I
wouldn't
reccomend
due
to
their
level
of
customer
service.
As
one
of
their
loyal
customers
(been
there
for
more
than
a
year)
as
it
was
very
convenient
for
myself
given
its
only
2
mins
walk
from
where
I
live,
I
was
truly
astonished
with
their
treatment
and
care.
So
basically
when
I
first
joined,
I
decided
I'll
go
for
a
3
month,
then
6
month
and
then
I
wanted
to
go
for
a
year
starting
from
Jan
2024.
I
went
to
the
receptionist
to
ask
if
I
can
join
for
a
month
given
my
6
month
membership
ended
in
Nov
and
I
would
like
to
start
the
yearly
membership
in
Jan
for
reasons
that
I
explained,
he
told
me
they
don't
do
a
month
as
they
are
contract
focused.
3
month,
6
month,
and
12
month.
To
all
the
respect
to
their
policy
and
rules
in
place,
not
giving
a
client
a
month
access
when
you
clearly
see
on
the
system
they
have
been
there
for
more
than
a
year
plus
they
are
paying
upfront
for
a
whole
year
starting
from
Jan,
just
sounds
astonishing.
Having
flexibility
and
slight
care
to
your
clients
to
actually
listen
and
try
to
help
is
what
takes
businesses
far.
The
receptionist
did
not
even
understand
what
I
was
asking
for
making
me
fill
the
details
and
then
telling
me
sorry
we
can't
do
a
month
even
tho
I
explained
all
this
before
to
him
and
yet,
not
listening
or
even
showing
any
sort
or
care
for
just
a
month
membership
that
then
will
be
a
year.
I'm
lost
of
words
of
such
behaviour
and
lack
of
their
customer
service.
