    I highly recommend this 5-star community gym that has experienced and engaging trainers. There is also great variety within the workouts and top gym equipment. It comes with my highest recommendation to try Movement Fitness; you won't be disappointed.

    I joined Movement a few months ago having been very inconsistent with my workouts. As a result I was pretty unfit but I have really been enjoying the classes and building up my strength. I have two young kids so I appreciate that there are classes at good times for me like post school run and pre bed time - no excuses ! It is not an intimidating gym and the trainers are really nice & supportive. I like that there is a lot of variety in the classes and I also think they are the perfect length - they never feel like they are dragging!

    Couldn’t rate Movement Fitness enough. I am relatively new to this type of training, and as a busy working Mum of 3 small kids, I was both totally unfit and very, very nervous starting. Mark and all the team couldn’t have been more welcoming, supportive and professional - and now I am absolutely addicted to my training schedule! If you’re thinking about joining, I would encourage you to do it straight away. You won’t regret it!!!

    Ronan, Jack and team are the best trainers you could ask for! I have been attending both PT sessions and classes for the last 5 months with great results in terms of my strength and resistance. A wide range of classes is offered allowing for guaranteed variety, time flexibility, extra challenges as you improve and a lot of encouragement along the way and fun too! Could not recommend Movement Fitness more!

    I joined Movement Fitness over a month ago. As part of my fitness program, I do private fitness & nutrition coaching. The gym has really good space, lots of great equipment maintained at a very good standard. The coaches are expert, friendly, and supportive. I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions and can see progress in the way I move (and feel). Also appreciate how they tailor your program based on your personal goals. 10/10 definitely recommend!

    I did an eight week program with the team; classes and nutrition. Everyone was very supportive and I was very happy with the results. Was a great program for a mum of 2 young kids

    Very impressed with Movement Fitness - I completed 8 weeks of PT with Mark, Becky, Sharon and Cian who are all very knowledgeable trainers. A great mix of strength training & cardio coupled with a tailored nutrition plan for my main goal of losing weight. Was impressed with the in house body scanner, great way to keep motivated throughout the journey - Lost 9kg in this period and now in a much healtheir position than 8 weeks ago. Highly reccomend. Thanks!

    I'm entering my 3rd week of the 6 week programme and I must say I feel fantastic. My confidence & strength have grown as well as my clothes fitting so much better. I'm doing PT with Mark, yes challenging but after each session, I can wait until the next. The classes in between PT are super intense and focused which I like. Overall highly recommend these guys as I'm seeing results quicker than expected. Roll on week 6. 🥳

    Without a doubt the best gym classes I’ve been to. I’ve never felt as comfortable and challenged and supported anywhere else. Jack Becky and the team are always there if you need anything. Great sense of community and always a laugh through the sweat and tears of a workout!!

    Excellent Gym- perfectly situated and well equipped, great variety of workouts and professional coaches. I have personally made significant progress since joining the gym due to the individualised plans and input from the staff. Would 100% recommend joining

    Perfect motivation to start my day with morning sweat sessions. Great community! You always train with right amount of people. Ronan, Mark, Jack they are so helpful and motivative. I was able to see a good progress after few weeks. Perfect gym to increase your fitness level. Strength and sweat sessions highly recommended!

    Love these classes! I started weight training with them for the first time two months ago and I already feel the results. I feel stronger! Groups are small and coaches are very knowledgeable. They make sure everybody is challenged according to their level and can provide different variations of the same exercise. I have never repeated the same circuit even once in two months!

    Signed up for Personal Training and have received a brilliant standard of training. Very flexible with times and the gym itself is full of top quality equipment. Have also been able to supplement my training with drop in classes, which I have really enjoyed too. Highly recommended!

    Ronan is a great coach and has really helped me come from a place of low fitness. He works really well and thoughtfully thinks out the right plan for each client. The place is professional , friendly and would highly recommend to anyone!

    Highly recommend the Mum & Tots classes involving targeted postpartum exercises and intense circuit workouts. All babies warmly welcomed, whether crying or asleep! Lovely way to meet others in the same boat while also getting back to lifting some weights!

    I've been a member since 2021 and I'd describe Movement as a community and lifestyle rather than a gym. No matter what your goal, there really is something for everyone. If you're a busy professional, want to train hard but don't have time to think about or develop a training plan, then Movement is great. Additional things like access to nutrition coaches, PT, club challenges etc are an added motivator. The programmes and training blocks are well structured and push you to build your fitness and strength sustainably. Trainers and members are friendly and approachable and really supportive of each other. It's not like other commercial gyms. If you want to be kept accountable, achieve results, make friends and get one-on-one level of attention in a small group setting, give it a go.

    I have been going to this HIIT class for the past two years and I absolutely love it! It’s good for any fitness level, the workouts are fun and different every day. They typically involve a mix of cardio and strength training exercises. I have definitely seen a significant improvement in my fitness level since I started.

    Finally started enjoying exercise after joining Movement Fitness. Having never been a gym goer and coming across the gym on an Instagram ad I was really nervous I would not be able for the classes or know how to use the equipment. After a number of PT sessions with Ronan I noticed a difference in my fitness levels and had the confidence to start group classes. The classes are tough but fun and very professionally run. Technique is a big focus for all instructors which is fantastic as I am not worried about injury. All instructors are also very approachable, friendly and genuinely interested in everyone succeeding in their fitness goals. I couldn't recommend this gym more.

    This gym checks all the boxes in my books: close and convenient, community feel, challenging workouts, knowledgable and encouraging trainers, variety of workouts and equipment plus its really fun. The trainers work with you a lot on technique and know everyone so they can personalize workouts and help you with personal fitness goals. I've struggled to find a gym over the past couple of years and so I am really glad that Movement Fitness is now in Sandymount!

    I have been attending Movement Fitness for the past 4/5 months and I really recommend it highly. I was having commitment issues with exercise and find that the close-knit members and staff make it easy to go consistently. They offer services for a wide range of fitness levels so its really handy and great to test yourself when you ready. Great job guys!

    Absolutely amazing place and community! Highly skilled trainers, very relaxed and fun atmosphere, versatile and creative programming. Sandymount Studio is more then well equipped (all of the -ergs, DB, KB and my favourite BB), and I love combination of indoor and outdoor workouts, Skill and Strength classes. Feel completely reenergised after every class. 💪🏻🏋️‍♀️

    Starting was the hardest but a big thanks to Cian and Mark for their patience. Brilliant coaches and I highly recommend them. I’m 57 and my fitness has improved hugely so if I can do it anyone can.

    All the coaches I’ve interacted with (Mark and Becky) provide a really welcoming environment and the training is always top class. Always leave after getting a good sweat. It also helps that the facilities are really good and easy parking outside. Highly recommend.

    Circumstances meant I could attend only a few of the classes. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes I did attend and am looking forward to starting with them in January. The level of training was accommodating to everyone yet progressive and fun. The trainers are young, expert, helpful and really pleasant and friendly. They put an emphasis on progress, fun and community. Classes and administration are well managed. A great find.

    I've been doing some PT sessions at Movement over the past few months. The sessions are focused and tailored with the right balance of push given. The coaches are experienced and professional and create a friendly atmosphere. Its a place where all levels of fitness can feel comfortable and can improve.

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
