    The trainers at New Element Fitness are so professional, fun and knowledgeable. I started my journey with them doing the 1:1 12 Week Body Transformation Program and I've gained so much confidence across diet and workout routines. They do a great job of tailoring the workouts to your needs and helping you ease into a new program while supporting your dietary questions. Niall and Ken the owners are fantastic trainers and the team they've built have a great program and approach to fitness. The training sessions are top quality and fairly priced compared to other studios. The gym has a reasonable rate as well and is never very crowded even during usual peak gym times before and after work. It's a great place to get healthy and enjoy privacy while you do. They also do a great job of keeping the place clean so it's always a wonderful, safe visit. Niall and Ken you are the best!

    I started training with Niall earlier this year and it has been a great experience. It’s the first time I’ve really enjoyed working out and I actually look forward to going to the gym, which I never thought I’d say. The coaching sessions are really dynamic and never get boring and I feel so much better physically and mentally since I started. All the trainers are so helpful. Highly recommend Niall and the gym itself.

    Thanks to Niall and his team (Lee and Ken) who I found to be very professional and very good at what they do. I was delighted I spent time and money signing up to a gym program with Niall as I now feel better, I feel stronger and fitter and fit better into my clothes. Niall's ability to motivate and encourage me was instrumental to me sticking with the gym programme. The gym itself is small in size but it is so well kitted out! It has all the equipment you need to get a great workout in. I am delighted I signed up. Thanks!

    We have recently started working at New Element Fitness Gym with Niall.We have found him very attentive, an excellent communicator with great attention to detail; he demonstrates and explains very clearly each exercise. We had some covid related concerns which disappeared very quickly. Can recommend highly.

    I really like this place. There's a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very professional, friendly and approachable. There's a great mix of clientele - people who are well versed in gyms and those who are more beginner like myself. I've tried gym memberships a lot of times over the years and this is the first place I've ever stuck with and attended consistently. I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

    He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding and he gives complete attention to our needs aswell.His encouragement and motivation gave me the confidence to start the program for living a healthy lifestyle and after one short month I am pleased with my progress. I highly suggest him to everyone.

    I have been a member of New Element for 3 years and I couldn't recommend the gym more highly! The gym has everything you need to get the best shape of your life. The staff are unbelievably nice and helpful, they really know what they are talking about.

    I have been on the 3 months personal training session since this June, continuing to the 2nd term now. It's a big achievement for me to continue this new routine. I have experienced personal training at the different gym a year before but as they weren't really efficient to listen the client needs so I lost motivation and quit. So I was really looking for the place that I can tell my aims and goals then make it happen with their help and my effort. They all are so friendly, and knowledgeable about a workout(ofcourse), diet, nutrition, body function etc... So I've been learning many things through PT and that makes me keep working out. It is so fun to educate myself and making progress. And they always get back to me how I feel or how my diet go or if my goal changed etc and so I can open up my worries and questions at any times. Also I think it's super important to have correct form when you do training, they show you at first and fix the form if it's wrong. They make suitable training plans for each client's goal too. The gym itself is not big but has all necessary machines and tools, showers and changing rooms. I personally like to workout in less people so it's perfect for me! I always see all generations there and that's being a good motivation too:) Highly recommend!!!!

    As an international citizen recently arriving in a new country the first thing I had to get sorted was a place to be healthy and stay fit, and New Element is the place for that and more. The constituents here are all very nice and the environment is extremely welcoming, due in part largely to the excellent personal training staff who help create and maintain this personable environment. The gym has all of the necessary equipment for a complete workout of any muscle group, with multiple machines, calisthenics equipment, racks and free weights to fulfill your needs. Finally, the gym is always extremely tidy and sanitary as well. If you are a beginner, intermediate or even advanced lifter then this would be a great gym to be at if you’re in the area.

    I've been training in this gym for almost a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and what I like the most is that the gym is always clean, tidy and not too crowed. It's always a pleasure to go there knowing that you'll be able to train in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this gym. Keep pushing guys, it's you VS you. Coco

    Such an amazing gym. I was so nervous starting off and literally didn’t have a clue about how to use anything. The 1:1 sessions are fantastic, they really keep you on track with your plan and give great advice in relation to exercise and diet.Throughout the workouts, there’s constant encouragement and they show you how to do all of the individual exercises which is so helpful .

