They have a salsa/bachata night every Sunday and it's awesome! ☺️ I totally recommended if you like to dance or of you're interested in learning

A beautiful old venue with a small audience hall in a historic setting including a full bar. Having said that, if you are mobility impaired it is very limiting. You can see the hundred year history along the walls and the 20foot ceilings were a definite flash of the opulence of the design. There was a bar in the hall and members only on the third floor. The prices were good

My home from home. Listed Georgian building kept in splendid repair. Singing club, tiny theatre in the basement. Joyful events going on throughout the building. Excellent bar and convivial atmosphere. Try it. You'll like it.

As a venue the space is bright and welcoming, and the main hall is perhaps one of Dublin's hidden gems as a performance spot. The stage is spacious and has adequate lighting and a perfectly functional sound system. That said the ground floor in particular would definitely be better for a good cleaning. The carpets from front door to main hall look like they have not been vacuumed in a good while and I'd generally not advise using the toilets . Honestly take the extra minutes and go upstairs. I would be inclined to hold events here...on the insistence that they have a wee zip around first.

This was the venue for the Dublin Anarchist Bookfare which lasted for the day and allowed members of the public to interact with a variety of groups. So many books πŸ“š, so much choice and so much to take in. Well done the Teachers Club πŸ‘ for making this happen.

Great place to have dancing. I usually come here for dances every Sunday and sometimes on Saturdays. And on the first floor there is a space for relaxing and having a pint.

Bachata and salsa classes are the best, cheaper and you can know people, one bad thing it doesn't have air conditioner, it's so warm in the socials

Lovely warm atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. The young barman there on friday night is just super, helpful, pleasant, conscientious, and nothing too much trouble. Hang on to this one!

Beauriful preserved Georgian house on Parnell Square West, Great location to meet friends, good priced drinks and surprising range and choice, also tea and coffee, scones and sandwiches available. Only members or associated members are permitted entry, but they allow members bring friends. Lovely helpful bar staff, particularly Ohme and Steve. Brilliant for that part of town.

Been going here for 20 years! The People's College uses this premises. Really comfortable bar... An extension of your own living room.

It's so central, great atmosphere, perfect for a gathering, also my mother played piano there for many years in the 40s and I used to perform in the universal folk club in the basement in the 60s

The Teachers Club is nothing short of the best venue in Dublin. Our group has been hosting parties there 3 or 4 times a year and it never fails. From lighting to sound systems, to food and drink. The Teachers Club has it all, the staff are friendly and helpful. You need to check it out.

Walking in here feels like walking into a museum showcasing a bar from the 19th century. No music, all oak tables with washed out drapes, and a bartender that will not say a word while pouring your pint like his life depended on it. I love this place, and you'll never find a place like it outside Ireland!!
