The people at the register were very welcoming and understanding to our room problems and offered us to switch rooms. Indeed, the room wasn’t clean especially the bathroom, it had hairs in the shower, there was mold on the ceiling and the window, dust everywhere, the floor was sticky and dirty, bed sheets weren’t changed. When we changed rooms, it was slightly better but still had dust and mold on the walls. We could hear the neighbours very clearly which disturbed our sleep. We won’t come back.

I had a great time in this hotel. I paid a little for what I get. Very clean room provided with hot shower and coffee tea. Very lovely and helpful staff. If I visit Dublin again, I am surely gonna reserve in the same hotel.

The reviews are scary, but it actually was a lot better than I thought. I am giving it 4 stars because of the very cheap price (65 a night) but anymore would have been unacceptable. When I was there they were doing some work on the place so I think they are trying to improve it. No bugs and clean sheets. Don’t stay here if you are coming from afar and want a nice stay in Dublin. But if you just need a place to crash for a night or two, then it is fine.

Tiny, poorly kept rooms with barely functioning showers and a clogged drains. Dirty, smelly. I paid in advance and they tried to charge me again when I checked in (and £40 extra as well). It's near to the pubs, that's about all I can say for it.

No hairdryer in the room or remote for the tv. Very rude man on reception very abrupt and unfriendly. I will never book here again.

This place was a hell hole, dirty bed sheets and the window didn't close properly and they were so dirty, I dread to think what the stains on the curtains were and the shower was useless the water trickled out off it, it wasn't able to rinse husband's skin tight haircut so I couldn't wash my hair and the shower tray was impossible to stand in because it was so tiny . The place was dirty dusty mouldy absolutely disgusting. They were charging more than the nice clean hotels and every guest when I got to checkout refused to pay that amount and manager had to agree a lower amount and it was still too much.

No breakfast as advertised, basic only just clean room. Tiny little towels. TV doesn't work properly - a lovely view of dirty socks out of the window. All that might have been bearable if we hadn't paid £145 for a single night. What an absolute rip off. Never again

What an absolute disgrace. The photos of the rooms on booking.com etc are not accurate at all. I slept in my clothes the place was that bad. I couldn’t get a proper photograph of the room as there wasn’t enough space. Broken plug points, filthy stained carpets, wiring sticking out the wall, no space to put our one suitcase anywhere except the bed. Said bed was pushed up against a window - which had a view of a pile of scrap steel. We paid 100€ for the nightmare. Couldn’t wait to get out at 5am the next morning. Do yourself a favor - don’t, just don’t!

The service was an absolute bare minimum The rooms were dirty, old toothbrushes down the side on the sink, walls were damaged and rotting, floor was so far out of plumb that anything would just roll to 1 side of the room, no climate control, stained carpets, shower had no pressure, electrical wires hanging out near the lights, stale coffee I could go on…. The staff weren’t any good, but they weren’t any bad either A bunch of homeless people sleep right outside, though the hotel can’t control that, it shows the style of the area Would recommend just going elsewhere and copping the extra €20-50 euro to not stay in filth
