Fantastic
spot
for
sunrise.
But
be
extra
careful!
On
or
near
high
tide,
it
can
be
dangerous,
boats
in
the
port
entrance
can
create
large
waves
which
can
overwhelm
the
pier.
Also
if
the
wind
is
strong
and
this,
coupled
with
a
neap
tide
causes
waves
to
inundate
the
breakwater
from
other
side.
It
is
easy
to
get
cut
off
and
stranded
there,
with
a
strong
risk
of
being
washed
in
by
waves.
Best
after
high
tide,
and
allow
approximately
25
minutes
to
30
minutes
to
get
to
the
end.
Good
spot
for
spinning
for
mackerel
in
the
summer
months,
Ray
also
have
been
taken
inside
close
to
the
green
bouy,.
