    I have been training here for 6 weeks now I am really enjoying it. Training sessions are constantly changed and the trainers are well informed, supportive and very helpful. I hadn't trained properly for a couple of years, but now I am in to a routine I look forward to going each time. There is a good friendly atmosphere between everyone that goes. It's suitable for all fitness levels and with the first week being a free trial I suggest that you might give it a go if you were interested. Thanks to Paddy, Derek and Grace

    My girlfriend and I were looking for a gym that wasnt too intimidating but where they still werent messing around :) The 3 classes a week system is the right amount and it forces consistency compared with just training on your own. Having your own equipment and a personal trainer always on hand makes a huge difference. Learning loads of new exercises and improving technique on existing ones. All the personal trainers are super friendly and the atmosphere is really positive. Really enjoying this gym.

    Have started the 6 week program. I am really enjoying the consistency of working out and the classes are awesome to build strength and get cardio in. The program/Patrick checks in with your progress and they don’t make you feel bad if you haven’t been as consistent as you wish. The instructors are very knowledgeable and modify anything that’s necessary for injuries. Explanations of technique and class layout is very good. Would recommend and I will be continuing my monthly membership.

    If you are looking for a place to train without feeling intimidated, then the Underground Fitness is for you. I really like the atmosphere at this gym. It's welcoming. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Sam, Ivan, Leo and Niall, Rob and Emma (sorry if I missed out your name🙂) you guys are amazing! Patrick is very good at explaining things. I was nervous about signing up. He took his time to explain all the benefits of training and what to expect at the gym. I have never looked back since. Well done guys.

    I have been training at underground fitness for 3 months and I LOVE it! I really enjoy the classes, the instructors are really helpful and supportive. Training sessions are always different and its always exciting to see what new crazy exercise Patrick is planning for us. I look forward to going each time. I also completed the 6 weeks detox program which is amazing and I highly recommend it. Not only you get fit you also learn about nutrition. Can't recommend the underground enough!

    Absolutely the best gym I’ve been to, the classes are small ( which I love ) and having your own little station in the class is a bonus! I signed up for the 6 week challenge and I’m noticing a difference already, my energy levels are much better too! Also everyone in the gym is so nice and the trainers are really good and helpful!

    First time in a gym in many years… really happy with the experience! Good variety of class times and workouts, trainers are very helpful and good motivators. Good support re. joining up, progress, nutrition etc. and very easy to book classes through the app.

    Great gym and all the trainers are really good. I find doing booked sessions like this is the only thing that consistently keeps me going to the gym. It's hard the first week or so but it gets easier and if you stick to a good eating plan you will notice results early on which makes me want to keep going. Patrick has set up a great system and is friendly and encouraging. I definitely recommend.

    Underground fitness is the first place I have felt really comfortable and confident In compared to other gyms/classes I've done! All coaches are supportive and I am loving the sessions I'm feeling better mentally and physically. Overall a great place to train

    I haven’t been going here for long but so far I’ve found the team great. They give guidance and encouragement and push you to do your best. Friendly vibes and a well kitted out gym and plenty of sessions to suit my schedule.

    The personal trainers are all brilliant and so friendly! Every class is different so it keeps you motivated and every area of your body gets targeted with stretching included. The support behind the scenes is very helpful too and you are given a choice of the level of involvement you would like in regards to achieving your goals. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience with UF and highly recommend it if you are looking to get fit/strengthen/feel good without any pressure.

    I am currently 4 weeks into my 6 week program and so far my experience has been fantastic. The fitness classes are tough and are made enjoyable because of the brilliant trainers. The program has also allowed me to become much more consistent with my diet and I am already seeing results. Great experience can’t wait for the next few weeks !

    Joined underground a month ago on the 6 week intro, will Def be continuing! Classes are well set up, top equipment, dedicated trainers! Classes are really varied so no class is ever the same, doesn't get boring! Best part is the flexible timetable which offers alot of class time options not available elsewhere!

    Excellent gym - small class format personal training, exercise tailored for the week to target different areas and for recovery. Well maintained equipment and a lot of it to keep you on your feet, the PT’s change up the exercises regularly so you’re not bored and keep the exercises dynamic. PT’s know their stuff, keep you motivated throughout the class, and keep a great atmosphere going throughout the class too. Paddy keeps in contact with you re diet and body comp analysis so that you’re kept on track, really great personal touch. Simple booking of classes through the app, handy for keeping with your personal schedule. I haven’t availed of it but there’s bonus yoga and kickboxing classes too. Would highly recommend!

