Nice little hike, especially if you are just going from the car park to the cross. It's steep in places with some loose surfaces and rocks. It offers amazing views from the top of Bray and the Irish Sea, especially on a sunny day.

The view from the cross is superb and you can continue walking to Greystones for other spectacular views. Be aware though, the walk up from Bray beach to the cross is over open ground, rocks and roots and on wet days it can be somewhat treacherous.

The trail was steeper and tougher than we expected. There were many wet and slippery rocks and at times even running water since it rained the day before. You'll definitely need a good pair of shoes and to be careful as you traverse the hike. In the end the view was worth it.

I recommended.. one the best places. One day spectacular This landscape is so beautiful, ideal to spend a great day walking seeing the beauty that is in front of your eyes, while you are walking you find some tremendous landscapes. even some animals to contemplate the environment. In addition, there are always local people who tell you where the best option is to have the best view.

Nice little hike. Short but steep in parts. Good for all, just take it at your own pace! The views at the tip are phenomenal. And further on from the cross, there's a little coffee truck - Brew with a view. Worth a pit stop. Dog water station provided.

My recent hiking experience here was nothing short of remarkable. The trail, taking about 3 hours for the round trip, unfolds with a slightly steeper ascent than indicated on the informative sign. Nonetheless, it's a manageable hike, perfect for all skill levels. What truly captivates you on this journey are the picturesque landscapes that accompany your every step. A minor disappointment, however, is the closure of the coastal path, which promises even more scenic beauty. Despite this, the hike remains an enjoyable outdoor adventure, offering a glimpse into the natural beauty of the area. For those in search of a moderately challenging hike with beautiful scenery, this is an excellent choice that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Great walk up! If tou only go for the way up and than back down, instead of walking all the way alomg the cliff. It should take you about 50 minutes.

Great experienced in there last week. This place fully converges conditions for a day out with the family. climbing mountains, watching the sea, playground... especially at this time yellow flowers bloom all over the mountain to make the scenery more majestic, you should go to the top of the mountain where the cross is to see the whole scene.

It's an easy path, you reach the top and the cross in 40 minutes without rushing, so you can go for a walk with little children and dogs. It's also a good place for doing mountain downhill with the bike. The ground is always wet and muddy, so wear boots.

Had done this trail 20+ years ago and decided to do again with my son. A little tricky due to water running down hill. Also forgotten how steep it was in places

It is above the mountain that you will enjoy walking till the top, but make sure to have unslippery shoes πŸ‘Ÿ as the road is not flat but you will definetly enjoy the view.

You can have a great experience. The trekking trail is not much hard, therefore everyone can reach the top. It's very near by bray. You can easily reach there via public transport.

View is worth the climb. Parking for cars at base. Trail is steep and not well marked. Several alternate trails can confuse, luckily destination is common to most of alternative routes. Overgrowth on trails of nettles and spiky plants recommend clothing that covers skin.

One of my favorites place near Dublin , ez to access (public transport) or with car (big car parks) , great view on Wicklow mountains , and see. Feels like south of Europe (when it's sunny :)) , Hike itself is easy , during hike great views. Highly recommended

It's an amazing place. All here are beautiful, I loved it. You need to be prepared for physical exertion, wear good shoes so as not to slip and dress warmly, because it is very windy. And enjoy the stunning views

Worth the workout! Bit rocky and potentially muddy, semi-steep in places, climb. Beautiful views of Bray and surrounding. 45 mins from start of ascent at end of promenade, 20 mins down. Welcome back ice cream treat nearby.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great beach for a walk or picnic. Loads of restaurants around facing the sea, fantastic vibes, loads of cute cafes. Always a lovely visit!
