I keep coming back to this hotel because of the staff. From the airport shuttle driver to the night manager, and the restaurant staff, I have always had an exceptional experience. They do a great job of making their guests feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms are well designed, functional, and perfect for a overnight stay before a flight or if you’re coming in late from the airport. You really can’t get better value for what you’re paying. This is my go-to-accommodation for when I fly into Dublin.

We received excellent service even though we did not stay. Refugees from Ukraine were placed in our hotel and our reservation was cancelled. We did not know this until we arrived after our 2 week tour. Graham was excellent-he saw to it we had accommodations in city center with arranged taxis to and from each way..hotels are as good as the service you receive and this went above and beyond.

We ended up here due to the closure of the hotel we originally booked. Only good thing was the shuttle to the airport, although it left us far from the terminal. The rooms are not very clean and the service was not as expected, they even took an object from us and gave it back 3 days later after plenty of complaints. Concierges were mostly grumpy and unhelpful. Not to mention that it's far from everything. Please avoid it until they fix their issues.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, good location to Dublin airport and city centre. Would really recommend. They also have a free shuttle to the airport which was very handy.

I was only here for a short stay but I would definitely book a room with them again. The bed was so comfortable, the room very homely, and the free airport shuttle bus was fantastic. Also dined in their restaurant and the food was great!

I really liked the room in this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was convenient too. Only downsides were the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow at dinner and there was no bathtub in the room.

Disgusting hotel (not) service!!!! In May, booked a one night stay accommodation supposedly for August. Chose it as stayed many times in Holiday Inn Express, one in Liverpool, and countless times in Italy. But, my oh my!! We arrived, only to be turned away, with the guy at the door insisting that we were at the wrong hotel, and indicating us towards Holiday Inn. Trying to show him the booking proved futile, eventually informing us that hotel was being used as a quarantine facility. Arrived at Holiday Inn and proved right, no booking over there. Upon insisting, the gentleman at the reception called somewhere, and he passed on a rather feeble excuse; Holiday Inn Express tried to contact us but could not reach us. As if they did not have our email or mobile number. For sure no more IHG hotels, contacted them but not even an acknowledgement, they suck. BEWARE

If using GPS, you will probably have to put in "Clayton Hotel), which is next door. If it has you go into a spot that is off road, stay on the main road. The hotel is between the circle K gas station and the Clayton Hotel. Shaji was helpful and so many others. This is a very new property (which I appreciated). The parking has issues, but pressing the button on the parking gate helped. They don't have tubs (only two rooms with tubs as of now). We didn't use the shuttle, but it seemed to come often.

WOW! Hotel is brand new and beautiful. Shower works great, the rooms are modern and spacious, the staff were super accommodating when I extended for an additional 2 nights. Only complaint is the shuttle to the airport only runs every half hour. Ah, and there’s a Circle K right next door with 2 restaurants inside, so you’ll have plenty of food if you need it. Also, there’s not any viable public transit nearby, so when I wanted to get into Dublin, I would usually Uber to the Portmarnock DART station and take a train, this Uber was about 15 Euro. I also took a couple Ubers back from downtown Dublin to the hotel for about 25 Euro, not bad. HIGHLY recommend!!

We visited it for awards. Can't say anything about the rooms as we can't stay. Service it self was good just looked very understaffed behind the bar. For especially events like awards where most finalists looking for a drinks before ceremony begins. Would expect waiting time 10min but not 30-45min Food was amazing. Location is great and easy accessible.

We didn’t actually stay at the holiday inn express but at the crowne plaza. We were never told why. It was an upgrade, and really nice, with an amazing breakfast. The 4 stars is just because of the communication.
