much. Thank you CP Fitness

    I joined CP fitness a month ago, having never trained before, I was put at ease from the initial call with Jessie. Meeting the coaches was even better, they made sure to work with me. I have had back aches since I was young and they were quick to help me with stretches, work around exercises with me and check in frequently. I totally totally love it here. 10/10 will recommend

    I am over 2 months into my journey with CP Fitness and it's been the best decision I've made for myself! As someone whose overweight, unfit and who had the fear of the gym, this experience has changed me already. From the initial call with Jessie talking me through what to expect and find out more about me so that I felt less nervous walking in on my first day - to the coaches who give you so much time to ensure your technique is right, adjust the exercises based on your fitness or any injuries/niggles and who ensure you stay motivated to keep you progressing - to the lovely ladies who attend that help create this sense of community, my attitude to gyms and exercise has changed already and my confidence is growing. I love that it's a ladies only gym, they're small classes, and another bonus is that there's no mirrors!! I feel amazing every time I leave and would recommend to anyone, no matter what stage they are on on their fitness journey.

    I'm thrilled with my experience so far at CP fitness. The trainers are very supportive and they really know their stuff. It's been great to get technical feedback about how to do things correctly; previous gyms didn't really do that for me as the class sizes were so large. The small group training sessions are 1 trainer to 6 clients so there's always someone there, checking on your form, and ready to help. I've struggled in gyms in the past but I'm at CP fitness now only a month and I already feel stronger and more confident about what I'm doing. I'd highly recommend them!

    I have been with CP fitness for over a year now and it’s the best gym I’ve been to. All of the coaches are excellent at what they do. They work with all fitness and strength levels at their own pace. I sometimes can’t believe the strength I’ve built up and sustained and that’s without doing a single burpee. The programs are very well designed for beginners and experienced gym goers. There’s about 10 gyms closer to where I live but I am happy to travel that bit more for the level of coaching and relaxed environment at CP fitness. Highly recommend this gym.

    I joined this gym last year and cannot recommend them enough. As someone with back issues who had never previously attended a gym, I was apprehensive about joining but every single one of the coaches were extremely patient and attentive. They all really make an effort to get to know you and tailor the training for your individual needs and injuries. The classes are small so they spend time with everyone and it doesn't matter how much gym experience you have. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone starting out. Thanks to all the team .

    I joined CP fitness after a couple of years of being unable to train due to a couple of injuries. I was in a place where I was feeling discouraged and missed the enjoyment sport used to give me. With great suprise, I have found out that GP Fitness gives the opportunity to work together with a physio and have your specific rehab exercises included in the training. I have joined the gym a couple of months ago and I have already seen great improvements. I feel much better in my body and the gym environment is great. I have never felt so looked after. I also like the fact that it's not a commercial gym and there's a sound and healthy approach to movement and exercise.

    I signed up to the 30 day trial back in March this year, and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed each session considering how nervous I was for my first session. The little improvements I noticed straight away, my mood improved, concentration, energy levels, sleep improved and because of that I signed up to join as a member and I feel it's the best decision I've made for myself this year! All the girls are so friendly & welcoming and the coaches are so encouraging, adapting exercises to each persons level and ability. Couldn't recommend CP Fitness enough!

    I joined CP Fitness after months and months of my Partner telling me how good it was, I’ve never been an avid gym goer and would much rather working out alone as the few times I’d been in a gym before I didn’t have great experiences, I always felt uncomfortable with so many people around watching what I was doing. Since joining CP Fitness that feeling I had of going to the gym has completely changed, everyone was so welcoming when I first joined, the coaches are all so encouraging and supportive and the environment is really relaxed. The fact that it’s a female only gym definitely makes a difference in how comfortable I feel working out, if you’re looking to try something new I’d highly recommend coming down to CP Fitness, you won’t regret it!

    I would recommend CP Fitness without hesitation to anyone! Everyone is known on a first name basis, and the trainers make sure that any worries you might have about fitness levels, injury or things you want to focus on, they will work with you on. The classes are small so your trainer will always be looking out making sure you’re doing the exercise properly and getting the most out of your workout. All the members I’ve encountered so far have been really friendly. There are women of all ranges of fitness and age in each class I went to. The app is super handy for organising your week of workouts ahead of time. I’m really loving my time there so far and can already feel the benefits – I feel stronger and sleep better. It may take a bit longer to build up my aerobic fitness….but I am really enjoying the sessions and the atmosphere. Absolutely worth trying out – best thing I’ve done all Summer!

