joined
Endeavour
Gym
in
mid
May
(a
bit
over
two
months
ago)
and
I'm
quite
amazed
how
fast
I've
been
able
to
progress
in
terms
of
strength
and
overall
fitness
under
the
watchful
eye
of
the
trainers
who
obviously
know
what
they’re
doing.
My
strength
is
increasing
session
by
session
and
I'm
already
able
to
lift
weights
I've
never
lifted
before
despite
training
at
many
other
gyms
throughout
the
years.
I'm
super
happy
I
joined
Endeavour
gym
as
the
semi-private
training
works
for
me
perfectly
-
the
training
is
weight
based,
which
I
love;
the
groups
are
reasonable
in
size,
so
the
trainers
have
a
chance
to
keep
an
eye
on
your
technique
and
push
you
when
needed;
and
the
training
happens
at
a
certain
time
and
day
of
the
week,
which
brings
a
level
of
accountability
as
the
trainers
and
your
training
group
are
expecting
you
to
show
up.
My
training
motivation
hasn’t
always
been
high
but
since
joining
Endeavour
Gym,
I
haven’t
actually
wanted
to
miss
any
class
since
the
progress
really
motivates
me.
As
the
cherry
on
the
cake,
everybody
is
super
nice,
including
the
fellow
gym
goers
and
the
trainers.
Well
deserved
full
five
stars!
