I’ve
been
holding
off
on
posting
a
negative
review
because
the
drivers
are
so
courteous
and
helpful,
but
I’ve
had
too
many
negative
experiences
now
with
this
company
to
not
voice
them.
At
this
point,
I
would
strongly
recommend
for
any
visitors
to
NOT
take
Airlink,
but
to
opt
for
one
of
the
public
buses
instead.
They
do
take
longer,
but
in
reality
Airlink
is
so
unreliable
that
you
will
save
time
and
money.
I’ve
visited
Ireland
several
times
and
have
used
Airlink
for
all
visits.
The
bus
leaving
the
airport
is
convenient
enough
–
it
picks
up
just
outside
the
terminal
and
buses
come
frequently.
However,
the
bus
coming
back
is
a
different
story.
The
last
time
I
used
Airlink,
there
was
an
event
in
the
city
center.
The
bus
company
did
advise
that
certain
routes
would
be
suspended…
but
in
reality
ALL
routes
within
walking
distance
were
suspended,
including
the
ones
Airlink
had
advised
me
were
running.
Despite
giving
myself
over
two
hours
to
get
to
the
airport,
I
ended
up
being
too
late
to
even
take
a
public
bus
after
running
around
all
over
Dublin
in
the
pouring
rain
with
heavy
luggage,
only
to
find
a
chartered
bus
whose
driver
took
pity
on
me
and
took
me
with
him.
Airlink
buses
were
nowhere
to
be
seen.
I
chalked
this
up
to
the
disruptive
nature
of
the
event.
However,
on
a
trip
this
last
weekend,
the
regular
service
for
all
stops
near
my
hotel
was
suspended
AGAIN.
There
was
no
scheduled
event
or
reason,
nor
was
I
notified
when
buying
my
tickets.
In
fact,
the
customer
service
rep
advised
that
I
should
be
taking
the
stop
which
was
suspended.
I
had
to
walk
an
extra
twenty
minutes
to
get
to
the
closest
stop,
missing
the
bus
I
was
going
to
take
and
losing
any
time
that
the
Airlink
offers
as
an
advantage
over
the
public
bus
in
the
process.
This
was
happening
right
as
Storm
Ciara
was
wreaking
havoc
over
the
city,
with
snow,
rain,
and
hail
flying
from
every
direction.
The
next
regularly
scheduled
bus
did
not
arrive
as
planned;
many
have
already
commented
that
the
arrival
times
seem
to
be
more
suggestions
than
any
real
schedule
and
this
true
to
my
experience
also.
As
I
am
done
with
arriving
to
the
airport
soaking
wet,
exhausted,
and
frazzled,
I’m
also
done
with
Airlink.
The
public
buses
are
perfectly
fine
and
will
get
you
to
the
airport
in
the
same
amount
of
time
when
you
account
for
Airlink’s
unreliability.