    The team at CP Fitness put the personal in personal training. The level of coaching is at a quality that can only be described as above and beyond. This is a place that caters for all fitness levels. A safe, welcoming and uplifting place for women to train. The fact that CP is a women's only gym is a huge factor why I love it so much. Judgement free and uplifting! The coaches know each and every member so well and work closely with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I always walk out of CP feeling 100% better than I did walking in!

    I would highly recommend CP Fitness to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. The staff are so lovely from the outset. Any questions I had on my form or generally they were eager to help. The classes are small so your trainer will always be looking out making sure you’re doing the exercise properly and getting the most out of your workout. There were women of all ranges of fitness abilities in each class I went to so I never felt like I was lagging behind. The app is so handy and flexible for organising your week of workouts ahead. Such a good, positive, supportive and encouraging vibe about the place!

    I joined CP fitness earlier this year and I am really enjoying my experience so far. Its like a little community, everyone is so friendly and the instructors have a genuine interest in their role and your progression. Easy to see how most members have been with them a long time!

    I’ve been a member here for 3 months now and I really enjoy it. I’m not someone who loves exercise and I’d never lifted weights at all before I came here. From my very first day the coaches were so friendly and helpful, and I always felt at ease. They are great at tailoring everything to an individuals level, and with a max of 6 people to one coach in the small group sessions they are great at keeping an eye on you to make sure your form is good and you are doing things correctly. All the members are friendly too, and I like that it’s a women’s only gym. Overall it’s a hugely positive environment and I highly recommend it, even if like me you’ve never been in a gym before!

    I have joined CP Fitness recently after trying many other gyms and I cannot recommend it enough. The trainers are very knowledgeable and able to get you to take the most out of each exercise and session. From the onboarding moment you feel part of a community and all the other members are very kind and welcoming. If you are serious about getting fit this is definitely the right place!

    I joined CP Fitness again post pandemic in Feb 2022 with my mam. Shortly after joining I found out I was pregnant. Jessie and the lads were always checking in and altering my workouts to suit me through my pregnancy. I have been a member of a number of gyms over the years and the atmosphere and staff at CP have by far been my favourite, it’s made my return to the gym after the baby that bit easier!

    CP Fitness is an excellent gym for women of ALL ages. Both women and staff are very welcoming and friendly it is a lovely atmosphere to train in. Classes are planned and varied. No more than 6 women in a class allows the trainers to focus on each individual. The trainers are professional friendly and interested in each. In a word they care about thier clients. Paul also sends regular emails on nutrition and other health issues to inform and help keep you motivated. The gym is very clean. And the gym has a good social community organising walks and talks on women issues. Great gym different to the norm. Do the 30 day trial and see for yourself how good this gym is in Dublin 7.

    CP fitness is really a gym for women who hate the gym. I have never been into fitness or exercise and found it really hard to stick to any program before meeting the coaches at CP. Jessie and the lads are truly brilliant at what they do, just the right level of guidance and support, the classes are small and never intimidating, everyone goes at their own pace but the coaches are really clued into where everyone is at and encourage you to reach your own potential. I couldn't rate Paul and the team any higher, they are super professional and have created a really lovely community in CP with group walks, runs and book clubs.

    Recently joined CP fitness trial membership and have loved it. I never trained before and I am a complete beginner when it comes to the gym but all the team have been so helpful and supportive In getting me started. It’s such a relaxed and comfortable environment which I was not expecting as I find commercial gyms I’ve tried in the past to be so daunting. If you’re looking for a supportive team that will help ease you in at your own pace and are knowledgeable and approachable then this is the place to go.

    Love this gym, the instructors are so helpful and the small classes are fantastic as you basically have a personal Trainer. I found all the staff so welcoming and they send you emails which are so informative and a great help to guide you on your fitness journey.

    I can highly recommend CP Fitness. I am 3 weeks into their Trial and already noticing a difference in my levels of strength. The instructors (Sean, Gary, Josh) are extremely helpful and mindful of my existing injuries. My training regime is tailored so as not to incur any further injuries but enough for me to feel and see the benefits. The regular check-ins from Jessie and the targeted emails are informative and extremely helpful. Thanks all, you're offering a very special package!

    I’ve just joined CP fitness as a member after completing the 4 week trial. The small group session are fantastic and the level of attention and assistance from each trainer is what impresses me the most. I’ve attended 1 to 1 personal training in the past and can honestly say I’ve learned more and received more attention and guidance in these small group sessions recently than I did in the PT sessions!! Each member of the CP fitness team is aware of your abilities/injuries/where you are on your journey and is there to adapt or help without needing to be asked. The atmosphere in there is relaxed and welcoming and suits me so much more than previous gyms. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining!!

