Absolutely fantastic. Was working in Dublin for a few months and being a fan of the show, decided to go on the tour. The bus was very comfortable and incredibly clean. Everyone was very nice and all of the spots we got to see were beautiful. Our tour guide was sick and we ended up having the owner of the tours show us around. He was very passionate and you could tell that he was very excited to show us around. We also met a lot of people that had worked in the show and they were very fun. I had a blast going and would highly recommend it to anyone, even if you're not a huge Game of Thrones fan.

My fiancée and I travelled all the way from Alaska to Ireland and Northern Ireland to celebrate his 30th birthday, it was also his first international trip. We had a great time with Lar in our Winterfell track tour, it went beyond our expectations and he was super knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time!!! :) He was always concerned about us e joying it and been comfortable, we cannot express in words how important he made our last full day in the "country". He was well known by the locals in the towns we passed by and he was easy to talk and super responsive to the million questions my fiancé Aaron had (my fiancée is a huge fan, so fan that our our puppy is named Nymeria). I cannot write this review and not leave a big shout out thanks to Rob, as well! He was great, it was super easy to arrange the details of our tour with him, he was always respectable and polite. He sure offered a great customer service! Thank you so much Game of Thrones Tours for making our experience so memorable :) We learned so much, not only about GOT but also about the cultural/historical aspects of the places we have visited with you! We will be back and will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for a great adventure, you know how to deliver it!!! ;)

Our tour guide (Aenne) was amazing! She provided great insight into the show as well as filming in general. You could tell she had a true passion for Game of Thrones. The Tollymore forest was beautiful and the other castles and ruins were very cool to see.

Getting on the bus this morning, I was excited but did not want to set my expectations too high and wind up disappointed. Now that the day is over, I can safely say that I could have set my expectations to the moon and would still be blown away at how great this day was on the Dublin Winterfell Trek. Our guide was Eric, who was not only an actual actor from Game of Thrones with a wealth of endless behind the scenes knowledge and charisma to keep the entire bus enthralled with the information being passed along, but a true fan himself. It is one thing for somebody working in the tourism industry to pay the bills, but Eric clearly cares deeply for Game of Thrones and wants to share his enthusiasm with other fans as well. The Trek itself takes you through the beautiful Northern Ireland forests where you don a cloak and suddenly feel like you are inside the show. My grandfather and I came on this trip together. He is a huge Game of Thrones fan himself. At 86 years old though, he had to spend some of the time on the bus instead of hiking through the woods. But the thing is, he is so happy to have been a part of this and even just the experience of putting on a cloak and holding a sword has made this trip unforgettable. There are no illusions in my mind that one day I will only have memories and pictures left of my grandfather, and I consider myself truly lucky to know that the memories made today will always be some of the most important and wonderful.Thank you Eric and thank you Game of Thrones Tours.

This is the ultimate GOT tour. The carefully devised itinerary means you get maximum access to some of the best film locations in Northern Ireland with minimal fuss - all entrance fees are included in your ticket price. The guide was an extra on the show and infectiously enthusiastic about everything GOT. Time spent in the bus flies by with fun stories from set, quizzes, videos etc to keep everyone entertained. Can't recommend Gane of Thrones Tours as a company more highly!

We really enjoyed our tour! Our tour guide Eric was upbeat and funny. You can tell he loves the show.... In fact he's on it! He was great about asking who on the tour wasn't caught up and asked that no one spoil it. We got to see many sights where they filmed in the earlier seasons. The Forrest was simply amazing. Plus they had winterfell like capes and real swords to dress up in for photo opportunities. I would recommend to any GOT fan.

This was a highlight of our trip to Ireland and a must for all Game of Thrones fans!! Even if you’ve never seen the show, this is still a tour I would 100% recommend for anyone who loves trekking in beautiful and unique locations. I know this tour would turn anyone into a GOT fan! Lar was our enthusiastic tour guide and Erik was our bus driver. They both made the experience even better. My fiancé even had the honor of being named “The King of the North” and I was thrilled this was everything we wanted and more!

We had Robbie the Archer as our guide, and he added so much value to the tour. He's incredibly kind, cheerful and enthusiastic. His passion for GoT made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this tour. The drive from Dublin to the sites was also beautiful, and allowed for a view of the Irish countryside.

THANK YOU ROBBY!! You were such a gem and made our tour so enjoyable. We loved hearing your stories and experience as well as the BTS about all the stops on our tour. Highly recommend taking a tour as you’ll be led (most likely) by an enthusiast and will also get to see beautiful locations.

Omg one of the best times of my life!! Our tour guide Lar was amazing! He was an extra in GOT and another fave show of mine Vikings. He was able to give such cool insight into both shows. He even sang a Viking song from one of my favorite scenes in the show. It was rainy and cold on our tour day but that didn't stop us from seeing it all. We saw Winterfell, Tollymore and Inch Abbey. We also ate lunch at The Lobster Pot. He plays shows about the making of GOT on the drive and he has a fun 10 question quiz. Whoever wins is crowned King or Queen in the North for the day. They are referred to as Your Grace and given first choice of sword for a grand picture at the Abbey. I ended up winning and it was such a fun experience! I loved every minute, rain and all! Some of the iconic scenes that we went to were the opening of episode one where the first bodies are found by the nights watch. The area where the Starks find the direwolf pups. The tree that Brienne and Jaime find hanging bodies and she fights the Stark men and cuts the bodies down. Winterfell where Robert Baratheon comes to visit Ned and Inch Abbey where Cat and Rob Stark learn of Ned's death. Highly recommend this tour if your a GOT nerd like me! It is a long day but has plenty of stops along the way. I would rate the walk an intermediate and would recommend hiking gear and good footwear.

The tour was beyond what we expected. A guide from the movie who was in the series was perfect. Lars had such great insight to behind the scenes action. The rain added to the feel.

Was a fun tour with a energetic guide who was a actual extra on the show. Went to actual film locations and actually had a great time. Was fun to wear the cloaks and mini hike in the woods to the locations. Wish we could've done the other film locations. Did the Dublin tour had a blast.

This was by far the best experience I had on any tour. Andrew the tour guide made sure of that! What a beautiful person absolute nutcase but boy he had me tearing up from laughter. Dont miss out on this if you are going to Belfast and your a GOT fan!

Amazing experience! Definitely worth visiting if you’re a GOT fan. We spent hours here. The team was very kind to us and answered all of our questions. The entrance was really good. My favourite part was seeing the real Iron Throne.

We had a great time on the Dublin to Winterfell tour. Our guide, Lar was a great storyteller and clearly has a passion for his work. I would highly recommend this tour for any fans of the show.

More than I could have imagined. The Winterfell tour with Lar and Denis was great! Lar knew and shared so many interesting facts about GOT. Lar brought it all to life. My wife and I both are 75 and the first part of the tour was a bit too strenuous, the second half was easier. We still enjoyed the experience. A must for GOT fans!

Could not speak highly enough of this tour and our guide- Andrew. He was in many of the seasons and gave us the most entertaining tour I’ve ever been on. Whatever you’re paying him, double it lol He gave us the inside scoop of the show and funny stories of personal experiences. The locations were amazing, really showed so much of the show. Even just a beautiful way to see Northern Ireland. My partner and I came from NY and loved every minute of this day. If you don’t even love GOT, go for Andrew! Spectacular!
