    Michael is a fantastic personal trainer. Dedicated, knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly. Like many people I put off going to the gym for too long. I finally plucked up the energy to go and see Michael and have since been attending his studio for almost 2-months now. I’m glad that I did. The program that Michael puts together quite simply works. He tailors the program to suit your needs and what you would like to achieve. It’s challenging, but fun – and it’s never beyond your limit or ability. You are always learning new things; it never gets boring. I have already seen significant progress, and I’m excited to see that progression continue in the months ahead. Then of course there is Oscar and Ollie, Michael’s two adorably cute dogs who make a regular appearance in the gym. The music, the atmosphere, the environment itself – all comes together to make attending the gym a positive, friendly, and worthwhile place to be. Even if you think attending a gym isn’t for you, or perhaps you lack the motivation to attend one, you might be surprised at just how quickly that mindset will change even after just one personal training session. In all, I cannot recommend Michael enough, and I look forward to continuing building on my progress to date.

    I have been going to Michael now for nearly a year and a half for personal training sessions. I initially went with the intention of going for a month of two to boost my fitness but he was so good, so personable, fun and dynamic with all the different programs that I just keep coming back and enjoy it every time. I've also started going to his spin and body pump group classes. It's such a great group of people. Lovely energy. The classes are fun and never bigger than 12 people so you get lots of personal advice and correction throughout. I can't recommend Michael enough.

    Michael is a fantastic trainer, always pushing you to do your best! He has BRILLIANT tunes for all spinning classes and always changes it up for each class. He has a great bunch of loyal clients who always make the spinning classes lot of fun. Just do it!!!

    Michael provides an exceptional service and I can't recommend him highly enough. I tried going to the gym at different times in the past but found it difficult to motivate myself. I came across Michael when I was looking for a personal trainer two and a half years ago and I've been with with him continuously since then. It's been an incredibly positive experience and I look forward to my twice-weekly sessions, rather than dreading them as I would have done in the past.

    If you’re anxious to go to a gym then this is the place to go. Michael is an amazing personal trainer not only does he tailor ur program to your needs but he creates a great atmosphere with his Sense of humour, 80s music vibes and of course his two side kicks Oscar and Ollie. This is the first time I have ever felt comfortable in a gym and that’s down to Michael’s Balance of professionalism, knowledge and skill, and the homely, friendly vibe he creates.

    I started going to training sessions with Michael about 5 months ago and it has been life changing. I never thought I was a ‘gym person’ but Michael has given me so much confidence through steady, paced and patient training. The time flies at the studio with the music, the craic and the doggies. I’m always surprised when an hour has gone by! I’m definitely feeling the results physically but more than anything it always puts me in a good mood and the energy and confidence to do more exercise between sessions. Highly recommend!

    Michael is a wonderful PT who is very encouraging. He sets exercise programmes that are achievable and fun while still challenging enough to deliver results. He has supported me by understanding my physical limitations and tailoring exercises around them. Highly recommend.

    Michael is a pleasure to train with, he is so encouraging and as a complete newbie to fitness, made me feel so comfortable in the gym. The sessions are never dull and Michael places a huge emphasis on safety, always happy to amend exercises if needed. It's been great to see my fitness improve and I genuinely enjoy going in for sessions.

    I've been going for personal training sessions with Michael for over a year and have really noticed a difference in my strength and fitness levels - this is the longest Ive stuck at any one fitness programme so that says something about Michael's sessions! Its also great having the option to do joint sessions with my sister. I've also recently started doing spinning classes - up to last month I had a mental block against spinning but its not actually as bad as I'd feared! I have, and would again, recommend Michael to friends.

    I started with Michael last year doing 1on1 Personal Training and am now also doing some of his group classes...Body Pump and Spin. Michael is extremely personable and friendly and a great trainer . He really gets involved with his clients and takes on the journey with you! He gives 100% to you all the time and pushes you when you need to be pushed! Always available and offers great tips and guidance whether you are new to the gym or a regular gym goer. I couldn't recommend Micheal enough to be honest and he has made my fear of the gym a thing of the past! Fabulous, well equipped private studio in Dublin 8 with extremely affordable rates you probably won't find anywhere else...it makes starting or continuing your training, whether Personal Training or group classes, affordable for anyone!

    Michael is a super personal trainer. He has great advice about nutrition and is always encouraging. He lets you work at your own pace in a friendly, relaxed, productive atmosphere, while pushing you to do your best. I'd highly recommend him! I'm not fond of busy, loud, intimidating gyms....so this is the ideal place to work out and get fit :)

    Great classes in a friendly and professional environment. I've been attending Michael's spin classes for a number of weeks and it's always a great work out and great fun. Michael creates an environment where people can put in a huge effort for the class but feel like part of the group even if they are new. Despite being knackered and pushing yourself as hard as you can you still manage to have a laugh. I've noticed an increase in fitness and energy and feeling trimmer already after a few weeks. Thanks Michael!

    Michael is a fantastic personal trainer. He works so dedicated on his one to one training, pushing you but at the same time always aware of your level and ability. His toning and spinning classes are small and intimate making them a very enjoyable and personal training experience. I highly recommend Michael if you want someone who cares about his clients and their progress as well as ensuring a bit of fun along the way.
