    Great coach and great team. The atmosphere is really good. People training are gentlemen and women. You'll learn a lot, whether you're a beginner or advanced. Nice side effect: You'll become very fit if you join regularly.

    Dave is class. Took me from being a complete beginner to being really engaged in the sport. Instils confidence and treats beginners like seasoned fighters. Good craic too, cheers, Lorcan.

    Amazing place for first timers who want to learn real muay thai and fighters a like. Coach gave detailed breakdowns to the beginners and the fighters train along side everyone helping each other. Great vibes.
