Be careful and check prices. Incorrect pricing advertising is placed above several items in store. Very misleading. I flipped tags around to illustrate. 39.99 advertised is actually 60.99 and 33.99 advertised is actually 44.99.

I haven’t had full length jeans since the age of 14 (I’m 27 btw) and that’s the first offline store where I found jeans for tall girls 😭 I was about to cry in the fitting room, thank you so much for inclusivity 🤍

They have good clothes, a little bit expensive for a regular brand and be sure you take pictures before you buy the product. I got 2 products (different day's) When I realized that they had some details and I tried to return them. They got rid of the problem even when I had bought them the previous afternoon. I didn't liked that

What a terrible experience!!!!! I am not a karen and rarely complain but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Returned two dresses in exchange for other items should have only paid €17 ! She charged me €37 on card then when the visa machine did not work I was charged €38 in cash !!! I checked my receipt outside shop only to find the items I returned value had not been taken off the bill. I returned to the shop immediately where I stood for 30 minutes and then told to return the next day as there was a meeting happening???? I do not live in Dublin and could not come back so I was told to return within the hour which I did only to find the mananger had accomplished very little with the mix up I stood there for 30 more minutes and eventually was given €15 back when I should have received €21. Overall there was no communication and I was made to feel as though the cashiers mix up was my fault. The manger could do with some training on the tills, how to serve customers and to stop chewing gum and popping it in front of customers. Absolutely awful experience-11/10 will not return

Won’t answer the phone. Called them as soon as they opened today to ask them to hold a dress for me. It was for the funeral of a relative. Refused to pick up the phone and when I tried again a few times they picked it up and slammed it back down. Disgusting way to treat customers. Staff are obviously pig ignorant.

Nice shop , pleasant staff. Personally I don't go into these places , my daughter wanted opinion and she promised me lunch.I buy online. The reason for the above is years ago, my sister would ask to go shopping and try on everything she was going to buy, and see it from all angles. 5years before I got out of that 1.

Lots of choice, decent prices and some of the items are of good quality. They also have a large shoe department. The racks with Sale items are very disorganised, I just don't have the patience so I avoid them & shop on line mostly. The staff are friendly & helpful.

lots of clothes, few shoes for sale & some customers leave mess after themselves & only 2-3 cashiers on Sunday so be ready to spend some time in a queue 😉 and looking for something you need 😀

Very good range of clothes, spacious so easy to navigate with buggy, good lifts. Only negative was the fitting rooms were out of order, there was carnage in front of them😅

I've only been here recently and found it to be a bit of a treasure trove. Unfortunately I hadn't planned on going so I left with just a few niggly sparkly bits with the promise to return soon. You won't have trouble finding something for all budgets and they have at least 2 floors that I saw. Different sections are separated in a cute way. I would say the styles are very comfy looking but also keeping up with some trends without breaking the bank (yay). You can also find those cutesy gifts for teachers there at the moment so now is a great time to snag them. Lots of delicate costume jewellery without the trashy look or feel. I didn't look for a lift but will do on my next trip as that would be a deal breaker for a lot of people as the lower floor has so much to offer.

Nice store, however two times while I was in the dressing room, the shop assistant has pulled back the curtain on me and then apologised. I now feel uncomfortable to use the dressing rooms and never go. It's really not acceptable considering there are other customers sitting outside and very embarrassing. I think the style of dressing rooms needs to be changed if the shop assistant is unable to ascertain if there is someone within the dressing room. Very disappointed as this is one of my favourite shops

Pop into newlook today have lot beautiful clothes in autumn. And sales on to summer stuff. Lovely greens. ,yellows,. Down stairs in newlook have part were shoes, boots 👢 are. All different clothes half price. Check it out. 😊😁
