Showers don't work, you have to keep pressing the on button every 1.5seconds and the place hasn't been renovated since the 1800's including lockers and the tiles and lights in the wall. Very strange behavior because it would be a really nice place if they fix what's broken in my opinion. Nice location and it's a pity that it's getting so run down. A proper shame

Customer service is the worst I ever experienced in my life. I was going to the gym just to ask for a trail. The lady the on reception said I was not allowed. They where not insured then I was asking for the manager and he was very arrogant hardly talking to me. I don't see any problem to do the trial like other gyms. Every other gym is doing this. I was planning to join the gym. I will definitely not join based on this experience.

Nice place for events, far away from disturbing people, just in the middle of nowhere, beside the airport, my personal opinion is that needs a little bit of maintenance and a redecoration... all the rest is good enough.

The facilities in this sports arena are truly superb. If you are a player who is playing in this sports arena, you will notice the changing rooms are quite small and the walls could do with a lick of paint, but otherwise it has a nice homely feeling. The halls have good equipment and nets for multi-functional uses. The floors are also very grippy and regularly cleaned.

We had a lovely family day bowling🎳🎳🎳 as a group if 16 we split into three lanes this was no problem and staff helped us sort out everything which was madness with all the small kids! We had an hour and had a great time! The kids were upset to leave but we will be back 100% value for money!

A fantastic facility that caters to a wide variety of sports for all the family.

Plenty of parking. It has a big amount of sports facilities including a running track and bowling alley, basketball hall, pool and gym.

handy spot as I was close fir work. 10er to use the track. Changing rooms had only cold water and we're like something from a horror movie.

Very nice and friendly sport complex, nice gym, quite well equipped,water suite with small pool steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi plus friendly staff makes me say it's one of the best quality for the price!

At a wedding there last Fri....1st class venue for any event

Only joined recently mainly for the gym facilities, does exactly what it says on the tin. Has all the equipment that I need to follow my own programmes. Have not used other facilities yet but impressed so far and staff are very friendly

Have to say Alan, Dean Mark and all the staff are just so friendly . A Great atmosphere 👌 . 10 lanes. Food , soft drinks and beer available. Even have thier own bowling shop

The gym has everything you need but is absolutely filthy. The floors are very grimy and there is dust everywhere.

Alsaa bowling alley is a great spot to visit. Covid restrictions applied but didn't impact on family fun. Staff doing a great job 😊

Nice place I was able to use as a guest of the nearby (walkable) Radisson BLU hotel. Used the weight room and the IAAF standard outdoor running track. Excellent for pre-boarding a Transatlantic flight. Also has a pool and basketball and squash courts and more - but I did not use these facilities.

Decent little gym / squash court - showing quite a bit of wear and tear at the moment or I"d probably rate it more highly. Lovely staff

Really enjoyed our hour or so here bowling, staff were super friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere in the place. Little cafe which seems to sell, tea coffee and some small snacks. You could also get a beer there. Will definitely be back.
