Undoubtedly the best place for students to stay in Dublin. Especially if you come from other country and are new to Dublin. Caroline here is the one who makes every student feel home. She's always there to support in all possible ways. There's never a 'no' or 'we'll look into the problem' from Caroline, any issues reported are taken care by her to get it fixed as early as possible. From room, amenities, the society, everything is top notch. The shops, night life, transportation is very near to the stay. I would recommend any student to stay here 😉.

This is the best student accommodation in Dublin! Caroline is very friendly and helpful, she is always very happy to help you with any issues you may have! The place is very close to the city centre, less than 15 mins to O'Connell street. The apartments have a lot of great facilities, they are very spacious. I stayed in a very cozy, modern and cool room and my roommates were very friendly and am great pals with them now.. I would highly recommend this student accommodation to every college student!

I lived at Blackhall Place for the full college year. The staff are all so friendly and the location was perfect for attending TU Dublin. The kitchen has an oven, hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a large amount of storage and prep space. The living room/dining room space has a large TV, couch, armchair and dining room table with four chairs. Honestly this was everything I could have needed for the time I was here. Lots of space to cook, eat and relax. Everything was routinely checked and someone was always on hand to help. The bedrooms themselves are on the smaller side however there is a lot of storage space including under the bed and therefore they were perfect! Locks on door are battery operated controlled by a key card so just beware of battery as if they die you will be locked out!! Overall, Blackhall Place is a brilliant option for student accomodation in the heart of Dublin City.

I lived in Blackhall place for about two years and it quickly became my second home. The apartments themselves are luxurious and comfortable whilst also being modern and student-friendly. The community that developed in Blackhall place was amazing and a great way to meet new people. I love Stoneybatter and Smithfield as locations, there are so many quaint and interesting spots to explore Everything essential is in walking distance. Of note, Caroline is beyond accommodating and always went the extra mile to check in on you and make sure everything was in order. I couldn't recommend living in Blackhall Place enough.

I have lived here for 2 years and it is a really nice place to live in. If you want to choose a student accomodation for your study, I highly recommend this place. It is not only near to the city center, and also have a larger room and a larger common area where only three people share. The reception is also friendly and will help you if anything goes wrong within the property. There are no reasons to not consider this place into your choices.

Maybe the best student accommodation in Dublin! Caroline is very friendly and helpful, she is always very happy to help you with any issues you may have! The place is very close to the city center and some bus stops! The apartments have a lot of facilities, they are very spacious with a great view! I stayed in a very cozy, modern and minimal room and my roommates were very friendly and helpful as well!. The rooms are less costly than other rooms and studios in Dublin and you can feel very comfortable and safe there! However, some nights you should expect some noise from the other residents. I highly recommend this student accommodation to every (international) student! :)

Staff is very nice and friendly. They do their best in helping you and also there is from time to time free stuff (razors, pizza, breakfast, etc.). As always in Dublin, prices are a big minus. However, at this accommodation you see that they have built very poorly and not used high quality materials at all so it becomes even more painful that you spend so much money. Windows are hard to open, doors can't be locked and do not close properly. When moving in, the apartment was very dirty. Bed is uncomfortable (steel springs inside) - you have to bring your own bedding! Washing machines are very expensive (4,50 € cheapest for one wash). There are marks on all walls and on the furniture. Sofas are very dirty and probably were never cleaned (also they smell a bit disgusting). Showers sometimes have heating outages and you can enjoy a fresh morning shower with cold water - better than any coffee lol. There is a lot of storage space, but very little hooks where you can put your jackets or towels. Nevertheless, everything seems to work more or less and the location is also better than those of other accommodations I have seen so far. Since finding an accommodation in Dublin is tremendously difficult, Blackhall Place is alright.

In the nighttime it is hard to sleep from the amount of noises which comes from other customers. The rooms are extremely small. When we was paying for this property online they did not tell us the check in time (which is 3PM) therefore we had to wait 6 hours with our luggage’s outside and when the staff members arrived in the reception they told us they couldn’t find our booking, as if the amount of time we had to wait outside wasn’t enough we also had to wait 1 hour in the reception for them to sort our room out. 4.The room is all you get and the toilets, bath and kitchen and living room is shared. There are a lot of rotting food left in the kitchen from previous customers. When you are sleeping people from outside the room can come inside the room without any cards or keys therefore very unsafe.

I have never lived in such a place. It's really modern and minimal in every way. The rooms give such a cozy vibe but are really lit, so early mornings aren't difficult. The structure and color selection make you instantly feel at home! The shared areas, such as the kitchen, are spacious enough for people of different rooms to use them at the same time. There are frequent checks on smoke detectors, safety issues and such which makes you feel even safer! All facilities can be used just as advertised. Also Caroline, at the front desk, is one of the sweetest and most helpful people you can meet! She will always try to find a solution to any and every issue you might have, and she most probably will. She's a problem solver for sure and she's one of the most attentive people you can meet! I rented a room at Blackhall place for 1 month and let me tell you I will never regret that decision. It's one of the most inexpensive student residencies in Dublin and in 10 minutes distance from the center by bus. All in all, for anyone looking to have an amazing living experience in a student residency in Dublin, within a certain budget, Blackhall place is the place to go.

Blackhall place was a great student accommodation, it has a everything you need for living away from home the kitchen and bedrooms are so well equipped. Caroline is so friendly and is alway on hand to help with whatever you need. The washing facilities are easy to use through an app and very convenient. We were looking for ages for somewhere to stay for 2 months while on placement and Caroline was so accommodating for short term lets, she is one in a million, I would definitely recommend Blackhall to anyone to looking to live in the city.

I have lived for one semester in a three bed apartment in Blackhall Place and I can absolutely recommend this accommodation! The apartments, espacially the kitchen and living room, are spacious and clean. Caroline, the receptionist is always happy to help and give you advise in any situation.

The staff is rude and disrespectful. Don't waste your money, the property is literally outdated just like the staff should be. And if they reply here on google saying, "they've solved the issue" they haven't and have no intention of doing so.

This is an amazing place, located very close to the city center. Moving to Dublin from my home country, coming to this accommodation has been one of the best and safest decision I have made. The management team is very helpful. Caroline, the site manager, is absolutely lovely, and has addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. I enjoyed my stay here!

😠 Absolute rip-off, and hole of a place to live in Dublin City Centre, thanks to the disrespectful neighbours that party into the hours of the morning, 7 DAYS A WEEK. Expensive rental units in a poorly managed set of buildings. Management has gotten slightly better over the last few months though. Fo...

👍👍 Great place to live. The management company is very responsive and Garry, the caretaker, is a very dedicated person, always in a good mood and available to help. Some of the apartments have view to the water, which it’s amazing. Management company for the Parking spaces (in 2022) is a disaster, but...

🫤 Would not go there again. Don't take me wrong, the apartments are in an excellent location. Very close to the convention centre and a walking distance from the city centre. Yet, I really don't understand the working model of the company. You basically do not meet anyone from the company. You chec...

😠 Nice enough apartments.....but WAY over-priced for what they are. Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no decent safe parking nearby. We had to pay a whopping €200 just for a one night stay, out of season, of which one of our couples had to sleep on the couch. There was const...
