Had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah in the Dundrum store today. I had fallen in love with dresses online and she bent over backwards to secure all 5 for me in the correct size. Nothing was to much trouble and myself and my sisters felt so well looked after. Cannot wait to come and collect the dresses and thanks Hannah for making a memorable day so lovely :)

I was shopping for bridesmaid dresses at the Dundrum store and the staff were so helpful with their suggestions and ideas. Great selection of good quality dresses. They also explained clearly how the online ordering worked which suited me better. Highly recommended.

Always such a fun selection of gorgeous pieces and fun goodies here! Every year I add to my collection of Christmas decorations and get some great gifts (especially for the little ones). And the clothing! Don't even get me started on the amazing dresses! Also great finds in their vintage section. Grabbed the comfiest, most colourful vintage rainbow flannel-a new fav that I'm always reaching for!

This is my go to boutique when I need to look nice for something. Very nicely laid out store. Friendly staff. Beautiful selection and range of pieces to create a cohesive outfit. Folkster is my main reason for visiting Dundrum Shopping Centre.

Delighted with the dress I bought today in Dundrum for a wedding. Alex was super helpful, got multiple dresses in my size from downstairs so I could try them on and he very kindly gave advice on styling etc. He went above and beyond, and really helped me make my decision. All-round great experience. Will definitely return for my next event!

Really lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The clothes are lovely for special occasions but the quality is quite poor. You may get a few wears but a lot of dresses are already falling apart on the hanger. If the quality was better it would get full marks.

Caroline helped me out in the Dundrum store yesterday! I had to get a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding! I'm currently 6 months pregnant so was conscious that I'll be 8months for the wedding and she was so helpful and also noted on my order in case I need to change it closer to the time if I get bigger and don't fit 🙊! Such a nice girl and very helpful! Would 100% recommend anyone to go into the store!

I was in Folkster Dundrum on Friday with my sisters to shop for bridesmaids dresses, I made the appointment online a couple of weeks before hand. The range and style and quality of the dresses are second to none I was so so happy with everything and so was my sisters they looked stunning. They didn’t have the dresses in stock just the samples on the day. I ordered the dresses with the lovely girl looking after us and all was delivered to my house on the Monday Morning a super service . I’ll definitely be back for any up coming events I fell in love with about 20 others dresses in the shop. Thanks Folkster team x

5 stars!!! I booked my bridesmaid shopping appointment online, such a user friendly system. My stylist on the day, Emma, was excellent! She was so friendly, helpful and gave great advice. She made the whole experience magical and stress-free. She paired beautiful accessories with our chosen dresses. All my bridesmaids really enjoyed the whole Folkster experience and we have placed an order for our gowns 🥰🥂💃 The shop itself is fabulous: there is so much choice of style and colour dresses, plenty of changing rooms and lots of space. Anyone searching for occassion wear, especially bridesmaid dresses, I highly recommend the team in Dundrum! X

Recently visited Folkster in Dundrum to shop for bridesmaids dresses. Our assistant was Emma, who helped us in picking out dresses and was on hand to give us advice when needed. She allowed us enough space to enjoy trying on the dresses without feeling like she was constantly looking over our shoulder, but was present enough that we didn’t feel forgotten about, thank you Emma! The selection of bridesmaids dresses here is huge and all colour coded so that it’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Reasonably priced and we had the dresses delivered to our door two days later. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for somewhere to get bridesmaids dresses.

Booked a bridesmaids appointment with my 3 girls and Mam and we had the lovely Alex deal with us in store. From start to finish it was so enjoyable, stress free and staff really listened to our vision and after only an hour we had secured our dresses and even mother of the bride dress! Highly recommend. The private dressing areas are a lovely touch and the experience was so smooth and enjoyable. We left so happy! All staff are so lovely and greet you with a smile.

Had a fabulous experience bridesmaid dress shopping at Folkster! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop has a large selection of dresses in a huge variety of colours and materials. We ended up picking three different dresses, but all the same colour and material. All of the bridesmaids looked stunning on day!

Just back from Folkster in Dundrum. I would give this store 5 stars, the service I received from Ashley was outstanding. She went above & beyond to find my daughter the perfect debs dress. They do a huge range of stunning formal dresses. 100% would recommend.

The staff at Folkster have always been unbelievably helpful. I had to postpone my wedding twice and I'm going back to them again for bridesmaid dress shopping for third time lucky. Beautiful selection of styles and colours.

Bought a dress and belt at a reduction of 15% on the dress as it was stained with makeup and was the only one there. Hadn’t looked at it in a few weeks until I got shoes the other day, tried it on and there’s a rip in it that I did not cause. Tried ringing the store but to no avail. Not what you want after spending €160 on a dress

100% recommend Folkster! I attended a virtual bridesmaid appointment and had a great experience. I initially didn’t know what to expect, but the Folkster team did a great job putting together different colours/styles on mannequins during the appointment. The Folkster team were also quick to respond to queries re: sizing and stock after our appointment which was a great help. It my favourite shop in Dundrum shopping centre - lovely rustic and ethnic interior items like vases , pots, cups, candles, dried arrangements, wooden bowls etc. And just amazing dresses 🤩🤩!!

I couldnt find the receipt so I was hoping for just a gift card but Simone in customer care was AMAZING - She was able to locate my order number - Email it to me and provide details of where I could post it to instead of travelling back to the store - Such great customer service! will certainly shop here again,

We spent a very long time in Dublin city trying to find the right dress for my parter for a wedding without any luck. After a quick search, my partner found Folkster in Dundrum so we thought we’d give it a go. It was fantastic, the selection was great and the staff were amazing - a special shout out to Christiana who stuck with us every step of the way. It’s also appreciated when there’s a seat for us boyfriends to wait comfortably during the whole process. Great store all around.