    Classes are varied and challenging, trainers are brilliant and really help with your form. It’s a great environment to get fit, meet your goals and have fun while doing so! It’s a really enjoyable gym, can’t fault it!

    I am a member of a conventional gym and know that if I go there I can train hard and can get what I’m looking for BUT it’s the all important IF that sees me faithfully pay without reaping any benefits. Underground is appointment based and that’s an appointment with yourself as much as them. It’s accountability for showing up and that’s a huge difference because it is the showing up that matters. If that’s your struggle then move to an attendance tracked model. As an appointment based model they have a huge range to suit all time slots morning daytime or evening. The place is nice and kept well and the trainers and sessions are varied keeping it fresh. I’m happy and I’m seeing results!

    This is my first time taking part in a "6 week challenge" and I'm really enjoying it so far. The struggle for me in keeping up a regular exercise routine has been in part motivation but also being able to work a routine around a very changeable work schedule. The flexibility afforded by so many class options through the week has been a huge help in being able to create some routine but also the "challenge" aspect has been a big motivator. So 4 weeks in and so far so good!

    Great gym! Personnel is super nice and caring. I’m doing their 6 week program and getting weekly touch base with Patrick. I love how they are flexible and listen to my needs and help me shape my journey based on them! Highly recommended!

    I’ve been doing the 6 week challenge for 3 weeks now and really enjoying it. It’s great to have access to strength & conditioning classes, boxing and yoga so there’s plenty of variety week to week. Patrick has been very supportive with the 6 week challenge, providing loads of nutrition information and is always open to questions. Access to the inbody scanner is also really helpful.

    Great gym - really positive and enjoyable training environment where the team make a big effort to get to know you. The sessions are always varied and structured in a way where you get the most out of each class. Regular check-ins take place and coaches guide you throughout every session. Would highly recommend!

    I joined underground 4 weeks ago and it’s exceeded my expectations. Facilities and trainers are 5 star. Everything you need under one roof with the training nutrition InBody tracking and check ins to see how you’re getting on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Very easy to apply, and manage gym days on their app. Attentive trainers that help you out with any questions and a good 50 minute workout to challenge yourself.

    Stunning space with top notch equipment. The trainers and Patrick the owner are really sound and the classes seem to be great so far. I'll be waving goodbye to my standard gym membership to join the lads in here. Also really nice to be supporting small Irish business owners right now so I'm very pleased to see my money go towards this local fitness hub.

    I just completed the one week free trial on offer at the moment and have no regrets! The Underground training facility itself is cool and unique, not just your average gym. I really enjoyed the circuit workout classes - the trainers were not only excellent but very friendly and welcoming. They helped explain everything on my beginner introduction which helped motivate me and boost my confidence. I would also definitely recommend their Your Fitness Personal Training service which is also fantastic if you need that extra push to reach your goals!

    Really love my classes at the Underground! It's an excellent place to increase your fitness and lose weight quickly. I started in the Underground as a beginner who sometimes went to commercial gyms, so was quite nervous starting. However, the trainers were so friendly and helpful and the workouts are all scaled depending on your experience, so you can start at any ability, which I really liked. A couple of weeks in and my body was much more toned and I feel much fitter than I've ever been. Now I feel guilty if I miss a day as I'm enjoying the training so much, and the staff are always so friendly!

    Great place to train! Classes are kept fresh and are always challenging! It is a high intensity workout and you will never not feel like you have trained after a session here! Friendly, very knowledgeable trainers make this as enjoyable as possible! You may be apprehensive and unmotivated beforehand but after a session you will feel great and glad you trained! It even becomes addictive which is unusual for gym classes. Easily the best set up I have come across in terms of a gym, class and most importantly in getting results. This place really works and you make new friends while making positive changes to your life. 100% the best place all round for your training needs!

    I've been training in Underground Fitness over a year now and it is by far the best place to train. With such variety in the weekly classes along with a mixed range of fitness levels everyone works together to achieve their best. All the coaches are so encouraging and are there if you need any help. The atmosphere within the gym is always so positive and lively. I'd strongly recommend underground fitness and would tell anyone to give it a go! Results can been seen not only in appearance but in your physical every strength too.

