Gym

👍 Great place, great gym and great facilities. I do wish they added a trunks dryer to the men's area like they have the women's. The gym could improve more by having a boxing bag or two, even in the aerobics room! People often mention Great, great, staff, swimming, family,

Great gym. Lots of evidence of the staff spaying the equipment down and keeping the gym clean. Not overcrowded so you can workout and feel safe. Only Problem I had, I found it nearly impossible to contact the sales office to renew my membership but once I was reregistered, everything has run smoothly

Thoroughly disappointing experience when trying to book in two refugees for a swim session. Unhelpful and uncaring staff

Very very cold. The kids lips were blue, it was that cold. Everything else was good, just too cold. They need to warm the water a bit more.

I went here yesterday for a SC (short course)(25 metre) gala. It was amazing. It was a very hot day so I would definitely recommend sports and a t-shirt for spectators.

The food offering is mediocre rather than nice... So nice pre-made sandwiches and wraps and nice coffee. The rest is fast food - never freshly prepared. Kept hot under heatlamp - so allow for really dry (or petrified) chips, sausages and 'plastic' chicken nuggets!

Staff not very helpful, not enough family changing rooms, someone pooped in the baby/toddler pool half way through so we really only had the lazy River for our youngest after 3rd go it got a bit boring and que for each ride was 45 mins so older kids didn't get to do much but que. Very very busy too many people for each session to allow sufficient time for the rides in the 2 hours.

Excellent swimming pools of course but the maintenance of the SPA area lacks a little, never saw a sauna so dirty the back rests are filthy and smelly, the planks should be simply be changed and put a clessidra to monitor time spent there, how much could it cost. People loves to take a sauna before and after swimming, just make a little more comfortable

Very satisfied with how organised this place is. Great coaches, always on time, plenty of parking space, canteen for a quick bite. Kid is happy there.

Quite disappointed with the facilities for our first swim. The family changing areas do not have changing tables so I had to change baby on the bench, which was quite dangerous. Partner asked several staff members how he could get to the swimming area to watch our first lesson and was told he couldn’t, when he actually could, there were lots of family members at the poolside. The lesson was great and the instructors were great, so happy with that aspect.

Great: I like the 50 metre pool. Bad: The Mens changing rooms are on the small side.

Always a fun day out in the wave pool and water slides, but the rush for showers, changing rooms and space is a disaster as 400 arrive and 400 people leave as each booked 2 hour time slot changes. Management need to get that sorted out... would be much better with 20 min or 30 min slots.

Went 1st week of July 22. Online booking. Session for 2 hours which I find ample. Flow rider and dark hole slide are my favorite. Excellent facilities and carpark. Cafe on site. Perfect for family fun.

just been denied access to our twin boys swimming lessons at 14.00 hrs today. As we did not have one adult per child ( both my 5 year olds where crying) No where in any communication does it say you need 1 adult per child,no phone call from management or any staff member

Went to see sport physio Austin and found him to be excellent. One hour session including assessment was time well spent. Big improvement in my condition when leaving. Highly recommended.