    I highly recommend this gym! After 2/3 years of little gym/fitness work, the 12 week personal training course cought my eye. I contacted Niall and Ken to explain my circumstances and they were excellent and very flexible from day 1. I opted for 4 personal training sessions per week. The first week was very challenging (a shock to the system really)- but Niall was very good at judging my limits and gradually increasing them as I got fitness/strength back. Each workout (weight lifted and reps completed) is recorded. This provides motivation to beat the last session but also encouragement to see the progress made each week. The nutrition plan is simple and easy to follow. The gym itself has all you need for a full workout and is always clean. During my course I had pt sessions with Niall, Ken and Lee. Each are very knowledgeable and could not be more helpful. I’ve since moved abroad but the lads have continued to share new workouts with me which is great. My advice to anyone considering joining is to have at least 1 personal session a week. Set your goals with the lads and they will keep you on the right track to achieving them. It’s a great investment in yourself!

    I signed up for the 12 week body transformation progam doing 1:1 training sessions and I couldn't recommend it enough. I have trained with Lee H and Lee P over the past few months. Both of them are amazing, so friendly, motivating and attentive. They have tailored the workout plans to what I like doing and have gone above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. The training sessions are great and I look forward to each workout, that is something I never thought I would say. Thanks for everything!

    Great GYM to be part of. Staff are very helpful. Equipment is good, and there always seems to be a good flow of people coming and going. Never waiting too long to use something. PT sessions are excellent. I done a batch of 10 with Lee and have really found them extremely helpful. Thanks guys!

    I have been attending New Element for the past 4 months, and it is one of the best experiences I have had at any gym. Ken, Niall and Lee are all great trainers - incredibly knowledgable and friendly with great training programs. I have enjoyed all of my sessions with them, and both my strength and flexibility have improved hugely in a short space of time thanks to my sessions with them.

    They don’t open until 11 on the weekends which I can’t fathom and didn’t realise when I paid up for 1 year having been a member prior to covid (when they opened early every day). I won’t be extending my membership. Other than that it is perfectly fine.

    Love it. I find the changing room/showers/lockers situation frustrating, but the gym itself is great. Everything you need, good music, a skylight, and it's open in time for a pre-work session.

    I’ve been doing online training with Niall from New Element Fitness and couldn’t recommend him enough! I’ve lost 43KG in the last 8 months and still going strong. Niall has a brilliant approach to fitness, and is extremely focused on the processes, what does and doesn’t work for a person and he’s happy to make changes to your plan so it suits your lifestyle. If you’re looking for amazing levels of support and a healthy approach to achieving your goals, this is the service for that!

    Nice specious gym with modern equipment. Very good location and not expensive. I have been training with Lee for 6 months. He is very knowledgable trainer and guide you properly, on how to do any exercises right from your posture, breathing, timing etc. It was great experience. I appreciate Lee for helping me out to keep my fitness at higher level.

    Would highly recommend this gym and the 12 week programme. Lee and James are great trainers. Very knowledgeable about the exercises and nutrition and were very flexibile whenever I needed to change the days I had sessions. All the sessions are recorded so easy to keep track of your progress. The standard gym membership is great value too and there's always space and free machines.

    I highly recommend New Element Fitness and their PT programs! I trained there 2-3 times a week for 8 months and loved every second of it. Lee and the other coaches are all very skilled, knowledgeable and nice. I feel much fitter and stronger now and have gained sufficient knowledge to continue training by myself. Thanks all!

    Would highly recommend this gym. I have been going for the last 3 years and have found it great! It has all the equipment you need and you never spend too long waiting for any machine. What i find most helpful though, is the constant staff support they provide. if i ever have a question or want to make sure I'm exercising correctly, i can always ask a member of staff. The gym also offers one- on-one sessions, where a member of staff helps put a plan together for you and guides you through it. I couldn’t recommend this gym more, ecspeically if you are new to exercising in a gym!

😠 The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
