I saw the Lion King 🦁 🤴 here and I absolutely loved it. The theatre is grand and safety precautions have been put in place in light of recent events(Covid). I totally recommend.

I went to see Titanic, it was a great show. The venue is great, service for drinks and snacks on every floor. Seating is comfortable and clean. Parking prices at the venue are extremely expensive so plan your trip via public transport if possible.

Great place to catch a sunrise close to the docklands. The building it self looks cool. Great design. It does get very busy during the summer with people meeting up there. Was never inside the building itself. Not a theatre goer lol. Short walk and your out on the quays of the city. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the area aswell....

One of my absolute favourite places ever. I love musicals and visit often and every time it’s been amazing. The theatre is stunning and the staff are amazing. All the shows that come are super enjoyable. Even though the shows are of west end quality tickets are much cheaper. Some of the closest row tickets at some shows can range from about 35-65 euro which is great value. I think reasonably any show you go to is guaranteed fun. I enjoyed my experience so much in the 3 shows I seen last year I’m going to see at least 4 more this year.

Absolutely incredible. The location is very handy to go. It has a car park that you can book and pay in advance. The building is beautiful. We went to see the musical Beauty and the Beast and everything was fabulous. Definitely I would go back again.

Lovely big venue and great staff really nice place to watch a show. The vibe around the venue is great with random street dancing and groups having a good time. Lovely view of the grand canal docs too. Toilets were relatively clean. Seating was comfortable but foot space was a little tight. Quite quick entering and exiting the venue after the show. Would go back

Loved every minute! The Lon King was AMAZING. The costumes, the set and the singing...just a fabulous performance. The theatre is great and easy to find. I walked there with my 9 year old son from the train station. The box office staff were fabulous, I couldn't access my tickets and they helped me no problem and printed off our tickets and also tickets for a later show in the year. The theatre itself is fabulous. We were sitting in the upper circle so high but we could see everything clearly. Thankyou. Looking forward to returning !

There really isn’t a bad seat! It’s such a pleasant experience, the staff are so nice and it’s always a great night out because of this. They’ve a decent selection at the bar and the queues always move quickly. Everyone sticks to the mask wearing which is reassuring and the staff are diligent at keeping everyone safe.

Biggest theatre we’ve been in (it feels like) for Dirty Dancing. I love this theatre. This is my third time here. The acoustic is excellent and audiences are very responsive to us. So much stage and backstage space it feels two shows could be going on simultaneously. The quirky thing about this theatre is they have light sensors in all the rooms. This can be inconvenient when you’re in the toilets and it goes pitch black and the sensor doesn’t reach your stall. You better hope you have your phone with you! I do every time now.

What a gorgeous theatre. We were thrilled to see the stunning Dirty Dancing show last night, I highly recommend it. The theatre itself is very impressive, with a lovely spacious lobby and bar area, large and clean restrooms, and very spacious and comfortable seating in the auditorium. Unlike some theatres it is much less of a battle squeezing past people in the seats at the interval. The room was at a comfortable temperature to enjoy the show, and the sound was excellent. We sat in stalls row D which was perfect. I would like to experience a balcony seat another time. The only minor issue us that the prices in the shop are unfortunately extortionate. €11 for a 125g bag of Minstrels, a bottle of Coke Zero and a Bounty. The usual gouging of people at an event, the Irish way. But overall, a very memorable experience.

We attended a children's show, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The theater's stage and seating area were truly impressive, boasting a beautiful design and ample space. The cleanliness of the venue was commendable, and the sound system delivered an excellent performance. The only downside was that the cooling was a bit too chilly, and the souvenir shop offered items at a rather high price.

This theatre is beautiful especially in the evenings with the lights on. Watched Dirty Dancing Live there with a good friend. Great show.

The theatre is beautiful. It's not as big as I would have thought but great for intimate shows. Seating very close together. The bars are fantastic with one on each floor. The toilets are spotless, and there are some on every floor for easy access. It also stops huge ques during intermissions. We would definitely go to another show there!

Excellent place to enjoy international musicals and shows. The facilities are very good. The staff is nice and they also sell spirits and drinks/snacks to consume before the show and during intermission. You will have a great view for any part in the theatre.

One of the best if it's not the best theaters I've ever been. It's easy and quick to ger in and exit afterwards the show. There're plenty of elevators. There are bars inside where you can have some drinks (a bit expensive). But if you want to drink something before or after, there are good options nearby as the wheterspoons on the corner or Milano pizzeria for a quick bite. The theater is amazing. The only bad thing is the space between chairs and legs. I saw Shrek the musical and I recommend the place and the play.

We had a seats in the Circle, G30 G31 and G32 and they were great. The theatre is a credit to Dublin. A great venue.

We went to see the Beauty and the Beast. The show was pretty good and the space inside the theatre is nice. As negative aspect the drinks are overpriced as the food. Popcorn was super salty (tactics to sell more drinks in the interval???)

Amazing venue. Lovely location and very convenient with the underground car park adjacent. Great views regardless of the seat you have. I've greatly enjoyed many shows here over the last few years. Always have good variety through the year

Lovely new and extremely large theatre on the docklands of Dublin hust over the Harp Bridge. We sat right up the top at the back but were still abe to see everything and the sound production was excellent. For the record we saw opening night of South Pacific.

We have been here for many shows in the past. Sister Act was our first show since Covid The Bord Gais is a great place to see shows. It's well run and the staff are great. I suppose the only complaint I would have is the cost of refreshments in the theatre it just adds to an already expensive day out with your tickets, travel and parking. Nonetheless the show was brilliant we will be back soon hopefully.

Lovely modern theatre in Grand Canal Dock, I've had the privilege to sit in as their circle club and can say that the food / drinks on offer are top class, although I do wish they served Guinness. Seats in the theatre are good with reasonable leg room. I've never had an issue viewing the stage

We go to the theatre a lot throughout the year, and recently went to see SIX and Heathers. Going back Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, seeing how controlled and helpful the staff with current guidelines, allowed it to feel like a normal trip to the theatre. Always enjoy going here.

Went to watch Heathers and it was a great performance. The whole experience was really nice. It is not too crowded and the ticket checking is quite efficient, so even though there was a somewhat long line of people, they managed to clear it in a couple of minutes.

Fantastic customer service. I booked over the phone to go to The Book of Mormon and needed wheelchair facilities. The allocated seated area was perfect, accessible and the staff were really helpful letting us into our seats to get settled early. They even called me the morning of the show to make sure we didn’t need any other assistance. We will definitely go again.

Fabulous building. Seats are very close together and they had people seated together when there was plenty of empty seats/areas available. This didn't make sense to me with the times we're in. Booking seats/pods etc could have been done a lot better Staff were brilliant, couldn't fault them.

A spacious and bright entrance, giving easy access to the theatre. Seats are nicely raised on each row making obstruction of the stage by tall people in the rows in front being an issue, making a very pleasant experience. The refreshment areas are plentiful and well staffed and easy to enjoy a pre show or interval drink. We had an issue with our tickets, the box office were very understanding and sorted a solution without any fuss, for which I am very grateful and appreciative. Thanks.

This is easily the best theatre in Dublin. The benefits of this compared to others are that it's actually comfy to sit with good leg room, comfy chairs and space in between. The facilities are excellent and modern. The stage is large so the plays here are bigger with better props