    I've been training at Underground fitness for over two years. I originally started to get stronger and fitter for another sport, which I did, I was amazed how quickly I saw results. The classes are well programmed and change every two days so you never get bored. Great people and atmosphere too. I absolutely love it. Well done Paddy and crew.

    Can’t recommend Underground Fitness enough. Patrick and his team give tailored programmes and personalised diet plans and targets to achieve your goals, regularly checking in on progress and adjusting where necessary. The 3 weekly classes are excellent and the trainers are brilliant, classes are very small and you get pretty much 1 to 1 advice and guidance. It’s always a different routine so you never get bored. I’m very happy that I joined.

    Having not being in a gym for well over 10 years, I love the pace and variability of underground fitness. The instructors are great- friendly: not intimidating or shouty. It’s great they focus on strength, not weight loss. Even after a few sessions, I was surprised to see definition on my thigh muscles.

    I would urge anyone trying to take that first step, to give underground fitness a shot. The structure is great, and I found myself out of my unhealthy rut pretty quickly. The classes are really enjoyable, the trainers are great, and I have enjoyed to process of learning to eat healthier. All round 5 stars.

    I highly recommend Underground Fitness, it is a fantastic gym!! The classes are small and the instructors are super professional and nice! It is almost like personal training due to the class size. The sessions are diverse and there is the right balance between strength, cardio and stretching. The timetable is excellent with loads of times to train, making going to the gym much more accessible. If you are looking for a challenge and an opportunity to get fit in a fun and professional environment, this is the gym for you!!

    Underground fitness has given me my motivation back ! Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming! Patrick is so professional and stays with you every step of the way during your 6 week challenge!     I've really enjoyed my time with Underground Fitness, I signed up for the six week challenge and I find myself with more energy and the confidence to do more excerises that I thought I wouldn't be able to do. All the trainers are great in the gym they are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this gym!

    I have found the Underground Fitness experience friendly, social and nothing but beneficial for mind and body. If you fell you don’t have the confidence to go into a full gym environment, then you should try UF! Getting to your best at your own pace, while having fun doing it.

    Having spent time at various gyms over the years and a spell of personal training, I decided to try Underground Fitness. Honestly, this is the first place I can see the results I’ve been chasing. As much as workouts can be ‘fun’, they are at Underground Fitness and the team of trainers don’t let you slack off. Your body tells you you’ve worked out every time you leave this place!

    All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always come over and correct me if I’m doing an exercise wrong. Gym is always very clean. Really great set up, everyone has their own space. The gym is well kitted out! Class time table is very flexible for everyone who joins. Really enjoying my time here and looking forward to getting stronger 💪🏻😊

    I'm 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge and am already seeing massive improvements, not just in weight (nearly 5kg down) but in overall strength and ability. The classes are great and the support given by the coaches is fantastic. I will be continuing on after my 6 week challenge finishes and I would definitely recommend UF to anyone!

    4 weeks in and very happy with how it’s going. All the instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. Every class is different and runs for 40 minutes and the time flies, probably because of the number of different exercises you do so you don’t feel the time slipping by. There’s a really nice and welcoming vibe to the place from both the instructors and other members. I started with the one week trial which is a great introduction to Underground Fitness and a good way to find out if UF is right for you .

    Would highly recommend both the 6 week challenge & the monthly subscription for UF! Such an enjoyable and encouraging training environment where all of the team go out of their way to know you / help you / fix your form etc. The sessions are really well structured in a way where you get the most out of each class but that they don’t take up a huge part of the day. Definitely recommend!

    The team are amazing and I’ve enjoyed every session so far. I attend a lot of the lunchtime sessions with Niamh and Sam who are sh1t hot at getting you to push yourself! Also kudos to the trainers who have been really patient with me on improving technique so I can get the most out of my training! The others in the classes are mega sound also, so friendly and just a sound out community

    Amazing service ! Would highly highly recommend. All of the trainers are so encouraging and knowledgable. Great for beginners as the sessions can be altered to your level/ability and all the team are so helpful. I’m 4 weeks in and already seeing great results! Will definitely be continuing on
