Best salads in Dublin imo! I haven’t tried a salad that I don’t like. Even their too good to go offering is delicious and convenient. They gave me many different fixings which made three full meals

Stumbled upon this place and I am so glad I did. Everything is fresh and seasonal with so many healthy options--and plenty of vegan options! The katsu spiced tofu warm bowl was incredible. So nourishing and so tasty! Everyone working here is friendly and smiley and wonderful. The atmosphere is clean, fresh and welcoming. My favourite place for lunch in Dublin so far!

Found a large barely living mosquito in my salad that I had ordered for delivery (see photo) I understand that mistakes can happen but they never took the time to call or message me to apologise or offer any kind of compensation. I found it very disappointing especially since I was taking food from them every week.

Excellent price for food quality. Very flavourful and lots of food. I got the Middle Eastern bowl which I would highly recommend. I didn’t want pickled onion in my bowl and I could swap it for any other vegetable which I really appreciated. Some of the best hummus I’ve gotten in a long time. Would definitely come back!

Best place to visit in Dublin if you crave for healthy and seasonal food. Bowls are huge, delicious and very colourful. Staff was super friendly and don’t forget to tip them ☺️

Shrinkflation is really everyone. Just ordered the kale ceaser for the first time in a while. It's now half the size and more expensive. The serving of the tomatoes, croutons and protein was so mean. Annoyingly the bowls next to mine seemed more full. A shame as now that I'm back in Dublin I was looking forward to making it a regular spot. The picture below for reference is not half way through me eating but when I stepped outside of the shop.

Love this place! So many delicious and healthy choices. Portions are filling, and the staff are friendly. Just not a lot of seating.

Lots of great options and flavors to pick from. The bowls are more filling because they came with rise but the salads are not and you might still be a little hungry. I felt like the protein portions were very light for the price you pay. We tried the kale Caesar salad and the middle eastern chicken bowl.

I had the Middle Eastern Chicken. I liked that the chicken was spicy. However i would have liked it to be warmer, Nice basement dining.

The Middle Eastern Chicken wasn't really good + Caesar salad was okay but the sauce wasn't taste like a real Caesar sauce+ Satisfying Chicken was really good + The price is high for such taste + The material are really fresh

I wish there were more places like that in Dublin - Fresh and healthy dishes for reasonable prices, quite a good selection of mainly wraps and salads, the portions were good and the staff very friendly. Some more vegan options for the bowls, besides the falafels, would be nice. For takeaway: maybe paper-only boxes would be better than the current plastic lids? Overall very nice healthy place & Will definitely come back.

Fantastic place with a lot of healthy options. Ordered Sataysfied chicken and chick please. Both options were amazing, personally prefer more sataysfied because of a sauce there. Food was delicious and the place was very clean. Service also was great and fast, however portion depends on staff that prepares the food. I will defiantly visit this place again.

I have been here a few times and every time I bring someone here they fall madly deeply in love with the rich hearty, healthy delicious meals. I always build my own and its worth it every time.. One more stamp to go to get my free BOWL woopii... Worth the Value, the stuff is great, the seating downstairs is lovely and the food is great organic locally grown.

Sprout is that kind of spot that when you try you stay attached immediately. Everything makes sense in this place - fast service, friendly staff, great food. I tried an iceberg salad with chicken and beetroot (with a bit of salt and pepper) and it made my day. An explosion of fresh ingredients and flavours in my mouth. Sprout staff, you can continue opening stores around because you're doing great.

Popped by just before closing time. I had the SUPER GUACABOWLE but they were out of quinoa and guac, so I swapped them w brown rice and hummus. This was packed (literally) with so much flavour, and texture. Really enjoyed eating this. 😋👍

Nice place for a quick lunch break. Warm bowls are delicious (Bombay) and quite in good portion.

Wow!! Even better than I expected. Really tasty. Friendly service. Seating downstairs was a bit like Oliver Twist (benches arranged in rows), but all-in-all and excellent experience. I Will definitely visit Sprout next time I am in Dublin.

Went to Sprouts & Co Exchequer St on a Friday for dinner after work at around 7:30. Glad to see that they were still open and serving. I always order their middle eastern chicken meal with spicy chicken. It is just so yum! But this time for a change, I ordered a Guacamole bowl (best vegan option) along with the middle eastern chicken meal with spicy chicken and quinoa (comes in a bowl). You can ask if you can mix rice or quinoa or salads in your bowl. Just ask! Both the bowls were very delicious in their own way. Must try! The staff at this outlet of Sprouts & Co are very sweet, kind. They were so happy to serve me the food. At the time we went in, they had shut down indoor dining, however there were tables right outside Sprouts. So we got a takeaway and sat right outside Sprouts!

Ordered a bowl with chicken, broccoli, sweet potato, rice and cod. I got home to see had literally only put in sweet potato, rice and cos... how can they think that's acceptable

Going there often for a nice kale ceaser salad as it's a big portion that usually can't even finish myself. Today the portion wasn't even half and the person that was preparing the salad seemed to have fun as you can even see on picture that the sauce is all over the bowl as he squeezed it from all strength that it just spilled everywhere. When was paying at the till I asked if that's the full portion and guy who made it said it is. I brought my colleague as I always enjoyed the food here , but as it was her first time she definitely won't come back as payed nearly 13€ for salad that looked like leftovers.

Hadn't been here in about 18 months due to pandemic and not being in the city too often. I'd forgotten how good it is. Happy to report that standards haven't slipped and its still as healthy, tasty and relatively value for money as it always was.

Great food - but chillies 🌶️ are a little too hot 🥵. I absolutely love chillies but found the ones in one of the dishes were too hot to eat. Overheard others comment on the same issue. Any, don’t let that put you off going and eating in this healthy food emporium. Very clean eating area, staff very friendly and interactive. Would definitely recommend and revisit, but choose a dish without the chillies 😳👍

Delicious and healthy, my favorite combination!! The staff was super kind and helpful and the food was really delicious, with several vegetarian options. The prices are reasonable. There is some seating outside on the street to enjoy your meal or take it to go.