    Could not recommend CP Fitness highly enough!! The atmosphere and the coaches are just brilliant. I spent my life allergic to the idea of a gym until I discovered CP. Everything is at your own pace. I’ve had back issues for years and that is taken on board by all the coaches & it’s hugely helped manage my back issues more than anything else I’ve tried before. Well worth doing the trial month, you’ll never leave!

    I stopped sport for a long time so coming to CP fitness, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect especially being from a different backgound and culture but I felt welcome by all trainers and was especially surprised by Paul's knowledge about my culture and how he personalised my training depending on my energy level during Ramadan when I was fasting. I am forever thankful to him and CP fitness for reviving the athelete inside me that died long time ago. Joining CP fitness is by far the best decision I ever made.

    I joined the gym eight weeks ago on the four week trial and decided to continue on after. I really like this gym because of how personal the training is. Each trainer knows exactly where each person is on their journey and they offer sound advice and support to help reach your goal. I joined with a couple of old injuries and so the exercises that I have been given, have helped greatly in building strength in these areas. If you are nervous of going to a gym or feel self-conscious, or, if you have trained before and want to progress further, this a great a place to go. Everyone is hugely welcoming and friendly.

    CP Fitness has been great. My Mam and I have just completed the 30 day trial and have now signed up as members. The trainers are all so professional and friendly, constantly helping to make sure your technique is perfect. Of course there was a bit of anxiety at the beginning about starting something new but all the trainers make you feel so welcome and provide all the support to make you feel comfortable and get the most out of your sessions. I love that it is an all female gym and there are woman of all shapes, sizes and ages so you never feel out of place. I am delighted to be a new member of the CP Fitness team!

    This Gym on Fassaugh Road is great. Small classes, excellent trainers who keep a close eye on you to make sure you are doing exercises properly and take exercises at your pace. There is a lovely atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. A major plus with this Gym for me is that it's Women only. I would highly recommend CP Fitness for all the women who want to maintain, keep and or build on their body strength.

    I have attended CP fitness for nearly two years now and it is a testament to this very special gym that I have consistently attended and enjoyed every session! The atmosphere is fun and supportive, and each session is tailored by experienced coaches who really care about your progress. The women in the gym become your cheerleaders for all successes, big and small! But if for nothing else, the almighty craic in some sessions keeps you coming back for more!

    On approaching my 60th Birthday I started thinking about what I wanted to do to improve my health and well-being. I know that strength training is so important as we age but I would have been apprehensive about going to the gym. When I saw CP fitness on Facebook I was tempted to try the one month trial offer. Since then I haven’t looked back. This is my place. From the friendly atmosphere to the professional approach to training. The patience demonstrated by the trainers is amazing as I have had to be told many times how to correct a movement but they never make me feel bad about it. I just love my sessions here.

    I have been with CP for nearly 2 years and I’m hooked. The coaches have created a healthy, comfortable and enjoyable training environment where everyone is able to train at their own pace.     Hands down, best choice I've made training at CP FITNESS. Very friendly team, their trainer's are exceptional and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I actually want to train, I always feel amazing when I leave. Would highly recommend CP FITNESS.

    I joined CP fitness last year. I cannot recommend this gym enough. I have been a member of many gyms before and I have never seen the progress in my strength and fitness like I am in CP fitness. The support from both the coaches and other members isn’t like any other gym. From the initial phone call with Jessie, to my first class, I was made feel welcome.

    I joined CP Fitness 3 weeks ago, and I'm already preparing to sign up for the year. I've had a fantastic experience so far - the coaches are all so friendly and supportive (while also not afraid to push you just that little bit harder!), and are always on hand to make adjustments or recommendations. It's clear I'm joining a really supportive community of women too. CP is a mile ahead of other gyms I've trained at - I never thought I'd be a 6am workout sort of person, but I'm finishing those early morning sessions with a smile on my face. Highly recommended!

    I have finally found a gym that I am completely comfortable in. Everything was new to me and wasn't an issue for any trainer to walk me through it all, demonstrate it all for me and ensure then I was doing it all right. A great gym to join for sure.

    I joined CP Fitness 2 weeks ago and was quite apprehensive as had never done any strength training before but am really enjoying it. I have had knee issues due to injury but am feeling stronger and more flexible every day since joining. The trainers have been great and it has been a really positive experience! Would definitely recommend! It really is set up to help you learn and improve no matter what your starting point.

    Love this place! Had never joined a gym before but am a convert. The coaches are all fantastic, checking your form, helping you train better. The ladies who go are all so supportive of each other, it really is a great community to join.

😠 The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
