I
have
been
on
the
3
months
personal
training
session
since
this
June,
continuing
to
the
2nd
term
now.
It's
a
big
achievement
for
me
to
continue
this
new
routine.
I
have
experienced
personal
training
at
the
different
gym
a
year
before
but
as
they
weren't
really
efficient
to
listen
the
client
needs
so
I
lost
motivation
and
quit.
So
I
was
really
looking
for
the
place
that
I
can
tell
my
aims
and
goals
then
make
it
happen
with
their
help
and
my
effort.
They
all
are
so
friendly,
and
knowledgeable
about
a
workout(ofcourse),
diet,
nutrition,
body
function
etc...
So
I've
been
learning
many
things
through
PT
and
that
makes
me
keep
working
out.
It
is
so
fun
to
educate
myself
and
making
progress.
And
they
always
get
back
to
me
how
I
feel
or
how
my
diet
go
or
if
my
goal
changed
etc
and
so
I
can
open
up
my
worries
and
questions
at
any
times.
Also
I
think
it's
super
important
to
have
correct
form
when
you
do
training,
they
show
you
at
first
and
fix
the
form
if
it's
wrong.
They
make
suitable
training
plans
for
each
client's
goal
too.
The
gym
itself
is
not
big
but
has
all
necessary
machines
and
tools,
showers
and
changing
rooms.
I
personally
like
to
workout
in
less
people
so
it's
perfect
for
me!
I
always
see
all
generations
there
and
that's
being
a
good
motivation
too:)
