I have been a fan of Boojum for the last 5 years and get it delivered all the time. The last 3-4 orders were so less (both from Deliveroo), I'm highly disappointed how they have reduced the quantity while we still pay the same price. 60% of the box was empty, paid for the air!! :-D

This is my first visit to Boojum store. They also offer student discount. I ordered tacos and it was one of the best tacos i ever had. I am vegan and when i visited Boojum i was suprized by the number of options they have for vegetarian clients. There are many vegetables available for vegan customers. Their taco with Salsa verde, tamato and corn salsa + jalapenos + sauteed peppers & onions + chickpea crunchum (this was superb) is a must try. Their burrito bowl is also great. Try Mexican savoury rice + black beans + salsa verde + sweetcorn & tamato + chickpea crunchum. They also have amazing Quesadillas. One should also try their churros which are freshly prepared. One can also get dulce de leche dip or chocolate hazelnut dip. Staff is very helpful as i ordered too much food and they packed extra food which i was not able to finish. 😀

The burritos here were great and delicious. I found the portions to be generous and the service fantastic. The student lunch deal also made it quite cheaper. Perhaps the largest downside is that the shop is a bit too busy for its own good, as the majority of seats were taken.

Cash is legal tender. Not accepting it is absolutely ridiculous and totally unfair to people who prefer to use cash or (like myself) only have cash on them at the time. I can't rate you any higher as I was unable to purchase my food BUT, you get an extra star as the queue was fast moving and the staff seemed to have a great system going. I'm sure the food would have been great though! Lose the card payments only policy. This ain't a cashless society.

Bad, really bad. Expensive, food was cold, the girl that served me spoke whispering and in a bad mood and couldn't understand her. Paid for cold water and the refrigerator door was broken, so all drinks were warm. Food was not good overall, these burritos should be at least 5€, not 10€ and shouldn't be called Mexican food. Also the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning the leftover food people left. Wouldn't recommend.

Bad place , the chicken is processed poison, not much better than a deli counter. Hope they can change things up a bit Would have been a long term customer and I was starving when I got my last order delivered by friendly staff , but it was still very disappointing. Gave most of it to d seagull's , they seemed happy enough with it, but a few good few of them didn't back after having a taste, I'd be interested who supplies their chicken.

Abbey Street's, Dublin 1, Boojum is the go-to for delicious and spicy Mexican food. They offer burritos and bowls with chicken, pork, or beef, along with your choice of toppings. Expect crowds and maybe a queue. There's seating downstairs. Students get a discount too! I tried a shredded pork burrito with Mexican rice, salsa sauce, lettuce, cheese, Jalapeno's and more for just €9. It's filling and totally worth it!

Walked in at 9.10pm on a Saturday night, I'm aware they close at 10.00pm. Still plenty time, or so I thought. Ordered my Burrito and was about to pay when I was told I could only sit down to eat "if you found a free seat"... there were about half the tables occupied, the other half I was not allowed sit at, apparently. I walked out. I went to Boojum to sit inside to eat. Like how long did they think it would take me to war my Burrito? I would have been gone in 20 mins. But No. The staff member at the till was quite nice, but her colleague who was on the salsa station was very rude and seemed to be the decision maker on who gets to sit down. Boojum has really gone downhill.

Really disappointing and overpriced, paid €10 for this. Nothing like authentic Mexican food. Also found a hair in the salsa. The type of meal where you just wanna eat and leave

It's one of the best fast food place. It is certainly worth for the money. The place is located at the heart of City center. The Mexican restaurant is one of the best food option for vegetarian. Student deal is also available provided with authorised ID.

I ordered the deal side tortilla chips&guac and I was asked if I wanted nachos. I didn't know what to say because on the shop board nachos weren't there, so I thought it would be the that. I was asked for toppings and I pointed again at the tortilla & guac deal. The lady just added guacamole to the box . At the till I was asked for almost double the price, so I pointed out again to the board asking for the deal. I was ignored for the 3rd time. I was charged for nachos (extremely salty chips) and extra guacamole. I sat in the only available table (attached pic) to enjoy my experience.

Everything is great , the location , the staff , the food . BUT Boojum must have a policy that the meat portion size comes out of staff wages . It’s the only explanation for the utterly PATHETIC meat portions . All I want is rice and meat but I would get more meat on the euro saver menu . It’s insane how small the portion sizes have gone :( such a shame . I wouldn’t mind if the prices rose a little , but the meat sizing is criminal . I got 4 pieces of Chorizo for €11 Also : not sure why but the Mexican rice pot ended up being 50% lime 50% Mexican - kind of gross , no idea why they mixed both in together . ( must have ran out of something )

Great place , helpful and friendly staff I ordered the chorizo burrito and was delighted with that. I was also impressed by the generous size of the burrito as well. A definite recommend to others

This place is perfect for a quick meal with fast service, clean toilets, and tables on the ground floor and -1. The menu offers a great variety at reasonable prices, and the food is absolutely delicious. Although there was a slight language barrier with the staff, their friendly demeanor and dedication overshadowed it. Overall, it's an excellent spot for a satisfying and tasty dining experience. Highly recommended!

I cannot always rely on them. The quantity of the food changes with the staff. You pay nearly 10 euros and end up getting half of the box. Sometimes they fill up the box well and it’s worth the money. But on several instances, the staff have put significantly tiny portions of everything!!

It is lovely for vegans, I like the Vegan Chilli Beans and Pork Imitator burritos. They have a reward system through the Boojum app, you collect a stamp for each meal, and you can claim a free meal when you accumulate ten stamps. The food is fresh and healthy. Love the sauces. Getting in the store and ordering your meal is a better experience than when you order for delivery.

