I had the worst experience today from the manager of the Dublin 1 shop at Henry Street. She didn't know how to do her job and as excuses she said that I have to travel in Swords because I bought it there. She should stay home cooking eggs instead of manager in big reputable business.

Not so much about the shop, but one of your staff ran after me to give me my leap card that fell out of my pocket. He could have kept it, ignored that it fell out etc but went out of his way to give it back 😊 shows lovely character. Thank you to them

Lads, why are the men's changing rooms still closed? It's been 2 years since the pandemic and there's barely any restrictions left. What's the point in going to River Island in person if the changing rooms are closed? I might as well order online. Cop on. EDIT: I spent €0 in River Island because of this; ASOS received €300 instead when I went home. I don't want to support businesses like ASOS but when brick-and-mortar stores aren't offering good customer service, then there's no point trying to support (save) them.

Didn't have what I wanted but had a suitable almost identical replacement. Great staff. Great knowledge of the store. Great prices for smart casual

Had an exchange to do, was served by a lovely girl at the till. Very efficient. And when pickin up something for a gift, the lady that was working in the area was really pleasant and chatty. In and out, 9 days before Christmas, with perfect service. Says a huge amount about the staff 😀 well done all

Very poor customer service staffs are not friendly rude attude towards customer. Was yhere to purchase a suite and they dint have a suite case it was over 250€ worth of purchase so never again to the store.

Needs an overhaul. Looks drab & tired. Staff look wrecked

Worst staff service I've seen in stores in recent times. I was in the store twice an hour and a half before closing time and the fitting rooms were already closed. Rude staff. The third time I went to the store I made the purchase in cash and had to wait for ten minutes for the manager to show up and open the cashier to give me my change.

Nice to see it back to life due to the global crisis at the moment. Great staff and nice shopping experience.

Shocking experience. Very poor service. Lift out of order not accessible for disabled people or prams. Staff running around looking for things and what seemed to be management standing around chatting while waiting to get a sale at the cash point. Used to love coming here but not an enjoyable experience anymore.

Love river island. Such on trend fashion that is very good quality. Il always pop in here to have a look at what they have in store
