I have been training with Andy and Team Ryano for over 6 years now. Andy keeps a family environment with plenty of options for kids. There are people from all walks of life at Team Ryano , over the last 6 years I have developed not only life skills but an extended family under Andy's tutelage. This is THE top gym in Ireland with affiliates everywhere. If you you want a safe , fun environment with the best quality training in the country this is where you will get it.

Amazing place.

By far one of the best places I have ever trained. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and eager to make sure you learn martial arts the right way! Everyone in this gym is tough but they are some of the best people I have come across in all my travels. When I am in Dublin, this is home! Andy Ryan, who teaches is a wealth of knowledge and embodies the principles of Loyalty, Honor and Respect, Great gym, great coach, great group of guys!

The guys down in the gym couldn't be more welcoming! Before training starts you'd have no idea which fighters are UFC stars and who's just beginning on there own journey; it's one of the few gyms where egos are truly left at the door. The training itself is as good as it gets as you are learning from and along side some of the best mma fighters/bjj players in the world! It's an honour to have got to train at such an awesome and unique facility

Excellent place to train. Nice relaxed atmosphere and top notch coaching. The gym has BJJ, MMA, Judo, Kickboxing, Boxing and Wrestling and with two UFC fighters, is quickly building a name for itself. Easy to get to (located in Finglas) - definitely offers some of the very best training you will find in Ireland.

I signed up to a 6 week beginners course a year later I am still here and I can’t recommend the gym enough. The instructors are all welcoming and well educated in the art of jiu-jitsu. The members are friendly and as helpful as the instructors. The gym lives up to it’s ethos ‘Team, Loyalty, Respect, Honour.”