A nice burrito, completely packed and a reasonable price. I must say that there isn't really anything that separates it from mist burrito places but that's not to say it isn't tasty it really is, really quick service even when it's extremely busy at lunch time. I really did like the selection of sauces there which really adds to the meal! There is plenty of seating up stairs and downstairs. The customer service there is great too and makes all the difference. The place us kept really cleaned and seems to be quite organised!

I tried my first burrito here and Charlie was so sweet and helpful! They werent too busy so she was able to explain all the different meats and sauces to me. It looked like a daunting ordering experience but THANK YOU SO MUCH CHARLIE <3 oh and the burrito was delish, would recommend the vegan al pastor! Will definitely come back!

The food is good, but the staff, most of the time, just look cranky and unhappy. You actually feel not welcome at all. There's a code for the toilet and you have to ask it to the staff as well and they treat you like they are doing you a favour, letting you use the toilet.

The food is always great here but, although they close at 10pm and the place is extremely busy until the very last minute with eat-in customers, takeaways and couriers who do deliveries, every time I visited at 8pm or later recently, there was either no cheese, sour cream or some other ingredients left and, the items they ran out of wouldn't be restocked for that day anymore either. It would be great if this issue could be solved by management... For now, however, I would certainly recommend to visit before 8 o'clock if someone can do.

Stumbled upon with place when exploring the area. It was one of the best burritos I have ever had. It was great quality of food and great price. I would recommend.

Just had my burrito bowl. The vegetables/salads were not that fresh and some of them were soaking wet. Especially the lettuce, a part of it was almost gone bad but mixed with fresher ones. The bowl was not warm enough, okay the salads cool it down but the rice and meat wasn’t warm enough to balance the temperature so the entire bowl was almost cold. This place wasn’t like this before.

This specific boojum has really gone downhill. Every time I order from here on deliveroo there’s something missing or it simply doesn’t arrive at all. I order because it’s convenient and it had been one of my favourites, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered here they’ve forgotten the extra toppings, which are quite expensive. It was €11.40 for a vegan bowl with guacamole, which is a lot as it is, and they didn’t add the guacamole.

I paid 17 euro for this, did somebody eat half of my bowl? This was double meat, what a miserable portion for the price, and it was cold, total rip-off.

I love Boojum and this one is just as good as the other branches. Staff is nice and the food fab with decent prices. Will be back if I'm in the area. (Bathrooms could do with a bit more attention)

A great place for vegetarians. So reasonably priced yet huge portions! Always super busy. It was a but of chaos when we went late at night but the staff were efficient and accommodating.

Got a takeaway here last week, was lovely.went this evening, what I can only describe as the smallest ladle in Ireland was used to scoop chilli into my burrito bowl. When I brought it to the girls attention that half of it fell out on the way to the bowl with the speed of her slopping, and that what she served up wouldn’t feed a mouse,I was met with extreme rudeness and told to buy another portion of it wasn’t enough.Won’t be going again.Let’s all the other good staff down imo

Boojum has long been my favourite burrito place when I lived in Dublin, recently revisited on a short stay and had to get my boojum burrito fix. Unfortunately I mistimed it to the lunch rush hour and the queue was to the door, it took approximately 45 minutes to get served as the staff would stop serving the people in the store to prep huge orders being placed. This was quite frustrating and made them seem under staffed. Eventually once ordered I was happy with the hefty size and weight of burrito I had received, unfortunately this wasn't matched with the taste, it was somewhat lackluster and the ingredients hadn't been spread throughout the burrito meaning mouthful bites of guac or beef. Perhaps this was due to the shop being so busy, but I was so disappointed. I would go again when I next return to Dublin but the appeal of eating a delicious stuffed full burrito from boojum has been somewhat diminished.

I went to the Abbey Street one to order takeaway and one of the staff members named Oisin was very rude. He asked me to wait and I didn't hear him properly and I went ahead to order, he rudely shouted "I asked you wait." I said sorry and before payment at the counter I told him he could have spoken politely. He simply said if I want to complain, go ahead and asked me to pay and leave. There is no way to talk to customer this way. I didn't do anything wrong. I understand some people have bad days but he was way arrogant, rude and definitely difficult. I have been to many of your stores and never faced this behaviour or bad treatment. You really need to owe me an explanation and try to train your staff well. You have no idea how bad and insulted it felt. I didn't want to create a scene there. Hence I paid and left. Please improve your customer service so that customers can stick around.

Great taste. TIP: if you like extra spicy ask for Naga sauce. Sometimes they are a bit stingy with Mexican rice unlike their other stores, but you can always ask for more.

Ordered for collection, arrived 2 minutes early and somehow got my my order 5 minutes late, the staff knew I was there as the person who checks covid certs was so so lovely and kept asking them to make mine but they just continued to serve people who walked up and then they didn't forgot some of my toppings. Can't fault the taste though.

I visit here too often for it's Burrito bowl - delicious, sumptuous and pocket friendly. They offer student discounts too. In short, this is my go to place when I am tired of preparing food and in need of something refreshing. All hail Boojum!

There were two female servers and the one on the rice and meat section could not have been any ruder! She was a young girl with a gold chain around her neck with a name on it that started with "W" I watched the lady in front of me get served by her and she actually turned around to me in awe at one point because of how the server was speaking to her. Then it was my turn to get served and the first thing she said to me was "you need to pay with card" in an arrogant tone. Then I was told to "wait a minute" while she left for a period of time completely unexplained. Once she arrived back she kept saying "what" to me whenever she couldn't hear. Then the only free seat was beside a man that was passed out with his head on the table who seemed to have been on drugs. Food was lovely but your unpleasant staff and uncomfortable atmosphere completely ruined it.
