I was in lush a couple days ago and it was such a great experience. Lara was so helpful and friendly, she helped me out and gave me some amazing recs for skincare! Props to her.

Rachel was so helpful in picking out the perfect gift for my uncle John, he loves soap! She was an expert and the ideal employee, hope to see her next time!

Corey was super helpful and explained all the different products for curly Afro hair and the different qualities, oils bases ect. They gave me testers so I could try before purchasing. Such a wonderful shopping experience and one of the best customer services I’ve had to date! Once I’ve tried out the testers I will be back to purchase whichever one suites my hair. I’m very glad Lush does a range for Curly and afro hair.

I was in Lush during the week, I was looking around for some gift ideas and Rachel who is working in the Henry St. branch was helping me out. She helped me pick out the perfect bits. She was so very helpful and such a sweetheart! I’d love to come back to this store!

Honestly should’ve reviewed Lush sooner but it is my favourite shop. The staff make me feel special everytime I go in. They’re so generous with samples and free surprise gifts. Not only that, the products are amazing! I love the body butter bars! Always coming out feeling happy ❤️

Had a fantastic birthday party for my 11 year old at Lush Henry street - highly recommend! The staff are amazing - so much fun and made the evening really special. For a small store it packs a punch. Fab array of products! Gorgeous store and a delightful team working there: thank you Lush!

I recommend lush to anyone I was recommend the BB sea weed face mask and other various products specially Bath bombs by the lovely Corey. He was very informative and I was delighted with the result of the products. I highly recommend Corey If you need any information. He knows his stuff.

Had a wonderful shopping experience in lush on Henry Street. Holly who looked after me from the moment I walked in could not have been more helpful if she tried. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Lovely atmosphere very welcoming and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

The staff here are amazing. I am disabled and was having difficulty after walking, they got me a chair and offered tea. I was blown away by how kind and helpful they all were. They also have a great range of products in store, and had exactly what I came for.

Got a wonderfully packed box with my order + a random act of kindness! The team at Lush Henry Street added a little something extra and included a hand written note so I would know to refrigerate it. Great experience, will definitely order again and will try to visit!

Very compact shop but positively brimming with product and smells like the fever dream of an Epicurean. Staff as helpful and sincere as this shop has is uncommon enough, a highlight for me being the manager John; not only was he particularly insightful, the product he recommended me suited my needs perfectly. Do yourself a favour and pop in, at the very least you'll leave with a smile.

Called into the shop last Saturday to pick up a few Christmas presents for friends and family. I was feeling fairly frazzled after a day of busy Christmas shopping however once I stepped in the door it was like an oasis of calm on Henry Street! The staff (especially Keeva who personally helped me choose products) were all amazing, cheerful and so helpful. Definitely best shopping experience of my day!!

I took a visit to LUSH to just browse. During my visit, I found the shampoos to be interesting and wanted insight on where the ingredients were being sourced from and and which shampoos/conditioners are suitable for someone with a sensitive scalp. I didn’t want to spend €30 - €40 on shampoo/conditioner that could cause me to experience adverse reactions. Instead, Corey gave me 3 testers to choose from that grabbed my attention. From the 3 testers I chose, Corey gave me insight on the ingredients , the texture and how the Shampoos will support my hair based on the ingredients. As a store manager myself, in appreciation of Corey’s time and support, even though I didn’t make a purchase anything that day I would like to thank Corey and the team at Lush. Now I am confident in making a purchase in a product that I know is appropriate for me. Corey your work makes LUSH a stronger organization, they're fortunate to have you as part of their team and I hope you’re being offered progression at the business!

Such kind staff! Really helpful, but won't bother you relentlessly if you need more time. Great knowledge about all of their products and stock, literally everything.

I visited in July 2021 ☺️ So many bits to choose from 🛍 bath bombs are so clean and very photogenic 📸 the staff in the shop are beyond kind and very welcoming 💗 l got the “Honey I Washed The Kids” bar of soap and it smells amazing 🧼 Highly recommend everyone visit sometime‼️

I ordered a new shower gel from the Halloween collection online and it arrived the next day, was packaged very nicely and even included a free moisturizer which really made my day. The lord of misrule shower gel smells amazing and I was very happy with my order, so I highly recommend the online store as well as the in person one <3

I came into Lush this afternoon for a new face mask and the staff member (unfortunately I didn’t get her name!) was so friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. They talked me through all of the options, tried them out and recommended products for my skin type, and had so much knowledge about all of the products! It was a really great experience in store and will definitely look forward to returning

Went in yesterday to get some stuff for my first bath in ages and Eimear helped me find everything I needed for a bath and her recommendations were so good and I had the best bath of my life. 10/10 x

Staff are always so friendly and helpful in Lush. Same goes for Grafton Street store and any others I've been in. Every company in Ireland should take HR tips from Lush, to get the best customer-facing staff. Always a pleasure to visit Lush for great gifts.

I went in to get some bath bombs and every shop assistant was so lovely and welcoming. They all seem to also be very knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommended

Lush on Henry st is one of my favourites. Every time I would go in there everyone of the team members were friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to help me and not once did I feel I was being sold at for a good KPI hit. They are just wondering and after receiving my order in super speedy time with such a wonderful gesture of samples I was thrilled. I will definitely order via Henry st again rather than via the UK site. I cannot gush enough about lush🥰💜💚🧡💙💛❤

I ordered products and got a lovely surprise when they came the next day. They're really well packed and had an even better surprise inside which was a handwritten note and some free samples. Will absolutely be ordering again, love it.

Lush products are my favorite! Lush staffs have always been so friendly and they give the best suggestions on their products.

They do have good products, but they are very overpriced for me. I don't think I'll go back there again. But I know that my vegan friends love their products. I've used their products and they are good, if you have the money then you should give them a try!

I'm a Lush fanatic. Coming in here is more than shopping, it's an experience! The staff are really friendly and give good product advice. Be sure to check out their haircare (it's not talked about enough!) and body moisturisers

I went to the Henry Street shop and didn't like the customer service. I've been to that same Lush shop around Christmas in previous years and even though the staff is different it seems that they're trained to treat people a certain way. Within 5 min I had FOUR different members of staff approaching me, the first girl who approached me (long dark hair) was lovely and helpful but even though the others had seen she was helping they still kept coming, it's like they were all trying to rush me, which is awful if you're in a shop with so many products and wants to take your time choosing. Also, one guy who works there was just staring at me and my basket, I felt under pressure and ended up not getting all the items I wanted, just paid for it and left. Really bad experience which repeats itself every time, so I won't be going back there.
