Nice wee relaxing walk out with a lovely view of the water with ships roaming to and from. Theres access to the water side of the wall which is excellent for walking down without bother and great place to unwind.

Nice walk, people walking their dogs, they are not allowed bikes as a sigs says, but I saw a man biking. Very peaceful on a sunny weekday, the ligthouse is closed but you can walk and rest around. Fishermen and walkers looking at the sea, nice to stay a bit and listen to the sea, but you will also listen planes and boats from time to time. Nice spot to know, it's free to go. And you can walk 4km till you reac rhe other lighthouse, which has a red colour, while this is green.

More than 2 centuries old and still standing beautifully! Definitely worth the walk!

Iconic! Great for a walk and much quieter than the East Pier.

This place is much less crowded than the East Pier Lighthouse, that's why its a goto place for locals when they need a walk. You will see people with dogs, and up for a run here. Also near the lighthouse there will be always someone fishing. There is no public toilet here, while there is one at the East Pier Lighthouse. Good place to go if you want some solitude.

A beautiful walk, especially when you walk on the higher leve of the wall l as it gives you a stunning view over Dublin bay . The marina is much bigger than I remembered as its been years since I walked here, in the background you have a view of the mountains, on a clear day it looks magnificent . Well worth a visit.

Well worth the walk out to the end. Beautiful view of the light houses, the sailboats in the bay, and the ever changing light.
