The old lady staff with scar is extremely rude, she stole my money when i do lodgement there last Saturday, she didn't count my on the desk in front of me, but take my money into the back room come back to me with 100 euro less, how unprofessional service to take money sway from customer and count somewhere behind, i had report it to Garda to follow, she even shouting at me said she doesn't care where and who i report to, can't believe how she do service customer like and even she still works there rudely. She is the RACISM as she always shouting at foreigner.i will complaint it to post head office and get my money back, even to get solicitor help if need it.

The words " Useless/Incompetent " would be overly complementary to the staff in this post office. Unlike some sort of Monty Python sketch ,where the simplest requests are refused for comedic purposes, the staff here are belligerent for no reason except they would appear to be truly miserable people. If you need anything more complex than a stamp then use another post office. The previous one star reviews seem completely acccurate. An Post should consider replacing the staff with water canons and air raid sirens .... frankly it would be a better experience.

Before going there, I wondered "do they really deserve those ratings"? And the answer is yes, they do. Some staff could not learn customer service if their life depended on it. Yes, I too has to endure the old lady on the right. Why tf would you put her in a customer facing role?

Horrible experience! I have been 3 times and everytime I had to interact with the old lady sitting on right ( my bad luck ) She is the meanest old women I have seen in my life. I can clearly say she hates people. If she doesn’t want to work in front desk, let her take retirement. Avoid this post office in any cause. If there is a way I could give 0 stars PATHETIC

Is it possible to hate one particular post office? Yes! And from reading the other reviews it looks like I’m not the only one. I avoid this place at all cost. The lady on the right has the power to make you feel guilty for trying to post an envelope! And the others don’t know what they are doing.

The manager, a very unfriendly elderly lady, informed me that she had the final say on the manner and timing of obtaining the necessary official form from the government. I appreciated that she sat behind the glass; otherwise she would have thrown the form, that I got from the co-worker, out of my fingers. You should avoid that place and go somewhere else. Scary. I don't like it there.

The old lady was very rude and unhelpful. She shouldn't be working in customer service....it's so obvious that she hates people!

Please close this branch as it's useless. The staff has zero customer service and you can tell they don't want to be there. Such a shame

There must be zero star rating, staff is miserable here, esp. old lady sitting on right seat is very rude, she nearly made my cry by her rude behaviour, ans she had done this before to me approx 2 years ago, I read above reviews about staff and they are 100% true. She did not care as I had 8 months old baby with me who was crying and still she misbehaved and asked to to wait aside until she can serve others before coming to me for a simple envelope, whe she sold to me and was torn from seal area. When I asked about any manager or supervisor that I can talk to, she said to go Clarehall Shoping centre security desk, while the issue was related to An post not shopping centre. ugly

Even 0 ( zero stars) If it's not necessary don't go there, no understanding, no help, plus they are blaming you for your language skills. Well deserved all written negative comments.

Old lady didn't seem to be arsed on helping, just pointed me to some books to use to find any info I'd need to answer my question. Very rude & makes me very angry that it gets me wondering how has does she still work her, I can see many other negative reviews including her & mostly focusing on her & her disrespectful attitude. The worst and rudest post office in whole Ireland. Not one star, should be zero, and that elderly lady should be moved from her. After so many complaining I don't know how she is still her, working with people if she doesn't have patience and respect. She doesn't even have respect with her co-workers, shouting on them front of customers, very rude. I hope someone is reading this reviews, because she have to be moved and send to retirement or somewhere else

Senior staff member Phyllis asked me to collect my weekly payment on a Thursday around Christmas because of the bank holiday! When I went collect it I dealt with Phyllis who told me the payment would be there Friday and point blank denied ever telling me to collect Thursday! I accept mistakes, I don't accept complete ignorance. Retire her!immediately

Rude ,narky ,old bat. Never leave reviews but this place is a kip. Avoid it. Get some young people in to run the show, might actually know what they're doing. Agree with others posters comments on here

Was in here today, dealing with a horrible older women! Her attitude towards myself was disgusting! How she gets away with speaking to people in such a horrible manner.

Do not expect AnPost to deliver parcels in Ireland. What they do is post a notice through your letterbox telling where it can be collected at some off main route location, in my case. They are thoroughly unreliable and are in no way a modern company which understands delivery to the customer. It costs me about 15 euros taxi fare to collect my parcels from an industrial estate, there is no bus route and is too far to walk. I do not do it and now tell every vendor who proposes to use their service of my objections. Company is a dinasaur of the 1980/90s days. Delivery persons refuse to use a mobile phone so are always incummunicado.. total farce.. Anpost delivery persons are the ones who keep your delivery from you,, they assassinate your delivery so they can appear strong... holdong mgmt at ransom.. I wish the company could sack and re-employ on a new contract.. This anpost has a good reputation and has loyalty but this is eroding as the competition gets stronger..

I hate this place, always rude and no empathy at all, looks like I'm not the only one saying that, how about training customer service or maybe swap the staff for another store?
